Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid body cleaner composition comprising a potassium salt of a higher fatty acid as a main component, giving rich and creamy foam, and having excellent low-temperature stability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, sodium salts of higher fatty acids, so-called sodium soaps, have been widely used as solid detergents due to their excellent solid physical properties and water resistance. However, since sodium soap generally has a high Kraft point, it is unsuitable for use as a liquid detergent, and when used as a liquid detergent, potassium salts of higher fatty acids (potassium soap) are used. That is, it is common to use a liquid detergent mainly composed of potassium soap having a low Kraft point such as potassium laurate or potassium oleate.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a liquid detergent composition based on potash soap mainly composed of potassium laurate or potassium oleate has a defect that, although it has good low-temperature stability, generally only rough foam can be obtained. . In order to obtain fine, fine bubbles, the fatty acid composition of potash soap should be higher in fatty acids with a higher melting point than lauric acid or oleic acid, or potash soap should not be completely neutralized and partially Methods such as including free fatty acids as neutralization are conceivable, but all have problems such as crystallization and gelation at low temperatures. JP-A-8-133962 describes a liquid body cleaner composition having excellent low-temperature stability, but this also does not solve the stability below 5 ° C.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid body cleansing composition that provides rich and creamy foams and is excellent in low-temperature stability of less than 5 ° C. despite being mainly composed of potash soap. is there.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have provided a liquid body wash that provides rich foaming and creamy foam, and has excellent low-temperature stability of less than 5 ° C., when potash soap having a specific fatty acid composition and free fatty acid are used in a specific ratio. The present invention was completed by finding that an agent composition was obtained.
[0006]
That is, the present invention is a liquid body cleaning composition containing a higher fatty acid and a potassium salt thereof in a total amount of 30 to 40% by weight, the fatty acid composition being 30 to 60% by weight of lauric acid and 20 to 70 of myristic acid. % By weight, 5 to 25% by weight palmitic acid and 0 to 3% by weight stearic acid, and the weight ratio of higher fatty acid to higher fatty acid potassium salt is 0.001: 99.999 to 1:99. A liquid body cleansing composition is provided.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The higher fatty acid and its potassium salt used in the present invention have a fatty acid composition of 30 to 60% by weight of lauric acid, 20 to 70% by weight of myristic acid, 5 to 25% by weight of palmitic acid, and 0 to 3% by weight of stearic acid. In particular, 35 to 45% by weight of lauric acid, 40 to 60% by weight of myristic acid, 5 to 15% by weight of palmitic acid and 0 to 2% by weight of stearic acid are preferable. These fatty acids may be used by mixing high-purity fatty acids so as to have the fatty acid composition as described above, or using a mixed fatty acid such as coconut oil fatty acid, and appropriately adding a constituent fatty acid to the above-mentioned fatty acid. You may make it become a fatty-acid composition. When mixed fatty acids are used, a small amount of caproic acid, caprylic acid, arachidic acid, hexadecenoic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, etc. may be mixed, but a range that does not impair the effect of the present invention, for example, the total of these If it is less than 1% by weight, there is no problem.
[0008]
In the liquid body cleansing composition of the present invention, a higher fatty acid having the above fatty acid composition and its potassium salt are blended in a total amount of 30 to 40% by weight. The weight ratio of higher fatty acid: potassium salt of higher fatty acid is 0.001: 99.999 to 1:99, preferably 0.005: 99.995 to 1:99, particularly 0.05: 99.95. -1.0: 99.0. That is, it is a range which does not contain substantially free alkali (potassium hydroxide), and within these ranges, rich and creamy foaming and excellent low-temperature stability can be obtained.
[0009]
The liquid body cleansing composition of the present invention can be produced by blending the fatty acid having the above composition and its potassium salt, respectively. Typically, the hydroxylated water is heated to about 30 to 90 ° C. A fatty acid can be added to an aqueous solution containing potassium while stirring to leave a certain amount of free fatty acid. The fatty acid to be added may be heated and melted to about 30 to 90 ° C., or it may be added as it is and neutralized and dissolved as long as it is in the form of flakes or the like.
[0010]
The liquid body cleansing composition of the present invention includes various components usually used in liquid body cleansing compositions, for example, anionic surfactants such as alkyl ether sulfates and alkyl phosphates; imidazoline series, betaine series, etc. Amphoteric surfactants; Nonionic surfactants such as alkyl glucosides, fatty acid alkanolamides and alkyldimethylamine oxides; Polyols such as propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and glycerin; Viscosity modifiers such as salts, ethanol and water-soluble polymers ; Feeling improver such as cationic polymer; Oil agent such as 2-ethylhexanoic acid triglyceride; Preservative such as paraben, EDTA and BHT; Pearling agent such as ethylene glycol distearate; Deodorant agent such as triclosan; Crosslinked polyacrylic acid Scrub agents such as sodium; other colors , Perfumes and the like, can be appropriately compounded within a range not to impair the effects of the present invention.
[0011]
The liquid body cleansing composition of the present invention is preferably adjusted so that the pH of a 5% aqueous solution at 25 ° C. is 9 to 12, preferably 9.5 to 11, particularly preferably 9.9 to 10.9. . Further, in the present invention, “liquid” means that it can be transported and blended by a pump and discharged from a pump container, and preferably has a viscosity at 30 ° C. (BM type viscometer, rotor No. 2, 30 rpm). (Measurement) is preferably 5000 mPa · s or less, more preferably 2000 mPa · s or less, and particularly preferably 200 mPa · s or less.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The liquid body cleansing composition of the present invention provides rich foaming and creamy foam despite having potassium soap as a main component, and is excellent in low-temperature stability of less than 5 ° C.
