本发明涉及一种电缆电线用绝缘漆,属于绝缘漆技术领域。
背景技术
绝缘漆又叫绝缘涂料,是一种具有优良电绝缘性的涂料。它是以高分子聚合物为基础,能在一定的条件下固化成绝缘膜或绝缘整体的重要绝缘材料,具有良好的电性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能。随着科学技术的发展,像绝缘漆这类绝缘材料已经是现代化生活中的各种器具不可缺少的材料。现有的绝缘漆抗冲击性能、拉伸性能、弯曲性能、耐磨性能、抗撕裂性能等机械性能较差,稍受外力作用就会导致绝缘漆磨损、裂开,甚至脱落,当这类绝缘漆用在电缆电线时,绝缘漆膜一旦受损,会导致电缆电线漏电、短路,极易发生用电事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机械性能优异的电缆电线用绝缘漆。
所述的电缆电线用绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂32-42份,有机硅树脂20-32份,聚乙烯类弹性体32-42份,环己酮60-80份,氢氧化钾42-50份,氧化锌3-8份,对羟基苯磺酸3-8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡1-3份,云母5-10份,轻质碳酸钙10-17份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂1-3份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷1-3份,氨基树脂1-3份。
优选的电缆电线用绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂35份,有机硅树脂25份,聚乙烯类弹性体35份,环己酮75份,氢氧化钾45份,氧化锌5份,对羟基苯磺酸5份,二月桂酸二丁基锡2份,云母8份,轻质碳酸钙14份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂2份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷2份,氨基树脂2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
双马来酰亚胺树脂具有较高的强度和模量,吸湿率低,热膨胀系数小,耐高温,耐辐射,耐湿热,缺点是抗冲击强度低,固化温度高,溶解性差,固化脆性大。有机硅树脂涂料附着力好,耐化学腐蚀,耐热性强,耐候性优异,绝缘性突出,但是固化温度高,不耐有机溶剂。本发明在双马来酰亚胺树脂和有机硅树脂中加入聚乙烯类弹性体,大大提升了产品的柔软性能,解决了产品固化后脆性大的问题,同时产品的抗冲击性能、拉伸性能、耐磨性能、抗撕裂性能等机械性能大幅度提升。本发明产品涂覆电线电缆附着力好,粘接能力强,漆膜硬度高,丰满度好,漆膜表面均匀、致密、光滑,无微孔,而且电绝缘性能突出,适用于各种类型的电线电缆。
