本发明公开了一种环氧基防污涂料,所述的材料含有以下物质:环氧树脂、聚酰胺、滑石粉、硫酸钡、钛白粉、二甲苯、抗污剂、本发明与现有技术相比,不含有机锡,抗污剂的抑菌圈为20mm,所制的涂料的附着力均为2级,硬度3H,耐冲击性能为48Kg.cm。

本发明属于防污涂料,特别属于海洋防污涂料这一技术领域。
背景技术
随着人类的文明的进步,人类对海洋的利用也越来越多,但海洋中同海水接触的船舶、桥梁、海洋石油开采平台的表面容易吸附各种海洋生物,使其受到污损,形成了海洋污损。防污涂料是常用的防止海洋污损的涂料,防污涂料中通常含有有机锡,但国际海事组织
(IMO)目前已经禁止在防污涂料中使用有机锡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不含有机锡的环氧基防污涂料。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种环氧基防污涂料,含有以下重量份的物质:
所述的抗污剂为:胡椒乙胺(C9H11NO2)、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的混合物,胡椒乙胺、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的重量比为100:1-3:1-3。
所述的环氧树脂为E-44。
抗污剂的加入量不能过多,过多使涂料的机械性能下能。
本发明与现有技术相比,不含有机锡,抗污剂的抑菌圈为20mm,所制的涂料的附着力为2级,硬度3H,耐冲击性能为48Kg.cm。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
本发明的聚酰胺和E44环氧树脂均由江苏三木集团化工厂提供。
实施例1:
一种环氧基防污涂料,含有以下重量份的物质:
所述的抗污剂为:胡椒乙胺(C9H11NO2)、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的混合物,胡椒乙胺、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的重量比为100:1:1。
实施例2:
一种环氧基防污涂料,含有以下重量份的物质:
所述的抗污剂为:胡椒乙胺(C9H11NO2)、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的混合物,胡椒乙胺、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的重量比为100:2:2。
实施例3:
一种环氧基防污涂料,含有以下重量份的物质:
所述的抗污剂为:胡椒乙胺(C9H11NO2)、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的混合物,胡椒乙胺、3-奎宁醇、氧化亚铜的重量比为100:3:3。
实施例4:
除抗污剂的用量为20重量份外,其它与实施例3相同。
本发明的抗污剂用常规的管碟法测量抑菌圈的直径,所述的细菌为金萄菌(ATCC25923),其抑菌圈为20mm。
将实施例1-4的喷涂于钢板上,其附着力均为2级,硬度3H,实施例1-3的耐冲击性能为48Kg.cm,实施例4的耐冲击性能为30Kg.cm。
