Abstract

本发明公开了一种改进型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:PVC聚氯乙烯树脂10‑15份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5‑9份、滑石粉5‑10份、碳酸钙3‑6份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6‑15份、纳米二氧化硅20‑30份、聚苯乙烯20‑30份、粘结剂3‑5份。本发明与现有技术相比,通过纳米二氧化硅的加入提升了纳米抗压膜的气密性能,粘结剂的加入使得纳米抗压膜的结构强度更好,从而提升了纳米抗压膜的抗压性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗压膜,具体涉及一种改进型纳米抗压膜。
背景技术
目前高强度的抗压设备例如千斤顶等一般都是采用金属材料制备,其成本高,且需采用机械设备经过多道复杂工序才能制得,当抗压设备体积较大时,产品极其笨重,携带不方便。而目前以聚苯乙烯为原材料生产的各种薄膜产品,虽然产品重量较轻,便于携带,但由于气密性和抗压性能方面的限制,目前的PVC薄膜产品还不能应用于抗压设备中。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种气密性好、抗压性能高的改进型纳米抗压膜。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种改进型纳米抗压膜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
PVC聚氯乙烯树脂10-15份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-9份、滑石粉5-10份、碳酸钙3-6份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6-15份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、聚苯乙烯20-30份、粘结剂3-5份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
PVC聚氯乙烯树脂12-14份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8份、滑石粉7-9份、碳酸钙4-5份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯8-10份、纳米二氧化硅24-26份、聚苯乙烯24-26份、粘结剂3-5份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
PVC聚氯乙烯树脂13份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7份、滑石粉7份、碳酸钙5份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯10份、纳米二氧化硅25份、聚苯乙烯25份、粘结剂4份。
进一步地,所述粘结剂为硅胶粘结剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,通过纳米二氧化硅的加入提升了纳米抗压膜的气密性能,粘结剂的加入使得纳米抗压膜的结构强度更好,从而提升了纳米抗压膜的抗压性能。

PVC聚氯乙烯树脂10-15份、DBP邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-9份、滑石粉5-10份、碳酸钙3-6份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯6-15份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、聚苯乙烯20-30份、粘结剂3-5份。
