技术领域
本发明涉及无机填料领域,具体涉及一种地板砖用改性碳酸钙及其制备方法。
背景技术
重质碳酸钙是一种常用无机填料,因来源广、价格便宜等,广泛用于橡胶、塑料、涂料等领域。但重质碳酸钙表面亲水疏油、比表面积大、表面能高、颗粒间极易团聚,当直接或大量填充有机基体材料中时,不但难以均匀地分散,且与基体的结合力很弱,导致两相界面缺陷、复合材料的某些性能下降。因此,为了拓宽其应用领域,必须对重质碳酸钙表面进行改性,使其表面亲油疏水,增强与有机基体的相容性,提高在有机基体中的分散性,改善和提高复合材料的性能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组分制备而成:
400目重质碳酸钙95-100、熟地黄29-31、氧化镁0.2-0.4、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.4、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠0.1-0.2、当归9-11、脂肪酸甘油酯2-4、菟丝子9-11、氧化银0.3-0.5、枸杞子9-11、EVA树脂1-3、氧化钼0.2-0.4、空心玻璃微珠0.6-0.8、竹炭纤维0.8-1.0。
所述的养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于:具体操作为:
(1) 首先将重质碳酸钙和氧化镁混合均匀,然后在90-100℃下,烘干至水份0.5%以下,加入到高速搅拌机里;
(2)将三聚磷酸钠、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯、氧化银、EVA树脂先混合,然后加入到碳酸钙里,在温度为85-90℃下,转速900-1000转/分,高速搅拌5-6分钟;
(3)将熟地黄、当归、菟丝子、枸杞子加50-60倍水,熬煮成中药液备用;
(4)将其余物料氧化钼、空心玻璃微珠、竹炭纤维,加入到步骤(2)、(3)的混合料中,升温至100-110℃,在1300-1500转/分的速度下,搅拌8-10分钟,保温10-15分钟后,再以1200-1300转/分的速度, 搅拌4-6分钟,然后,让其自热冷却到室温,干燥,研磨成纳米粉状,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明添加了中药物质,这样中药的药效可以蕴含在物料中,有利于养生房的养生效果,在现有重质碳酸钙改性的基础上添加了多种表面处理剂及功能助剂,所得的改性碳酸钙具有粒径小于0.1um,粒子大小均匀,比表面积大,应用性能大大优于普通碳酸钙的特点、得到的改性碳酸钙在生产地板砖原料中分散性和相容性好,可以提高填料的加入量,降低原材料成本;在改性时通过添加少量的空心玻璃微珠大大提高了地板砖的隔热性能,同时改善了体系的流动性及加工性能,隔热保温性能提高,而且赋予制品较好的物理机械性能,达到增韧补强的效果。
具体实施方式
一种养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙的制备方法,
首先按重量(kg)称取400目重质碳酸钙100、氧化镁0.3、三聚磷酸钠0.2、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠0.1、脂肪酸甘油酯3、氧化银0.4、EVA树脂2、氧化钼0.3、空心玻璃微珠0.6、竹炭纤维1,然后按下列步骤制备:
(1) 首先将重质碳酸钙和氧化镁混合均匀,然后在90-100℃下,烘干至水份0.5%以下,加入到高速搅拌机里;
(2)将三聚磷酸钠、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯、氧化银、EVA树脂先混合,然后加入到碳酸钙里,在温度为85-90℃下,转速900-1000转/分,高速搅拌5-6分钟;
(3)将熟地黄、当归、菟丝子、枸杞子加50-60倍水,熬煮成中药液备用
(4)将其余物料氧化钼、空心玻璃微珠、竹炭纤维,加入到步骤(2)的混合料中,升温至100-110℃,在1300-1500转/分的速度下,搅拌8-10分钟,保温10-15分钟后,再以1200-1300转/分的速度, 搅拌4-6分钟,然后,让其自热冷却到室温,干燥,研磨成纳米粉状,即可。
试验数据:
将本发明的改性碳酸钙和普通碳酸钙的性能检测比较如下:
检测标准:
GB/T1040—92塑料拉伸试验方法;
GB/T9341—2000塑料弯曲性能试验方法;
GB/T1043—93塑料简支梁冲击试验方法;
首先测量改性前、后碳酸钙的堆积密度,然后将改性好的碳酸钙和未改性的重质碳酸钙分别按30%的比例加入到pvc树脂中,制成样条,分别测试两者的力学性能。

1.一种养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组分制备而成:
400目重质碳酸钙95-100、熟地黄29-31、氧化镁0.2-0.4、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.4、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠0.1-0.2、当归9-11、脂肪酸甘油酯2-4、菟丝子9-11、氧化银0.3-0.5、枸杞子9-11、EVA树脂1-3、氧化钼0.2-0.4、空心玻璃微珠0.6-0.8、竹炭纤维0.8-1.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生房用地板砖改性碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于:具体操作为:
(1) 首先将重质碳酸钙和氧化镁混合均匀,然后在90-100℃下,烘干至水份0.5%以下,加入到高速搅拌机里;
(2)将三聚磷酸钠、基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯、氧化银、EVA树脂先混合,然后加入到碳酸钙里,在温度为85-90℃下,转速900-1000转/分,高速搅拌5-6分钟;
(3)将熟地黄、当归、菟丝子、枸杞子加50-60倍水,熬煮成中药液备用;
(4)将其余物料氧化钼、空心玻璃微珠、竹炭纤维,加入到步骤(2)、(3)的混合料中,升温至100-110℃,在1300-1500转/分的速度下,搅拌8-10分钟,保温10-15分钟后, 再以1200-1300转/分的速度, 搅拌4-6分钟,然后,让其自热冷却到室温 ,干燥,研磨成纳米粉状,即可。
