本发明提供了一种用于机械加工的切削油,由下述重量份数的原料制成:三乙醇铵6‑10份,聚醚10‑15份,烷基磺胺乙酸钠8‑15份,油酸酰胺5‑10份,聚甘油脂肪酸酯2‑6份,基础油15‑20份,表面活性剂7‑9份,助剂3‑5份;制备的切削油具有优异的防锈、冷却、润滑和清洗等一系列优良性能,不污染环境,对皮肤无刺激,本发明切削油的使用方法为:量取一定含量的切削油可用工业自来水直接调配,先将自来水加入清洁的液箱或水桶中;再将准备好的切削油原液慢慢倒入水中,边搅拌(或打循环)边加入切削油调节至所需浓度;使用后将桶盖锁紧,以备循环使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工用油技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于机械加工的切削油。
背景技术
切削油是由基础油复配不同比例的极压耐磨添加剂、润滑剂、防锈剂、防霉杀菌剂,催冷剂等添加剂合成,因此具有极佳的对数控机床本身、刃具、工件和乳化液的彻底保护性能。切削油有超强的润滑极压效果,有效保护刀具并延长其使用寿命,可获得极高的工件精密度和表面光洁度。根据油型可分为矿物油切削油(或复合油)、极压切削油、活性切削油切削油三种。所用的矿物油有煤油、柴油、轻质润滑油馏分。矿物油中加入一定比例的动、植物油(5%-10%)便是复合油,适用于轻负荷的切削加工。极压切削油中加有硫、磷、氯极压添加剂,以满足黑色金属,齿轮等深度金属加工的要求。活性切削油中加入活性硫等化合物,用于高合金材料深孔钻、攻丝等深度加工本发明提供了一种水溶性较好的切削油,适用范围广,社会效益高。

一种用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制成:三乙醇铵6-10 份,聚醚10-15 份,烷基磺胺乙酸钠8-15 份,油酸酰胺5-10 份,聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-6份,基础油15-20 份,表面活性剂7-9份,助剂3-5份。
优选的,所述纸张切削油的外观颜色为棕黄色油状液体。
优选的,所述聚醚为聚乙烯醚、聚丙烯醚或者聚丁烯醚中任一种或它们的混合物。
优选的,所述基础油为硅油或者磺化油。
优选的,所述助剂包括消泡剂、水溶性防锈剂和钙镁离子软化剂。
优选的,包括切削油的使用方法:量取一定含量的切削油可用工业自来水直接调配,先将自来水加入清洁的液箱或水桶中;再将准备好的切削油原液慢慢倒入水中,边搅拌(或打循环)边加入切削油调节至所需浓度;使用后将桶盖锁紧,以备循环使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于,所述纸张切削油的外观颜色为棕黄色油状液体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于,所述聚醚为聚乙烯醚、聚丙烯醚或者聚丁烯醚中任一种或它们的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于,所述基础油为硅油或者磺化油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于,所述助剂包括消泡剂、水溶性防锈剂和钙镁离子软化剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的用于机械加工的切削油,其特征在于:包括切削油的使用方法:量取一定含量的切削油可用工业自来水直接调配,先将自来水加入清洁的液箱或水桶中;再将准备好的切削油原液慢慢倒入水中,边搅拌(或打循环)边加入切削油调节至所需浓度;使用后将桶盖锁紧,以备循环使用。
