Abstract

一种软木壁纸的制备工艺,首先将除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料切成厚度为0.2~2mm的单片和成直径为5~80mm的粒状材料或宽度为5~20mm、长度为5~50mm的片状材料,再将软木纸切成宽度为5~20mm、厚度为0.5~2mm的条状材料,将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料混合加入粘合剂搅拌均匀后模压成坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为0.8~1.2mm的薄片;将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布或塑料布上即可。本发明首次将软木材料加工成软木墙纸,因其天然的色泽,装饰在墙面上表现出一种古朴典雅的美观效果,同时用软木材料生产的墙纸具有绿色环保、抗静电、隔音吸音、防火等特性,彻底改观了墙纸生产材料对室内环境产生的污染。

一种软木壁纸的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰用木制壁纸的制备工艺,特别涉及一种软木壁 纸的制备工艺。
背景技术
软木是利用栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)加工而成的,该栓皮断面呈 六边形的蜂窝状排列的木栓薄壁细胞组成,细胞内充满空气,细胞壁主 要成份为木栓质,是一种羟基酸与酚酸的聚脂,化学性能相当稳定。由 于这种特殊的细胞结构和化学成份使软木产品性能独特,有吸音、防火、 防滑、防污染、防虫蛀、抗静电、隔热、绝缘、耐磨(耐高出硬木板200 倍,摘自中国物资报2000年11月17日)等特点,软木饰材有独特的艺 术性及全天然图案,极受高档装修消费者青睐,既可作大面积装修,也 可做艺术性点缀,是纯天然材料有利于身体健康,符合人类环保要求(摘 自中国物资报)。在我国比较发达的城市已被人们使用,但这些产品都是 国外产品,尚无国内产品。我国的野生栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)主要 分布在四川、湖北、陕西、甘肃、河南等地的山脉上。国外为人工种植 的栓楮(Quercussuder),每九年采剥栓皮一次,目前我国生产的软木产品 主要为软木纸和软木地板,它是把栓皮粉碎后加工成4~40目的粒状物质, 然后根据产品不同的密度要求,进行胶合搅拌、模压、加温成胚料,经 过切片制成软木纸或软木地板。这种加工工艺首先用的原料为小粒子结 构,所以断层为小粒子,表面就不会美观。因此国外厂家购进做基材, 从而大大降低了产品的经济价值,浪费了我国宝贵的软木资源。为了改 变落后的生产工艺,使宝贵的软木资源得到应有的价值,必须使软木材 料适应于做表面材料,保证树皮原有纹理感观效果,同时不破坏树皮的 物理和化学性能,最大程度的提高我国软木产品的经济价值与实用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备工艺简单,能够增加装饰产品表面 色泽及花色图案且使生产出的软木装饰材料表面呈现多种颜色的美丽图 案的软木壁纸的制备工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的制备工艺为:
1)用纤维布或塑料布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;
2)把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料切成厚度为0.2~2mm的单片,再 根据需要进行染色;
3)把软木纸切成宽度为5~20mm、厚度为0.5~2mm的条状材料,再 根据需要进行染色;
4)把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成直径为5~80mm的粒状材料 或宽度为5~20mm、长度为5~50mm的片状材料,再根据需要进行染色;
5)将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料或片状材料混合后加 入总质量15%~20%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;
6)将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中模压成坯料;
7)将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为0.8~1.2mm的薄片;8)将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布或塑料布上即可。
本发明的另一特点是:模压成坯料后坯料的密度为200~350Kg/m3或400~800Kg/m3;软木薄片材料与纤维布或塑料布之间还粘接有一层 软木纸;对复合后的软木壁纸进行砂光和表面涂腊处理。
本发明首次将软木材料加工成软木墙纸,因其天然的色泽,装饰在 墙面上表现出一种古朴典雅的美观效果,同时用软木材料生产的墙纸具 有绿色环保、抗静电、隔音吸音、防火等特性,彻底改观了墙纸生产材 料对室内环境产生的污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1:用纤维布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成厚度为0.2mm的单片,把软木纸切成宽度为20mm、厚度 为0.5mm的条状材料,把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成直径为5mm 的粒状材料,将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料混合后加入总 质量20%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中模压成密度为 200Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为0.8mm的薄片; 将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布上,对复合后的软木壁纸 进行砂光和表面涂腊处理即得本色的浮雕面软木壁纸。
实施例2:用塑料布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成厚度为1mm的单片,根据需要对单片进行染色;把软木 纸切成宽度为5mm、厚度为2mm的条状材料,根据需要对条状材料进行染 色;把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成直径为48mm的粒状材料,根据 需要对粒状材料进行染色;将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料混合后加入总质量18%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中 模压成密度为280Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为 1.0mm的薄片;将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂与软木纸和塑料布复合为 一体即得彩色的浮雕面软木壁纸。
实施例3:用纤维布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成2mm厚的单片,把软木纸切成宽度为12mm、厚度为1.3mm 的条状材料,把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成直径为80mm的粒状材 料,将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料混合后加入总质量15% 的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中模压成密度为350Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为1.2mm的薄片; 将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布上,对复合后的软木壁纸 进行砂光和表面涂腊处理即得本色的浮雕面软木壁纸。
实施例4:用塑料布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成0.8mm厚的单片,根据需要对单片进行染色;把软木纸 切成宽度为18mm、厚度为0.8mm的条状材料,根据需要对条状材料进行 染色;把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成宽度为20mm、长度为5mm的 片状材料,根据需要对片状材料进行染色;将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和片状材料混合后加入总质量17%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的 材料装入模具中模压成密度为400 Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切 片机切成厚度为0.9mm的薄片;将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂与软木 纸和塑料布复合为一体,对复合后的软木壁纸进行砂光和表面涂腊处理 即得平面彩色软木壁纸。
实施例5:用纤维布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成1.5mm厚的单片,把软木纸切成宽度为7mm、厚度为1.5mm 的条状材料,把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成宽度为5mm、长度为 29mm的片状材料,将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和片状材料混合后加 入总质量19%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中模压成密 度为600Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为1.1mm的 薄片;将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布上即得平面本色软 木壁纸。
实施例6:用塑料布作为软木壁纸的基层材料;把除去黑皮和杂质 的软木材料切成1.7mm的单片,根据需要对单片进行染色;把软木纸切 成宽度为15mm、厚度为1.7mm的条状材料,根据需要对条状材料进行染 色;把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成宽度为13mm、长度为50mm的片 状材料,根据需要对片状材料进行染色;将加工好的单片材料、条状材 料和片状材料混合后加入总质量16%的粘合剂搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的材 料装入模具中模压成密度为800Kg/m3的坯料;将模压成型的坯料用切片 机切成厚度为1.2mm的薄片;将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂与软木纸 和塑料布复合为一体,对复合后的软木壁纸进行砂光和表面涂腊处理即 得平面彩色软木壁纸。

1.一种软木壁纸的制备工艺,其特征在于: 1)用纤维布或塑料布作为软木壁纸的基层材料; 2)把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料切成厚度为0.2~2mm的单片,再 根据需要进行染色; 3)把软木纸切成宽度为5~20mm、厚度为0.5~2mm的条状材料,再 根据需要进行染色;4)把除去黑皮和杂质的软木材料加工成直径为5~80mm的粒状材料 或宽度为5~20mm、长度为5~50mm的片状材料,再根据需要进行染色; 5)将加工好的单片材料、条状材料和粒状材料或片状材料混合后加 入总质量15%~20%的粘合剂搅拌均匀; 6)将搅拌均匀的材料装入模具中模压成坯料; 7)将模压成型的坯料用切片机切成厚度为0.8~1.2mm的薄片;8)将切好的软木薄片材料用胶粘剂复合在纤维布或塑料布上即可。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的软木壁纸的制备工艺,其特征在于:所说 的模压成坯料后坯料的密度为200~350Kg/m3或400~800Kg/m3
