本发明涉及数字影像接受材料,尤其涉及一种水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶及其制备方法。本发明提供的所述水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶按重量百份比组成:丙烯酸丁酯40‑54%;甲基丙烯酸甲酯4‑8%;丙烯酸2‑4%;丙烯醇2‑4%;含磷丙烯酸单体10‑17%;三聚氰胺3~8%;灰色膏4‑10%;烷基硫酸盐0.1‑0.3%;固化剂0.5‑5%;引发剂2‑4%;乳胶粉1‑5%、纳米凹凸棒土2‑6%;所述含磷丙烯酸单体为2‑乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)膦酸酯、2‑乙基(丙烯酰氧甲基)膦酸酯和2‑乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯中的一种或几种。本发明提供的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶不仅阻燃效果好,可100%移除残胶,而且抗氧化性能好,不易老化,不褪色,曲面粘贴性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及数字影像接受材料,尤其涉及一种水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
近些年,绿色环保产品备受人们关注,政府也大力提倡环保事业。现今市场80%以上的背胶PVC产品都是使用油性胶水,含有苯等致癌化学成分或释放VOC气体有害环境。
但是PVC材料虽然不产生明火,但是存在着容易燃烧的缺陷,且燃烧中还会产生大量的毒烟,也更容易有燃烧隐患,因此开发一种水性白亮背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,是开发新产品的一个重要方向,但是现在的背胶PVC阻燃胶水压敏胶的持粘力、剥离强度和阻燃性的综合性能不佳,耐老化性能一般,在阻燃性较好的情况下,容易失粘。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术不足,本发明提供了一种水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶及其制备方法,该水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC不仅阻燃效果好,可100%移除残胶,而且抗氧化性能好,不易老化,不褪色,曲面粘贴性好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
所述水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶按重量百份比组成:丙烯酸丁酯40-54%;甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-8%;丙烯酸2-4%;丙烯醇2-4%;含磷丙烯酸单体10-17%;三聚氰胺3~8%;灰色膏4-10%;烷基硫酸盐0.1-0.3%;固化剂0.5-5%;引发剂2-4%;乳胶粉1-5%、纳米凹凸棒土2-6%;
所述含磷丙烯酸单体为2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)膦酸酯、2-乙基(丙烯酰氧甲基)膦酸酯和2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、丙烯醇和含磷丙烯酸单体经引发剂引发共聚,制得一种新型的阻燃聚合物。制成的阻燃聚合物内部能通过羧基与羧基、羧基与羟基、羧基与酰胺基、羟基与酰胺基、羟基与羟基、酰胺与酰胺的氢键形成网状超分子结构,使得聚合物内部形成网状结构,并与三聚氰胺,形成了P-C-N的膨胀阻燃体系。这样在增加粘度的同时,达到了很好的阻燃效果。但是三聚氰胺与这个体系的相容性不太好,添加少量的烷基硫酸盐,既能增加S含量,增加阻燃性,又能调节整个体系的相容性。但是烷基硫酸盐的量过大会造成体系的起泡量大,使得聚合反应效果不佳,影响整个体系的反应效果。
优选的,所述含磷丙烯酸单体、三聚氰胺的重量比为2-2.5:1。含磷丙烯酸单体、三聚氰胺形成的P-C-N阻燃体系,在本发明的体系下,当其重量比为2-2.5:1,在阻燃剂添加量很少的情况下,也能达到很好的阻燃效果。
所述烷基硫酸盐的重量百份比为0.2-0.3%。由于本体系中加入了三聚氰胺,纳米凹凸棒土与整个体系的相容性不好,因此要加入润湿剂。但是在这个体系中,如果烷基硫酸盐的重量百份比如果超过为0.3%时,也会造成相容性不好的问题(可能是由于起泡,使聚合反应很难进行完全)。我们意外发现的在这个体系中,加入了0.2-0.3wt%的烷基硫酸盐就能大大提高整个体系的阻燃性和100%移除残胶。
所述乳胶粉与纳米凹凸棒土的重量比为1:1-2。更进一步优选的,所述乳胶粉与纳米凹凸棒土的重量比为1:1,在特殊阻燃灰胶中加入了乳胶粉及凹凸棒土后,该水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC可100%移除不残胶,而且水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC的曲面粘贴性好,无气泡产生。
优选的,所述含磷丙烯酸单体为2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯。磷酸酯能够分解形成正磷酸,催化成碳效果好,因此2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯的添加量更少的情况下,能达到同样的阻燃效果。
优选的,所述固化剂为含NCO基团的固化剂。例如可以为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI);二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)。丙烯醇中的羟基(-OH)与NCO基团反应后能形成交联网状结构。使得P更均匀的分布于阻燃型透明胶水内部,因此在P含量较少的情况下,也能有很好的阻燃效果。
优选的,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
上述水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶的制备方法,包括步骤:将除引发剂、固化剂、乳胶粉和纳米凹凸棒土外的所有成分混合均匀,然后加入引发剂,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉、纳米凹凸棒土继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤。
本发明的有益之处在于:
1.本发明提供的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶的阻燃性能可以达到VTM-2的防火等级;
2.与PVC的相容性好。
3.在保证阻燃效果的同时,兼可100%移除残胶,而且抗氧化性能好,不易老化,不褪色,曲面粘贴性好。

白色PVC层:市售阻燃型透明PVC膜
离型白硅纸层:市售离型白硅纸层
烷基硫酸盐:十二烷基硫酸钠
引发剂:过硫酸铵
固化剂:甲苯二异氰酸酯
聚乙烯醇溶液:市售固含为8-15%,粘度为1000-8000cps/30℃的聚乙烯醇溶液。
实施例1
按照重量百分数计,称量以下组分:
(1)特殊阻燃灰胶:将丙烯酸丁酯54%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯8%,丙烯酸4%,丙烯醇4%,2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯14.9%,三聚氰胺3%,灰色膏4%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.1%,混合均匀,然后加入引发剂2%,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉1%,纳米凹凸棒土2%继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂3%,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤,备用;
(2)在白色PVC层涂布特殊阻燃灰胶15-30g/m2,涂布速度为20-40m/min,经烘干后,和离型白硅纸层进行贴合后,收卷即可。
实施例2
按照重量百分数计,称量以下组分:
(1)特殊阻燃灰胶:将丙烯酸丁酯40%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%,丙烯酸2%,丙烯醇2%,2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯13.7%,三聚氰胺8%,灰色膏10%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.3%,混合均匀,然后加入引发剂4%,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉5%,纳米凹凸棒土6%继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂5%,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤,备用;
(2)在白色PVC层涂布特殊阻燃灰胶15-30g/m2,涂布速度为20-40m/min,经烘干后,和离型白硅纸层进行贴合后,收卷即可。
实施例3
按照重量百分数计,称量以下组分:
(1)特殊阻燃灰胶:将丙烯酸丁酯48%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6%,丙烯酸3%,丙烯醇3%,2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯13.5%,三聚氰胺5%,灰色膏7%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2%,混合均匀,然后加入引发剂3%,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉3%,纳米凹凸棒土4%继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂4.3%,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤,备用;
(2)在白色PVC层涂布特殊阻燃灰胶15-30g/m2,涂布速度为20-40m/min,经烘干后,和离型白硅纸层进行贴合后,收卷即可。

(1)特殊阻燃灰胶:将丙烯酸丁酯50.5%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6%,丙烯酸3%,丙烯醇3%,2-乙基(丙烯酰氧甲基)膦酸酯12%,三聚氰胺8%,灰色膏10%,聚丙烯酸钠盐0.2%,混合均匀,然后加入引发剂3%,70-90℃反应7-9h;冷却至常温后加入固化剂4.3%,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤,备用;
(2)在白色PVC层涂布特殊阻燃灰胶15-30g/m2,涂布速度为20-40m/min,经烘干后,和离型白硅纸层进行贴合后,收卷即可。
对比例3
按照重量百分数计,称量以下组分:
(1)特殊阻燃灰胶:将丙烯酸丁酯50.5%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6%,丙烯酸3%,丙烯醇3%,含双键环三磷腈无卤阻燃单体-(2-烯丙基苯氧基)五苯氧基环三磷腈(APPCP)11%,三聚氰胺5%,灰色膏7%,聚丙烯酸钠盐0.2%,混合均匀,然后加入引发剂3%,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉3%,纳米凹凸棒土4%继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂4.3%,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤,备用;
(2)在白色PVC层涂布特殊阻燃灰胶15-30g/m2,涂布速度为20-40m/min,经烘干后,和离型白硅纸层进行贴合后,收卷即可。
测试方法:
1、剥离力:180°剥离力按GB/2792-1998进行测试;采用电子剥离机进行测定(剥离速率为250mm/min)。
2、初粘力:按GB/4852-2002(方法A斜面滚球法)进行测试;
3、阻燃性能:按照UL 94-2006标准,采用水平-垂直燃烧试验机进行测定。
5、遗胶测试:将背胶PVC粘贴在PET板上,老化7d,通过肉眼对遗胶情况进行观察,并记录。
尤其是实施例5曲面粘贴性好,无气泡、无折痕、无翘边产生。

Claims (8)

1.一种水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶按重量百份比组成:丙烯酸丁酯40-54%;甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-8%;丙烯酸2-4%;丙烯醇2-4%;含磷丙烯酸单体10-17%;三聚氰胺3~8%;灰色膏4-10%;烷基硫酸盐0.1-0.3%;固化剂0.5-5%;引发剂2-4%;乳胶粉1-5%、纳米凹凸棒土2-6%;
所述含磷丙烯酸单体为2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)膦酸酯、2-乙基(丙烯酰氧甲基)膦酸酯和2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述含磷丙烯酸单体、三聚氰胺的重量比为2-2.5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述烷基硫酸盐的重量百份比为0.2-0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述乳胶粉与纳米凹凸棒土的重量比为1:1-2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述含磷丙烯酸单体为2-乙基(甲基丙烯酸酰氧甲基)磷酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述固化剂为含NCO基团的固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
8.根据权利要求1-7中所述的水性阻燃灰胶型背胶PVC用阻燃压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:将除引发剂、固化剂、乳胶粉和纳米凹凸棒土外的所有成分混合均匀,然后加入引发剂,70-90℃反应7-9h,然后加入乳胶粉、纳米凹凸棒土继续反应1-3小时;冷却至常温后加入固化剂,搅拌20-40分钟,过滤。
