本发明属于粮食机械技术领域,具体涉及一种粮食烘干机构。
背景技术
现有技术的粮食烘干机普遍存在烘干不均匀的问题,为了解决该问题,有的粮食烘干机的烘干箱设为转筒,通过反复翻动物料,以获得均匀加热的效果;有的粮食烘干机设传送带,通过少量多次的进料,以获得均匀加热的效果。但是,以上技术手段均耗时耗能,效果并不显著。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种粮食烘干机构,工作时噪音较小,能均匀整体地烘干物料,同时达到节能减排的目的。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种粮食烘干机构,包括物料箱和传热箱,所述物料箱箱底铺设有网板,所述网板将所述物料箱分为三层空间;所述传热箱内自上至下依次设有炉腔、导热网管及轴流风机,所述风机向下鼓风,所述传热箱与所述物料箱的顶部和底部相连接;所述物料箱顶部设有漏斗状进料口,在所述进料口下方设有缩口状的物料挡板,所述预热室的下部设有多个物料喷出口,在预热室内设有多个通风管,所述通风管的顶部与预热室相通,所述通风管的底部与炉腔连通,所述炉腔底部铺有导热网管。
优选的,所述网板上布设有直径为3mm~8mm的孔眼。
优选的,所述物料箱的箱侧板上设有入料口和卸料口,所述入料口和所述卸料口上均设有活动盖。
优选的,所述导热网管为水平放置的管状。
优选的,所述物料箱还包括温度显示器,所述温度显示器的探头置于物料箱的上层空间。
本发明的有益效果在于:既能均匀地、整体地烘干物料,对粮食充分预热,避免急剧升温造成粮食开裂,保证粮食品质的粮食烘干,达到节能减排的目的。
