Abstract

本发明公开了一种改良型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:聚氯乙烯粉末10‑15份、麦饭石颗粒3‑8份、滑石粉5‑10份、碳酸钙2‑5份、季苯甲酸甲酯2‑5份、纳米二氧化硅20‑30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10‑20份、粘结剂3‑5份,增塑剂1‑3份。本发明与现有技术相比,通过纳米二氧化硅的加入提升了纳米抗压膜的气密性能,粘结剂的加入使得纳米抗压膜的结构强度更好,从而提升了纳米抗压膜的抗压性能,并且优化了纳米抗压膜的物理机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗压膜,具体涉及一种改良型纳米抗压膜。
背景技术
目前高强度的抗压设备例如千斤顶等一般都是采用金属材料制备,其成本高,且需采用机械设备经过多道复杂工序才能制得,当抗压设备体积较大时,产品极其笨重,携带不方便。而目前以聚苯乙烯为原材料生产的各种薄膜产品,虽然产品重量较轻,便于携带,但由于气密性和抗压性能方面的限制,目前的PVC薄膜产品还不能应用于抗压设备中。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种气密性好、抗压性能高的改良型纳米抗压膜。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种改良型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末10-15份、麦饭石颗粒3-8份、滑石粉5-10份、碳酸钙2-5份、季苯甲酸甲酯2-5份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-20份、粘结剂3-5份,增塑剂1-3份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末14-15份、麦饭石颗粒7-8份、滑石粉9-10份、碳酸钙4-5份、季苯甲酸甲酯4-5份、纳米二氧化硅28-30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯18-20份、粘结剂4-5份,增塑剂2-3份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末10-11份、麦饭石颗粒3-4份、滑石粉5-6份、碳酸钙2-3份、季苯甲酸甲酯2-3份、纳米二氧化硅20-22份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-12份、粘结剂3-4份,增塑剂1-2份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末12-14份、麦饭石颗粒5-6份、滑石粉7-8份、碳酸钙4-5份、季苯甲酸甲酯3-4份、纳米二氧化硅24-26份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯14-16份、粘结剂4-5份,增塑剂1-2份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末13份、麦饭石颗粒6份、滑石粉8份、碳酸钙3份、季苯甲酸甲酯3份、纳米二氧化硅25份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15份、粘结剂4份,增塑剂2份。
进一步地,所述粘结剂为硅胶粘结剂。
进一步地,所述增塑剂为三元乙丙橡胶。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,通过纳米二氧化硅的加入提升了纳米抗压膜的气密性能,粘结剂的加入使得纳米抗压膜的结构强度更好,从而提升了纳米抗压膜的抗压性能,并且优化了纳米抗压膜的物理机械性能。

一种改良型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末15份、麦饭石颗粒8份、滑石粉10份、碳酸钙5份、季苯甲酸甲酯5份、纳米二氧化硅30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份、粘结剂5份,增塑剂3份。
实施例3:
一种改良型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末13份、麦饭石颗粒6份、滑石粉8份、碳酸钙3份、季苯甲酸甲酯3份、纳米二氧化硅25份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15份、硅胶4份,三元乙丙橡胶2份。

1.一种改良型纳米抗压膜,其特征在于:按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末10-15份、麦饭石颗粒3-8份、滑石粉5-10份、碳酸钙2-5份、季苯甲酸甲酯2-5份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-20份、粘结剂3-5份,增塑剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型纳米抗压膜,其特征在于:按重量份数由以下组份组成:
聚氯乙烯粉末14-15份、麦饭石颗粒7-8份、滑石粉9-10份、碳酸钙4-5份、季苯甲酸甲酯4-5份、纳米二氧化硅28-30份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯18-20份、粘结剂4-5份,增塑剂2-3份。

聚氯乙烯粉末10-11份、麦饭石颗粒3-4份、滑石粉5-6份、碳酸钙2-3份、季苯甲酸甲酯2-3份、纳米二氧化硅20-22份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10-12份、粘结剂3-4份,增塑剂1-2份。
