本发明公开了一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方,其特征在于:按重量份剂,包括如下组分:钛白粉1‑5份、石墨烯5‑10份、石蜡20‑30份、硬脂酸22‑25份、炭黑10‑12份、氢氧化铝10‑15份、ABS塑料10‑15份、一氧化铅26‑30份、聚四氟乙烯25‑30份、玻璃纤维20‑25份、聚乙二醇10‑15份、茂金属弹性体18‑22份、抗紫外吸收剂3‑5份。其优点在于:本发明在电缆配方中添加石墨烯,具有良好的导热性能;且本发明中,各给助剂相互配伍,制备的电缆具有较好的绝缘性能,耐老化性、防火性、导热性、散热性能优良。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方。
背景技术
随着电子电气事业的发展和电机电器技术的提高,大功率电气、电子产品等高性能的科技产品的广泛应用,必然会产生更多的热量,如果这些热量不能够导出去,将会影响产品的性能,时间长了有可能会引发火灾。传统的电缆由于材料内没有添加相关防火的配料,时间长了电缆表面易老化,一旦遇火极易点燃,会引发火灾,后果严重。 据统计,电气火灾占火灾中的37%、导致的经济损失占60%。所以电子电气行业中的电气材料的绝缘、导热、阻燃、防火性能急需提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种导热性能好,散热性能强,同时具有较好阻燃性能的电气用绝缘防火电缆配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方,其创新点在于:按重量份剂,包括如下组分:钛白粉1-5份、石墨5-10份、石蜡20-30份、硬脂酸22-25份、炭黑10-12份、氢氧化铝10-15份、ABS塑料10-15份、一氧化铅26-30份、聚四氟乙烯25-30份、玻璃纤维20-25份、聚乙二醇10-15份、茂金属弹性体18-22份、抗紫外吸收剂3-5份。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明在电缆配方中添加石墨烯,具有良好的导热性能;且本发明中,各给助剂相互配伍,制备的电缆具有较好的绝缘性能,耐老化性、防火性、导热性、散热性能优良。

一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方,按重量份剂,包括如下组分:钛白粉1份、石墨烯5份、石蜡20份、硬脂酸22份、炭黑10份、氢氧化铝10份、ABS塑料10份、一氧化铅26份、聚四氟乙烯25份、玻璃纤维20份、聚乙二醇10份、茂金属弹性体18份、抗紫外吸收剂3份。
实施例2
一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方,按重量份剂,包括如下组分:钛白粉5份、石墨烯10份、石蜡30份、硬脂酸25份、炭黑12份、氢氧化铝15份、ABS塑15份、一氧化铅0份、聚四氟乙烯30份、玻璃纤维25份、聚乙二醇15份、茂金属弹性体22份、抗紫外吸收剂5份。
实施例3
一种电气用绝缘防火电缆配方,按重量份剂,包括如下组分:钛白粉3份、石墨烯7份、石蜡25份、硬脂酸24份、炭黑11份、氢氧化铝13份、ABS塑料13份、一氧化铅28份、聚四氟乙烯27份、玻璃纤维 23份、聚乙二醇12份、茂金属弹性体20份、抗紫外吸收剂4份。
本发明在电缆配方中添加石墨烯,具有良好的导热性能;且本发明中,各给助剂相互配伍,制备的电缆具有较好的绝缘性能,耐老化性、防火性、导热性、散热性能优良。
