The shifting mechanism is composed of a rotating shaft vertically supported on the frame, a fourth chain wheel fixed on the rotating shaft, a shifting fork fixed on the rotating shaft and capable of being meshed with the second chain wheel, and a shifting block fixed on the rotating shaft and capable of being meshed with the first chain wheel.
The position corresponding to the seeding hole is provided with an elastic scraping blade, the upper end of the elastic scraping blade is fixed on the frame, and the lower end of the elastic scraping blade is kept in contact with the surface of the seeding disc.
