4. The semi-floating whitebait culture feed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified hydroxypropyl starch is a modified hydroxypropyl starch prepared by a method of modifying a starch raw material by hydroxypropyl modification.

The semi-buoyant whitebait culture feed of claim 1, wherein the preferred formulation of the semi-buoyant whitebait culture feed is: 58 parts of livestock and poultry leftover zymolyte, 6 parts of fishbone meal, 5 parts of Dongting lake asparagus leaf powder, 10 parts of green hay meal, 8 parts of cottonseed meal, 5 parts of bean meal, 5 parts of rapeseed meal, 4 parts of S, S-dimethyl-beta-chloropropionic acid thetine, 5 parts of human placenta meal, 6 parts of Melissus ruthenicus seeds meal, 6 parts of aniseed meal, 4 parts of licorice root meal, 3 parts of cinnamon bark meal, 2 parts of tangerine peel meal, 4 parts of tomato peel meal, 5 parts of Japanese pagodatree leaf meal, 16 parts of hydroxypropyl modified starch and 26 parts of water.
6. The method for preparing the semi-floating whitebait culture feed according to claim 1, wherein the processing and production process comprises the following steps:
preparing a first mixed material: adding 58 parts of livestock and poultry leftover zymolyte, 6 parts of fishbone meal, 5 parts of Dongting lake asparagus leaf powder, 10 parts of green hay powder, 8 parts of cottonseed cake powder, 5 parts of soybean cake powder and 5 parts of rapeseed cake powder into a powder mixer for stirring uniformly, slowly adding 16 parts of water into the powder during stirring, and stirring uniformly to obtain a first mixed material;
(II) preparing a second mixed material: adding 4 parts of S, S-dimethyl-beta-chloropropionic acid thetine, 5 parts of placenta hominis powder, 6 parts of alfalfa seed powder, 6 parts of star anise powder, 4 parts of licorice powder, 3 parts of cinnamon powder, 2 parts of tangerine peel powder, 4 parts of tomato peel powder, 5 parts of sophora japonica leaf powder and 16 parts of hydroxypropyl modified starch into a powder mixer for stirring uniformly, slowly adding 10 parts of water into the powder during stirring, and stirring uniformly to obtain a second mixed material;
(III) twin-screw co-extrusion: adding a first mixed material into a machine A of an AB double-screw machine, setting the expansion temperature to be 55-75 ℃ in the front region, 100-120 ℃ in the rear region and controlling the rotating speed of a host machine to be 35-40 HZ; adding the second mixed material into the machine B, setting the puffing temperature to be 50-65 ℃ in the front region, 80-100 ℃ in the rear region, and controlling the rotating speed of a main machine to be 35-40 HZ; wherein the host frequency of the A, B machine is kept consistent, the first mixed material and the second mixed material are extruded through a co-extrusion die head, a double-layer die head for forming the inside and the outside is selected, wherein the extrudate of the first mixed material is arranged on the inner layer, and the extrudate of the second mixed material is wrapped on the outer layer of the first mixed material to form particles with a double-layer structure;
and (IV) drying the semi-finished product with the double-layer structure obtained in the step three in a drying device until the water content is less than 12%, and obtaining the semi-floating whitebait culture feed.
