Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,包括从外至内依次设置的VMPET、PET以及结构稳定层,所述结构稳定层由EPE、PE、PP编织布三种材料依次贴合形成,所述EPE与PET之间通过设置PE材料进行粘接,所述PP编织布一侧设置由PE材料制作的保护层,在所述VMPET外侧设置有由PE材料制作的保温层,所述保温层相对于VMPET的另一侧面上设置有亚光层,该保温层于亚光层的另一侧与VMPET之间通过胶水层连接,所述VMPET与PET之间、PET与PE之间、结构稳定层与保护层之间均通过设置胶水层实现粘接,本发明的目的是提供一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,其可以保持保温、耐磨、抗缓冲的优点,除此之外还降低其了表面在太阳直射下对于外人的晕眩感,在低温下可以依旧保持其良好性能。

Description

用于冷链的保温复合膜
技术领域
本发明涉及复合膜,特别涉及一种用于冷链的保温复合膜。
背景技术
现代生活的快节奏,让很多人过上了外卖的生活,外卖箱也应运而生,对于外卖箱,其表面会通过贴有一层复合膜对其内部进行的运输物品进行保温,这一层复合膜除了要达到对于内部物品进行保温的基本功能外,其还需要耐磨、抗缓冲等功能。
中国专利公告为CN204605044U公开了一种高效隔热保温亚光反射膜,包括聚酯镀铝膜,胶水层,PET,PE,PE粘合层,EPE,编织布和PE保护层,该聚酯镀铝膜位于最外层,薄膜表面镀铝的作用是遮光,反射外部能量,当外界温度高于内部温度时,可以有效阻隔热量传递,在该反射膜的内层设置有EPE,与聚酯镀铝膜的作用相反,当内部温度高于外界温度时,EPE起到保护内部温度的作用,热量不会传递到外界,该材料可以很好的应用于外卖箱上。
由于该反射膜表面是聚酯镀铝膜,聚酯镀铝膜是在真空的环境下将铝丝汽化后在塑料薄膜上形成一层镀铝层,该镀铝层虽然可以反射大部分的热量,但是其具有强反光性,如果外卖箱表面直接是这层镀铝层的话,在阳光照射下会给路人带来刺眼的强反光,会有晕眩感,另外,在目前外卖箱的功能也不仅是简简单单我们经常看到的那种,更多还涉及到在对于一些经过加工的食品或半成品、特殊的生物制品和药品在经过收购、加工、灭菌、灭活后,在产品加工、贮藏、运输、分销和零售的过程中,其各个环节始终处于产品所必需的特定低温环境下,但是目前现有技术的该反射膜在低温下容易变脆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,其可以保持保温、耐磨、抗缓冲的优点,除此之外还降低其了表面在太阳直射下对于外人的晕眩感,在低温下可以依旧保持其良好性能。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,包括从外至内依次设置的VMPET、PET以及结构稳定层,所述结构稳定层由EPE、PE、PP编织布三种材料依次贴合形成,所述EPE与PET之间通过设置PE材料进行粘接,所述PP编织布一侧设置由PE材料制作的保护层,在所述VMPET外侧设置有由PE材料制作的保温层,所述保温层相对于VMPET的另一侧面上设置有亚光层,该保温层于亚光层的另一侧与VMPET之间通过胶水层连接,所述VMPET与PET之间、PET与PE之间、结构稳定层与保护层之间均通过设置胶水层实现粘接。
通过采用上述技术方案,该复合膜在最外层设置为由PE材料制作的保温层, PE材料具有良好的耐低温的特性,在表面设置PE材料可以很好的适应低温的环境,防止在低温环境下该复合膜整体脆化,VMPET材料本身具有良好的抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性,但是VMPET具有强反光性,所以在最外层表面设置亚光层,亚光层保持了VMPET对于温度的隔绝效果,而且VMPET反射的光会经过亚光层的漫反射,不会对于路人带来强光反射,避免造成眩晕感。
进一步的,所述VMPET包括有镀铝层以及聚酯层,所述聚酯层相对于镀铝层的另一层设置有亚光层,所述镀铝层朝向保温层一侧。
通过采用上述技术方案,VMPET在聚酯层相对于镀铝层的另一侧设置有亚光层,该层亚光层与保温层的亚光层相对应使得该复合膜整体外观不会出现不协调,保证了美观度,除此之外,在该VMPET上的亚光层降低了该复合膜本身的避光度。
进一步的,所述VMPET与PET之间设置有由PE材料制作的拉伸层,所述VMPET与拉伸层以及拉伸层与PE之间均通过设置胶水层连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,在VMPET与PET之间进一步设置有一层由PE材料制作的拉伸层,虽然在外内两个表面都设置有PE材料制作的保温层和保护层,如果长期在低温的情况下,还是会对PET以及VMPET这些对于低温比较敏感的材料带来损伤,所以拉伸层的作用就是增强该复合膜的拉伸强度的,使得该复合膜可以被进一步长期处于低温的环境下,在-60摄氏度下依旧可以长期保持良好的弹性,不会出现破损的问题。
进一步的,带有亚光层的PE的厚度为30μm。
进一步的,所述VMPET的厚度为15μm。
进一步的,所述PE、PET、PE、EPE、PE的厚度分别为50μm、35μm、18μm、2.5μm、35μm,位于最内层的PE为35μm。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:可以隔绝该复合膜内外的温度,在低温下,其材料不会变脆,适用于-80℃-60℃之间,其内部的EPE具有保温,隔水防潮,防摩擦,抗老化等特点,其与PE、PP编织布材料整合提高了该复合膜整体的性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-图3所示,一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,包括有从外至内依次设置的厚度为30μm的保温层2、厚度为15μm的带有亚光层1的VMPET6、厚度为50μm的拉伸层7、厚度为35μm的PET8、用于与EPE9粘接的厚度为18μm的PE、由厚度为2.5μm的EPE9、厚度为35μm的PE、PP编织布10相互粘接成一体的结构稳定层12以及厚度为35μm的由PE材料制作的保护层11。
所述保温层2由PE材料制作,在保温层2上还设置有一层亚光层1,该带有亚光层1的保温层2通过将亚光膜与PE塑料膜采用复合的工艺复合为一体;VMPET6,即镀铝聚酯膜,可以反射外部能量,当外界温度高于内部温度时,可以有效阻隔热量传递,防止高温进入内部,该VMPET6包括有聚酯层5,在聚酯层5在真空的环境下,将铝丝汽化至聚酯层5上,形成一层镀铝层4,在所述聚酯层5的另一侧同样设置有亚光层1,所述保温层2于PE材料一侧面与VMPET6之间通过设置胶水层3相粘接,所述VMPET6的镀铝层4朝向保温层2一侧设置。
PET8,为热塑性聚酯,有良好的力学性能,冲击强度是其他薄膜的3-5倍,耐着性好,主要提高该复合膜的抗缓冲性;EPE9,是可发性聚乙烯,与VMPET6作用相反,当内部温度高于外界温度时,EPE9起到保护内部温度的作用,热量不传递到外界,从而与外部隔热,另外EPE9具有保温,隔水防潮,防摩擦,抗老化等特点;PP编织布10为80g/m,即由PP材料编织而成,起到发射膜骨架的作用。
考虑到要将该复合膜应用于冷链的场合下,即需要在长期的低温下进行工作,一方面将保温层2和保护层11均采用PE材料,PE材料本身的抗低温的特点使得该复合膜在表层即可以具有在低温下有良好的弹性的特点,另外在VMPET6与PET8之间设置有厚度为50μm的拉伸层7,该拉伸层7是该复合膜厚度最厚的一层,主要起到的作用是增加产品拉伸强度的作用,另外保护层11采用PE材料还起着热封口的作用。
具体的,先通过复合的方式制作保温层2,在真空高温的环境下制作带有亚光层1的VMPET6,将结构稳定层12与PE材料通过在高温下贴合成一体,最后将带保温层2、带有亚光层1的VMPET6、PET8、以及带有PE的结构稳定层12以及保护层11在180-230℃高温挤出下制备成型,在两两物质之间通过设置胶水层3相固定,所述胶水层3采用的是聚氨酯1850或者聚氨酯2975或者日本三井化工9950。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于冷链的保温复合膜,包括从外至内依次设置的VMPET(6)、PET(7)以及结构稳定层(12),所述结构稳定层(12)由EPE(9)、PE、PP编织布(10)三种材料依次贴合形成,所述EPE(9)与PET(7)之间通过设置PE材料进行粘接,所述PP编织布(10)一侧设置由PE材料制作的保护层(11),其特征是,在所述VMPET(6)外侧设置有由PE材料制作的保温层(2),所述保温层(2)相对于VMPET(6)的另一侧面上设置有亚光层(1),该保温层(2)于亚光层(1)的另一侧与VMPET(6)之间通过胶水层(3)连接,所述VMPET(6)与PET之间、PET(7)与PE之间、结构稳定层(12)与保护层(11)之间均通过设置胶水层(3)实现粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷链的保温复合膜,其特征是:所述VMPET(6)包括有镀铝层(4)以及聚酯层(5),所述聚酯层(5)相对于镀铝层(4)的另一层设置有亚光层(1),所述镀铝层(4)朝向保温层(2)一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于冷链的保温复合膜,其特征是:所述VMPET(6)与PET(7)之间设置有由PE材料制作的拉伸层(7),所述VMPET(6)与拉伸层(7)以及拉伸层(7)与PET之间均通过设置胶水层(3)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷链的保温复合膜,其特征是:所述保温层(2)的厚度为30μm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于冷链的保温复合膜,其特征是:所述VMPET(6)的厚度为15μm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于冷链的保温复合膜,其特征是:所述拉伸层(7)、PET(7)的厚度分别为50μm、35μm,所述保护层(11)的厚度为35μm。
