An air-aspiration type precise rice seed sowing device is characterized in that: the seeding device comprises a circular front cover (1), a seeding disc (2) and a rear cover (3) which are sequentially clamped, wherein a transmission shaft (4) passes through the middle part of the rear cover (3) and is fixedly connected with the middle part of the seeding disc (2), and an engine drives the transmission shaft (4) to rotate so as to drive the seeding disc (2) to rotate; the lower end of the front cover (1) is communicated with a seed guiding box (5); a seed cavity (6) is formed between the front end surface of the seed metering disc (2) and the front cover (1); a feeding box (11) is fixedly arranged on the front end surface of the front cover (1); the rear end face of the front cover (1) is fixedly provided with a seed filling groove (12) which is communicated with the side wall of the lower part of the feeding box (11) and is arranged with an open upper end, the bottom of the seed filling groove (12) is communicated with a seed dropping box (13), a horizontal opening and closing plate (14) is arranged at the communicating position, and a first driving mechanism (7) drives the opening and closing plate (14) to realize opening and closing; the upper part of the rear end surface of the front cover (1) is respectively and vertically fixedly provided with an arc-shaped upper seed scraping piece (15) and a baffle piece (16) which are matched with each other, the lower end of the baffle piece (16) inclines towards the upper end direction of the seed filling groove (12), and the lower part of the rear end surface of the front cover (1) is fixedly provided with a lower seed scraping piece (17); the seed metering disc (2) rotates in the direction of the seed scraping piece (15) upwards from the upper end of the seed filling groove (12), and a plurality of seed sucking holes (21) for sucking seeds (100) are uniformly formed in the circumferential direction of the seed metering disc (2); the radial position of the seed suction hole (21) on the seed metering disc (2) corresponds to the radial position of the seed filling groove (12) on the front cover (1), so that the seed suction hole (21) adsorbs seeds (100) in the seed filling groove (12); the lower seed scraping piece (17) scrapes off seeds (100) clamped in the seed sucking holes (21); the middle part of the front end surface of the rear cover (3) is fixedly provided with a raised annular boss (31), two partition plates (32) are respectively and fixedly arranged between the outer walls of two sides of the lower part of the annular boss (31) and the inner wall of the rear cover (3), the two partition plates (32) divide the area formed by surrounding the outer wall of the annular boss (31), the inner wall of the rear cover (3) and the rear end surface of the seed metering disc (2) into a vacuum air chamber (33) and a non-vacuum air chamber (34) up and down, the vacuum air chamber (33) and the non-vacuum air chamber (34) are communicated with a seed cavity (6) through a plurality of seed sucking holes (21), and the vacuum air chamber (33) is communicated with an air inlet pipeline of an exhaust fan; the air inlet of the exhaust fan is also communicated with the seed dropping box (13) through a seed sucking pipe (18); the feeding box (11) comprises an upper seed box (111), a lower seed box (112) and an outer cylinder (113); the upper end of the seed feeding box (111) is communicated with a seed separating device of the seeder, the lower end of the seed feeding box (111) is communicated with the upper end of the seed discharging box (112), a seed blocking piece (114) is arranged at the communicating position, an outer sliding rail (115) from one side to the other side is arranged on the lower surface of the seed blocking piece (114), an outer sliding block (116) is sleeved in the outer sliding rail (115), and a piston rod of an outer cylinder (113) obliquely penetrates into the seed feeding box (111) upwards to be hinged with the outer sliding block (116); the first driving mechanism (7) comprises an inner cylinder (71) fixedly arranged on the rear end surface of the front cover (1), an inner slide rail (141) from one side to the other side is arranged on the lower end surface of the opening and closing plate (14), an inner slide block (142) is sleeved in the inner slide rail (141), and a piston rod of the inner cylinder (71) obliquely penetrates into the seed dropping box (13) upwards and is hinged with the inner slide block (142).
