Abstract

本发明涉及一种带喷头清洗保湿机构的高速纺织喷墨机,包括机架及安装于机架上的喷墨印刷系统、喷头清洗保湿机构,其特征在于:喷头清洗保湿机构包括有清洗托盘,装于清洗托盘内的清洗帽、清洗帽安装板、真空负压集气板,以及装于清洗托盘上的真空负压管接头、气缸导轨系统,清洗托盘本身同时也作为保湿托盘,清洗托盘的底部设有可盛装保湿液体的空间,清洗托盘的上部外轮廓设计与喷头安装板的外轮廓对应扣接配合,且清洗托盘的上部边沿安装有与喷头安装板配合的压紧密封胶条,这样的设计,喷头的清洗与保湿共用一个空间,可以大大缩短喷墨打印机的喷头表面清洗时间,提高生产效率,检修维护方便,节约生产成本。

一种带喷头清洗保湿机构的高速纺织喷墨机
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品表面印花和印刷加工的高速纺织喷墨机,特别是对高速喷墨机的喷头清洗、保湿机构的改进。
背景技术
目前,在高速纺织喷墨打印机方面,为保证喷印质量,喷头需要保湿养护。扫描式纺织喷墨打印机的喷头清洗和保湿都是依靠海绵类的材料清洗块进行清洗和保湿。而通过式纺织喷墨打印机的喷头清洗和保湿依靠装在环形皮带上装有与喷头数量相同胶刮片,环形皮带转动时胶刮片对喷头表面刮擦清洗。保湿时由另有一独立的托盘对喷头进行保湿。扫描式纺织喷墨打印机喷头清洗和保湿方式,其缺点是:当对喷头清洗多次后,海绵类的材料清洗块表面残留越来越多墨水渍,清洗喷头的效果保护的效果越来越差,需要及时进行更换新清洗块,影响的生产效率。通过式纺织喷墨打印机的喷头清洗和保湿,其不足是:由于喷头胶刮片装在环形的皮带上,清洗喷头时环形的皮带要走一圈才能完成对喷头清洗一次工作,如要进行多次清洗,则环形的皮带要走多圈才能完成,耗时比较长,影响生产效率。如要进行喷头保湿工作,装有环形的皮带清洗托盘退出后,另有一独立的托盘进入对喷头的保湿维护,这样的结构增大颜色通道间距离,即增大了整机的长度,增加成本。因此,现有技术有待改进提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提出一种带喷头清洗保湿机构的高速纺织喷墨机,其喷头的清洗与保湿共用一个空间,可以大大缩短喷墨打印机的喷头表面清洗时间,提高生产效率,更缩短了整机的长度,节约生产成本,符合绿色环保要求。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种带喷头清洗保湿机构的高速纺织喷墨机,包括机架及安装于机架上的喷墨印刷系统、喷头清洗保湿机构,其特征在于:喷头清洗保湿机构包括有清洗托盘,装于清洗托盘内的清洗帽、清洗帽安装板、真空负压集气板,以及装于清洗托盘上的真空负压管接头、气缸导轨系统,清洗托盘本身同时也作为保湿托盘,清洗托盘的底部设有可盛装保湿液体的空间,清洗托盘的上部外轮廓设计与喷头安装板的外轮廓对应扣接配合,且清洗托盘的上部边沿安装有与喷头安装板配合的压紧密封胶条。
进一步地,所述清洗托盘两侧设有滑轮,滑轮安装在滑轨上,滑轨则安装在喷墨印刷系统的机架上,通过伸缩气缸可将在滑轨上面的托盘作伸缩滑动。
在非清洗的保湿状态时,喷头安装板下降至与清洗托盘接触,在气缸导轨系统的驱动下,各清洗帽移到对应于喷头安装板两个喷头之间的中间位置,喷头安装板上的喷头被密封于清洗托盘内保湿。
这样的结构,具有明显的优点:1、清洗和保湿共用同一托盘,简化节约了空间。2、喷头清洗时间可大大缩短,清洗和保湿可同时兼顾。3、一体化设计,检修维护方便。4、提高生产效率,节约生产成本,符合环保要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施例的高速纺织喷墨机,包括有常规的机架及安装于机架上常规的的喷墨印刷系统,改进的核心在于喷头清洗保湿机构。
参见图2-图4,喷头清洗保湿机构,安装于喷墨印刷系统的机架上,包括有清洗托盘7,装于清洗托盘7内的清洗帽10、清洗帽安装板11、真空负压集气板3,以及装于清洗托盘7上的真空负压管接头8、气缸导轨系统9,特别之处在于:清洗托盘7本身同时也作为保湿托盘,清洗托盘7的底部设有可盛装保湿液体的空间,清洗托盘7的上部外轮廓设计与喷头安装板2的外轮廓对应扣接配合,且清洗托盘7的上部边沿安装有与喷头安装板2配合的压紧密封胶条4。
清洗托盘7内,各清洗帽10安装于清洗帽安装板11上,清洗帽10上表面开有一小缝口,宽约:1毫米 、长度约30毫米,清洗帽10下面接有真空负压管(图中未画)与小缝口连通,各清洗帽10下面的真空负压管连接到真空负压集气板3,真空负压集气板3通过真空负压管接头8与真空泵(图中未画)连接。清洗帽10数量与喷头1(图2中只画有一个)数量相同。清洗帽10通过若干个小弹簧和螺栓(图中未画)浮动安装在清洗帽安装板11,清洗帽10能够在清洗帽安装板11作上下自由浮动。
工作过程:当喷头需要清洗时,如图2中所示位置,喷墨印刷系统的喷头安装板2向下降至清洗托盘7,与压紧密封胶条4接触后停止下降,此时,每个清洗帽10均与一个喷头1(图2中只画有一个)接触,当喷头安装板2下降到清洗位置时,气缸导轨系统9开始工作,推动清洗帽安装板11作往复移动。清洗帽10表面能够与喷头安装板2很好紧密接触。当喷头1表面要进行清洗时,清洗帽10移至喷头1下表面位置,清洗帽10前后移动距离约80~100毫米。通过清洗帽10上表面小缝口,真空负压气流将喷头1表面的残留墨水全部吸干净。
当进行喷墨打印时,清洗托盘7两侧设有滑轮6,滑轮6安装在滑轨5上,在气缸(图中未画)的推动作用下,将在滑轨5上面的清洗托盘7沿滑轨5移动到另一位置,腾出足够空间,使处于上方的喷头安装板2能向下移动至打印位置(如图4示)。
在非清洗的保湿状态时,喷头安装板2下降至与清洗托盘7接触,在气缸导轨系统9的驱动下,各清洗帽10移到两个喷头1之间的中间位置,喷头安装板2上的喷头1被密封于清洗托盘7内进行保湿。
本实施例中,纺织品一共经过八组十六个喷头后,在纺织品表面就喷印有十六种彩色图案纹理,完成最终的喷印。由于每组喷头安装板中相邻两组喷头之间的中心距固定不变,在250-300毫米之间范围内,当纺织品打印速度加快至高速的70米/分钟时,喷头打印速度也加快,打印的墨量也增多,同时飞溅出来的墨水也多,要求抽风系统的抽风量也要同时增大,为30—50升/分钟。事实上,根据喷印需要,并不限于十六种颜色八组喷头,可有更多的喷头,有更多的颜色通道设置。
本高速喷墨机除应用于纺织品外,还可用于人造革外、转印纸品等的喷印,甚至还可用于陶瓷、玻璃、木板等平面建材的喷印。当然,这里仅列举一些较佳的实施方式,本技术方案可作其它等同或类同的变化,这里不再赘述,但它们应属于本专利的保护范围。

1.一种带喷头清洗保湿机构的高速纺织喷墨机,包括机架及安装于机架上的喷墨印刷系统、喷头清洗保湿机构,其特征在于:喷头清洗保湿机构包括有清洗托盘,装于清洗托盘内的清洗帽、清洗帽安装板、真空负压集气板,以及装于清洗托盘上的真空负压管接头、气缸导轨系统,清洗托盘本身同时也作为保湿托盘,清洗托盘的底部设有可盛装保湿液体的空间,清洗托盘的上部外轮廓设计与喷头安装板的外轮廓对应扣接配合,且清洗托盘的上部边沿安装有与喷头安装板配合的压紧密封胶条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速纺织喷墨机,其特征是,清洗托盘两侧设有滑轮,滑轮安装在滑轨上,滑轨则安装在喷墨印刷系统的机架上,通过伸缩气缸可将在滑轨上面的托盘作伸缩滑动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高速纺织喷墨机,其特征是,在非清洗的保湿状态时,喷头安装板下降至与清洗托盘接触,在气缸导轨系统的驱动下,各清洗帽移到对应于喷头安装板两个喷头之间的中间位置,喷头安装板上的喷头被密封于清洗托盘内保湿。
