本发明涉及仪表技术领域,尤其涉及一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构的制造工艺。步骤如下:空心圆柱壳体的材料为聚丙烯,通过注塑制成,且在空心圆柱壳体的侧面开设有槽体,槽体的长度等于待装载玻璃镜片周长的一半,槽体的宽度等于待装载玻璃镜片的厚度;同时,在空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方安装有镜托;对空心圆柱壳体内、外壁进行喷涂耐磨性涂层,喷涂后置于热处理炉中进行热处理2.5小时,处理温度为150℃。一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构的制造工艺,限位机构机构设计合理,在制造时,增设了耐磨性涂层的喷涂,从而使限位机构的耐磨性能提升近20%。

技术领域
本发明涉及仪表技术领域,尤其涉及一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构的制造工艺。
背景技术
仪表在各行各业广泛使用。仪表通常包括仪表外壳设置在仪表外壳内的仪表盘,以及设置在仪表外壳上的保护玻璃。现有的仪表中,保护玻璃设置在仪表外壳内部,在保护玻璃损坏或者需要更换时,需要将仪表外壳卸下,操作不便。
现有仪表外壳的耐磨性能较差,使用一段时间后就会出现较大程度的磨损,十分影响美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种仪表外壳,以解决现有的仪表中,保护玻璃设置在仪表外壳内部,在保护玻璃损坏或者需要更换时,需要将仪表外壳卸下,操作不便的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构及其制造工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种仪表外壳,包括:
空心圆柱壳体,玻璃镜片以及旋转套;
所述空心圆柱壳体侧面设置有槽体,所述空心圆柱壳体内周面对应所述槽体下方设置有镜托;
所述玻璃镜片为圆形,所述玻璃镜片的外径等于所述空心圆柱壳体的内径;
所述玻璃镜片设置于所述空心圆柱壳体内部的镜托上;
所述空心圆柱壳体外周面设置有外螺纹;
所述旋转套套设于所述空心圆柱壳体外部,所述旋转套内周面设置有内螺纹;所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相配合;
所述旋转套周面设置有多个凸起部。
所述槽体的长度等于所述玻璃镜片周长的一半,所述槽体的宽度等于所述玻璃镜片的厚度。
所述旋转套的高度小于所述空心圆柱壳体的高度。
一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构,包括用于承载圆形玻璃镜片的空心圆柱壳体,空心圆柱壳体侧面设置有槽体,空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方设置有镜托,玻璃镜片设置于镜托上;槽体的长度等于玻璃镜片周长的一半,槽体的宽度等于玻璃镜片的厚度。

①、镜片限位机构的构造及成型
镜片限位机构为一个空心圆柱壳体,其侧面设置有槽体,空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方设置有镜托,玻璃镜片设置于镜托上;

②、空心圆柱壳体的耐磨层喷涂
对空心圆柱壳体内、外壁进行喷涂耐磨性涂层,喷涂后置于热处理炉中进行热处理2.5小时,处理温度为150℃;
耐磨性涂层是由水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂15份、羟甲基化苯酚10份、水10份、稀土铝酸盐5份、定向剂2份、5,7-二羟基黄酮4.5份和丙森锌5.5份经过搅拌混合、胶体磨制成。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种仪表外壳,包括:空心圆柱壳体,玻璃镜片以及旋转套;空心圆柱壳体侧面设置有槽体,空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方设置有镜托;玻璃镜片为圆形,玻璃镜片的外径等于空心圆柱壳体的内径;玻璃镜片设置于空心圆柱壳体内部的镜托上;空心圆柱壳体外周面设置有外螺纹;旋转套套设于空心圆柱壳体外部,旋转套内周面设置有内螺纹;外螺纹与内螺纹相配合;旋转套周面设置有多个凸起部,结构简单,通过转动旋转套,露出槽体,即可取出玻璃镜片,无需拆卸空心圆柱壳体,操作方便。
2)、一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构的制造工艺,限位机构机构设计合理,在制造时,增设了耐磨性涂层的喷涂,从而使限位机构的耐磨性能提升近20%。

实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种仪表外壳,包括:空心圆柱壳体1,玻璃镜片2以及旋转套3;所述空心圆柱壳体1侧面设置有槽体4,所述空心圆柱壳体1内周面对应所述槽体4下方设置有镜托;所述玻璃镜片2为圆形,所述玻璃镜片2的外径等于所述空心圆柱壳体1的内径;所述玻璃镜片2设置于所述空心圆柱壳体1内部的镜托上;所述空心圆柱壳体1外周面设置有外螺纹6;所述旋转套3套设于所述空心圆柱壳体1外部,所述旋转套3内周面设置有内螺纹5;所述外螺纹6与所述内螺纹5相配合;所述旋转套3周面设置有多个凸起部7。所述槽体4的长度等于所述玻璃镜片2周长的一半,所述槽体4的宽度等于所述玻璃镜片2的厚度。所述旋转套3的高度小于所述空心圆柱壳体1的高度。
本发明提供的一种仪表外壳,当因为玻璃镜片2损坏或者需要更换玻璃镜片2时,只需通过转动旋转套3,露出槽体4,即可取出玻璃镜片2,无需拆卸空心圆柱壳体1,操作方便。
实施例2
一种仪表外壳的镜片限位机构的制造工艺,步骤如下:
①、镜片限位机构的构造及成型
镜片限位机构为一个空心圆柱壳体,其侧面设置有槽体,空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方设置有镜托,玻璃镜片设置于镜托上;
空心圆柱壳体的材料为聚丙烯,通过注塑制成,且在空心圆柱壳体的侧面开设有槽体,槽体的长度等于待装载玻璃镜片周长的一半,槽体的宽度等于待装载玻璃镜片的厚度;同时,在空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方安装有镜托;

对空心圆柱壳体内壁进行喷涂耐磨性涂层,喷涂后置于热处理炉中进行热处理2.5小时,处理温度为150℃;
耐磨性涂层是由水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂15份、羟甲基化苯酚10份、水10份、稀土铝酸盐5份、定向剂2份、5,7-二羟基黄酮4.5份和丙森锌5.5份经过搅拌混合、胶体磨制成。

①、镜片限位机构的构造及成型
镜片限位机构为一个空心圆柱壳体,其侧面设置有槽体,空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方设置有镜托,玻璃镜片设置于镜托上;
空心圆柱壳体的材料为聚丙烯,通过注塑制成,且在空心圆柱壳体的侧面开设有槽体,槽体的长度等于待装载玻璃镜片周长的一半,槽体的宽度等于待装载玻璃镜片的厚度;同时,在空心圆柱壳体内周面对应槽体下方安装有镜托;
②、空心圆柱壳体的耐磨层喷涂
对空心圆柱壳体内、外壁进行喷涂耐磨性涂层,喷涂后置于热处理炉中进行热处理2.5小时,处理温度为150℃;
