Examples of physical properties other than detergency include creamy foam, foaming that does not disappear easily, good rinsability with water, and no feeling of sliminess or tightness after use. Furthermore, in the case of solid soap, it is difficult to dissolve in water and does not lose its shape, in the case of transparent soap, transparency is maintained and improved, and in the case of liquid or cream soap, the viscosity changes depending on the season. There are some cases where there are few. In order to make soap possess these physical properties, many researchers, mainly soap manufacturers, are trying to improve the blending ratio of various fatty acids, or adding different anionic, nonionic, or amphoteric surfactants. , higher alcohols, glycerin monofatty acid esters, sorbitol fatty acid esters, sorbitan fatty e esters, and polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters. However, it is not easy to provide soap with these physical properties, and a simple and appropriate method has not yet been found.

It happened to be discovered that by adding a specific polyoxyethylenetriol fatty acid ester to the sodium or potassium salt of a fatty acid, an excellent soap having the above-mentioned physical properties could be obtained, and based on this, the present invention was completed. Ta.

At least one molecule of ethylene oxide is bonded to each hydroxyl group of this triol, and the total number of ethylene oxide molecules bonded to this hydroxyl group in a chain is 60 or less, preferably 20 to 40. be. At least two of the three ethylene oxide chains thus formed must have a fatty acid having 12 to 24 carbon atoms ester bonded to their terminal ends. This fatty acid may be saturated or unsaturated, and may or may not be branched. Examples of fatty acids include stearic acid, isostearic acid, oleic acid, lanolic acid, behenic acid, and the like.

Behenic acid is soluble in water, has a strong anti-swelling effect, and is in the form of a cream or liquid stone (5) In the case of Ken, unsaturated substances such as oleic acid or branched substances such as isostearic acid have a greater effect in preventing viscosity changes. . Furthermore, unsaturated fatty acids or branched fatty acids are also suitable when transparency is required.

布ケンの商品価値を大きく高めるものである。The present invention improves the foaming properties and foam persistence of fatty acid sodium salt-based and potassium salt-based detergents, and makes the foam quality creel, thereby improving water rinsability and improving the after-use window. The present invention can improve the water solubility of solid soaps and prevent the soap from swelling and losing its shape, and in particular strongly prevents so-called perfume-filled soaps containing a large amount of fragrance from dissolving and breaking down. For example, polyoxyethylene glycerol tristearate is added to fatty acid potash solid soap containing 3% by weight of rose fragrance.
By adding a certain amount of weight, it can be melted to the same extent as a normal stone gun and eliminate the possibility of crumbling. Furthermore, in the case of transparent soap, it is possible to prevent clouding and increase transparency, and to maintain this transparency, and in the case of liquid soap, it is possible to reduce changes in viscosity depending on the season. The detergent of the present invention can be used for all purposes of conventional fatty acid storium soaps and potash soaps, and greatly increases the commercial value of the conventional fatty acid salt cloth soaps.
