本发明涉及机械加工领域，具体涉及一种外螺纹加工装置，包括套筒一、套筒二、板牙；所述套筒一位于最下方，为一个内壁设有螺纹的筒体；所述套筒二为一个套在套筒一外壁上的筒体，在套筒二内设有一个上端固定在套筒二上且与套筒二同心的内筒，所述内筒位于套筒一正上方并与套筒一间隙配合；所述板牙固定在内筒底部，在板牙外壁上设有螺纹，板牙与内筒螺纹连接。本发明结构简单、操作方便、不受外部环境限制，使用范围广，加工效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域，具体涉及一种外螺纹加工装置。
背景技术
在机械加工领域，机器的安装或检修工程中，常用螺栓进行机器的固定，但是在机器搬运过程中或者由于长时间的运行过程中，难免会磕磕碰碰使得螺栓的螺纹会被损外，从而影响螺母的拧紧或松开，故就需要对螺栓外螺纹进行修复加工，常用的工具有电动套丝机和板牙；电动套丝机或板牙牙用来加工位于活动空间大的地方的螺栓很方便和容易，但是对于某些角落活动空间小的地方的螺栓，用电动套丝机或板牙来会难以操作；比如工厂中，某一台大型机器需要安装在某一点，在安装前往往会用混凝土浇筑好地基并在地基上浇筑好地脚螺栓，很多时候地脚螺栓的螺纹会在浇筑或将机器安装在地基上时被损坏，这就需要对其螺纹进行重新加工；而地脚螺栓是位于整个机器设备最下方，机器安装好后，地脚螺栓所在的活动空间就会变小，若用电动套丝机来加工螺纹，活动空间不够；而用板牙来加工螺纹，非常费力；而且加工时板牙还易偏斜磨损，加工效果差。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种结构结构简单、操作方便、不受外部环境限制，使用范围广，加工效果好的外螺纹加工装置。
一种外螺纹加工装置，包括套筒一、套筒二、板牙；所述套筒一位于最下方，为一个内壁设有螺纹的筒体；所述套筒二为一个套在套筒一外壁上的筒体，在套筒二内设有一个上端固定在套筒二上且与套筒二同心的内筒，所述内筒位于套筒一正上方并与套筒一间隙配合；所述板牙固定在内筒底部，在板牙外壁上设有螺纹，板牙与内筒螺纹连接。
进一步的，还包括扳手，所述扳手固定在套筒二顶部且可拆下。
进一步的，所述套筒二的顶部的外壁为正四边形结构或正六边形结构。
本发明结构简单、操作方便、不受外部环境限制，使用范围广，加工效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示本发明的一种外螺纹加工装置，包括套筒一1、套筒二2、板牙；所述套筒一1位于最下方，为一个内壁设有螺纹的筒体；所述套筒二2为一个套在套筒一1外壁上的筒体，在套筒二2内设有一个上端固定在套筒二2上且与套筒二2同心的内筒，所述内筒3位于套筒一1正上方并与套筒一1间隙配合；所述板牙5固定在内筒3底部，在板牙5外壁上设有螺纹，板牙5与内筒3螺纹连接。
进一步的，还包括扳手4，所述扳手4固定在套筒二2顶部且可拆下。
进一步的，所述套筒二2顶部的外壁为正四边形结构或正六边形结构。这样在待加工螺栓所处位置的活动空间小时可取下扳手4，改用其他内四方或内六方套筒扳手来拧动。
使用时，将板牙5固定在内筒3底部，板牙5与内筒3中心线重合，板牙5的外径大于内筒3外径，板牙5的内径径小于内筒3外径；板牙5固定好后，手握住套筒二2让板牙5对准套筒一1后将板牙5旋入套筒一1内；接着手握住套筒二2后让套筒一1套在螺栓上，套筒一1的底部与地面接触，板牙5卡在螺栓头部，扳动扳手4板牙5会慢慢旋转向下给螺栓刻画外螺纹，同时板牙5与内筒3会沿着套筒一1平稳的在套筒一1内向下移动并深入套筒一1对螺栓的进行外螺纹加工，而套筒二2也随之向下移动将套筒一1套住；最后再 反方向旋转套筒二2带动板牙5与内筒向上移动而从螺栓中退出即完成螺栓外螺纹的加工，注意当板牙5上移并从螺栓头部脱出后，板牙5依然是与套筒一1螺纹连接的。
本发明结构简单、操作方便、不受外部环境限制，使用范围广，加工效果好。

1.一种外螺纹加工装置，其特征在于，包括套筒一（1）、套筒二（2）、板牙（5）；所述套筒一（1）位于最下方，为一个内壁设有螺纹的筒体；所述套筒二（2）为一个套在套筒一（1）外壁上的筒体，在套筒二（2）内设有一个上端固定在套筒二（2）上且与套筒二（2）同心的内筒（3），所述内筒（3）位于套筒一（1）正上方并与套筒一（1）间隙配合；所述板牙（5）固定在内筒（3）底部，在板牙（5）外壁上设有螺纹，板牙（5）与内筒（3）螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外螺纹加工装置，其特征在于，还包括扳手（4），所述扳手（4）固定在套筒二（2）顶部且可拆下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外螺纹加工装置，其特征在于，所述套筒二（2）的顶部的外壁为正四边形结构或正六边形结构。
