1) adding 51.3 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle, and heating to 68 ℃; under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding 0.1 part of 1, 2-benzisothiazolinone, 0.1 part of nipagin ester, 3 parts of sodium gluconate, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone into a reaction kettle;
2) stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, then sequentially adding 10 parts of silicon dioxide, 5 parts of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium, 7 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.2 part of modified silicone oil into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 50 ℃;
3) then sequentially adding 8 parts of D-limonene and 0.1 part of pigment, uniformly stirring, cooling to room temperature, and adding 0.1 part of essence; stirring for 40 min, heating to 70 deg.C, stopping stirring, and standing for 1 hr;
4) then drying and tabletting at 105 ℃ to obtain concentrated carwash tablets, and packaging into boxes.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a concentrated vehicle washing tablet, and a preparation method of the concentrated vehicle washing tablet comprises the following steps:
1) adding 60 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle, and heating to 60 ℃; under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding 0.3 part of dimethyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone, 1 part of EDTA-2Na, 2 parts of sodium gluconate and 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone into a reaction kettle;
2) stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, then sequentially adding 20 parts of silicon dioxide, 15 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 0.3 part of modified silicone oil into the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, and cooling to 30 ℃;
3) then sequentially adding 9 parts of D-limonene and 0.1 part of pigment, uniformly stirring, cooling to room temperature, and adding 0.2 part of essence; fully stirring for 30 minutes, raising the temperature to 60 ℃, stopping stirring, and standing for 2 hours;
4) then drying and tabletting at 100 ℃ to obtain concentrated carwash tablets, and packaging into boxes.
The performance effect test of the prepared concentrated vehicle washing tablet comprises the following steps:
tested according to the method specified in QB/T2117-1995 5.5.
Preparing a test solution for measuring the cleaning force: a piece of concentrated carwash was taken and dissolved in 1L of 250ppm hard water (containing anhydrous calcium chloride 1.165g/L, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.247g/L), and 100ml of the above mixture was diluted to 2L with 250ppm hard water to obtain a test solution.
400ml of a commercially available vehicle cleaning agent was diluted to 2L as a comparative example.

As can be seen from the above table, the concentrated car washing tablet of the invention can be equivalent to the cleaning power of the commercial car detergent, but the average postal price of the commercial car detergent package is about 100 yuan/4 kg, while the concentrated car washing tablet of the invention can be mixed with a car washing tablet box used with 400kg of water, the postal price of the commercial package is about 20 yuan/box and 10 car washing tablets are calculated according to the similar products, so that the price of the car washing tablet is far lower than that of the detergent, and the car washing tablet has small volume, light weight and the cost of packaging, transportation, storage and the like is reduced.

Claims (1)
1. The concentrated car washing tablet is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
5-10 parts of film forming agent
10-20 parts of filler
5-15 parts of surfactant
5-10 parts of functional solvent
3-5 parts of chelating agent
0.1 to 0.3 portion of preservative
0.1 to 0.3 portion of brightening agent
0.1-0.3 part of essence
0.1 to 0.3 portion of pigment
40-60 parts of deionized water;
the preparation method of the concentrated car washing tablet comprises the following steps:
1) adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, and heating to 50-70 ℃; under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding the preservative, the chelating agent and the film-forming agent into the reaction kettle according to the proportion;
2) stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, then sequentially adding the filler, the surfactant and the brightening agent into the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, and cooling to 30-50 ℃;
3) sequentially adding the solvent and the pigment, stirring uniformly, cooling to room temperature, and adding the essence; stirring for 20-40 min, heating to 60-70 deg.C, stopping stirring, and standing for 1-2 hr;
4) then drying and tabletting at 100-105 ℃ to obtain concentrated carwash tablets, and packaging into boxes;
wherein the film forming agent is one or more than two of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl ether and polyvinylpyrrolidone; the filler is silicon dioxide; the surfactant is one or more than two of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and sodium dodecyl sulfate; the functional solvent is D-limonene and/or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate; the chelating agent is EDTA-2Na and/or sodium gluconate; the preservative is one or more than two of 1, 2-benzisothiazolinone, dimethyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and nipagin ester; the brightening agent is modified silicone oil.
