Abstract
本发明公开了一种蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂及其制备方法,包括以下组分:椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂,异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基多苷,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚丙烯酸钠,壳聚糖,碳酸钠,乙二醇,有机硅消泡剂。使用该皂洗剂整理蚕丝织物,无需高温处理,保护蚕丝纤维不会受到损害。皂洗效果良好,防沾污性强,可以在保证活性染料印花具有较强的牢固性的同时避免了洗除物质的二次沾染。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别是涉及一种蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚕丝织物常用的印花方法有:直接印花、拔染印花、拔印印花以及防印印花。蚕丝印花的常用染料分为酸性染料、直接染料、金属络合染料以及直接染料,多以酸性染料为主。活性染料的溶解度较好,色谱齐全,而且活性染料与纤维可以通过共价键结合的,并且具有优良的耐水洗型和耐摩擦牢度。
蚕丝织物用活性染料印花后,用于固定花型的浆料以及未上染的染料是需要从蚕丝织物表面洗除的。而这些浆料或染料溶和在皂洗浴中易沾污到蚕丝织物上,从而使得印花质量下降或白地不白,并且会降低印花的色牢度。因此,蚕丝织物在经活性染料印花处理后,皂洗处理是影响产品质量的关键步骤之一,皂洗剂的选择更显得十分重要。
关于棉织物的活性染料印花用皂洗剂已有大量报道,但是关于蚕丝织物的专用皂洗剂的研究却鲜有介绍。蚕丝织物由于其吸收色浆能力差,而且容易变形,适用于棉织物的活性染料印花用皂洗剂并不适合使用与蚕丝织物的处理中。
中国专利CN201310303203.3公开了一种活性染料高效环保皂洗剂的制备方法,由三元共聚物、磷酸二氢铵、三乙醇胺、2,3-双月桂酸酯基酒石酸钠、有机硅消泡剂、水制成,其中三元共聚物由顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵、蒸馏水制成。该皂洗剂增加了净洗效力,纠正了皂洗浴之硬度。但是,在皂洗过程中,仍需要较高的处理温度,并不十分适合蚕丝织物使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂及其制备方法,使用该皂洗剂整理蚕丝织物,无需高温处理,保护蚕丝纤维不会受到损害。皂洗效果良好,防沾污性强,可以在保证活性染料印花具有较强的牢固性的同时避免了洗除物质的二次沾染。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂100份,异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚20-28份,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚22-30份,十二烷基多苷18-29份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮9-15份,聚丙烯酸钠10-16份,壳聚糖1-4份,碳酸钠2-6份,乙二醇40-60份,有机硅消泡剂1-3份
优选的,所述椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂的制备方法为:将椰子油与三乙醇铵加入反应器中,再加入催化剂,搅拌均匀,控制温度在90℃反应5h,加入水搅拌至透明,制得椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂。
优选的,所述椰子油与三乙醇胺的投入质量比为1:3-4。
优选的,所述催化剂为稀磷酸或稀硫酸。
优选的,所述催化剂与椰子油的投入质量比为1:60-80。
优选的,所述椰子油和水的投入质量比为1:2-3。
优选的,所述皂洗剂处理蚕丝织物所适用的温度为60-70℃。
一种蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙二醇加入反应器中,加热至75-80℃,加入异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基多苷,搅拌溶解后,加入消泡剂,并将温度降至40℃;
(2)依次加入椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌2-3h,
(3)之后加入壳聚糖和碳酸钠,搅拌均匀,降至室温既得所述皂洗剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果,采用椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂以及复配的表面活性剂,使得该皂洗剂具有优良的洗脱性能,可有效的洗脱蚕丝织物表面印花用的浆料和未上染的染料。同时,该皂洗剂可以将洗脱下的染料以及浆料溶于水中,形成胶束,从而防止洗脱物对织物的二次沾污。此外,该皂洗剂可以在较低的温度下对蚕丝织物进行皂洗处理,不会对蚕丝织物造成伤害,不会影响蚕丝织物的手感。

将1Kg椰子油与3.5Kg三乙醇铵加入反应器中,再加入0.015Kg稀磷酸,搅拌均匀,控制温度在90℃反应5h,加入2Kg水搅拌至透明,制得椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂

将40份乙二醇加入反应器中,加热至80℃,加入20份异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚,28份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,22份十二烷基多苷,搅拌溶解后,加入1份有机硅消泡剂,并将温度降至40℃;依次加入100份实施例一中制备的椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂,12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,16份聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌3h,之后加入1份壳聚糖和2份碳酸钠,搅拌均匀,降至室温既得所述皂洗剂。
实施例3
将44份乙二醇加入反应器中,加热至80℃,加入27份异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚,22份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,27份十二烷基多苷,搅拌溶解后,加入2份有机硅消泡剂,并将温度降至40℃;依次加入100份实施例一中制备的椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂,15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,15份聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌3h,之后加入3份壳聚糖和3份碳酸钠,搅拌均匀,降至室温既得所述皂洗剂。
实施例4
将48份乙二醇加入反应器中,加热至80℃,加入22份异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚,30份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,29份十二烷基多苷,搅拌溶解后,加入3份有机硅消泡剂,并将温度降至40℃;依次加入100份实施例一中制备的椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂,14份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,14份聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌3h,之后加入2份壳聚糖和4份碳酸钠,搅拌均匀,降至室温既得所述皂洗剂。

椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂100份,异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚20-28份,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚22-30份,十二烷基多苷18-29份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮9-15份,聚丙烯酸钠10-16份,壳聚糖1-4份,碳酸钠2-6份,乙二醇40-60份,有机硅消泡剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝织物活性染料印花用皂洗剂,其特征在于,所述椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂的制备方法为:将椰子油与三乙醇铵加入反应器中,再加入催化剂,搅拌均匀,控制温度在90℃反应5h,加入水搅拌至透明,制得椰子油三乙醇酰胺基表面活性剂。
