本发明涉及一种轧辊表面的除锈方法。其特征在于包括以下步骤:用NaOH水溶液在80度浸泡20min,再用HCl水溶液擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面约10min,最后使用溶剂型脱脂剂擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面。本发明通过三个工序,先在碱溶液中浸泡、再用弱酸擦拭锈蚀辊面除去铁锈,最后采用溶剂型脱脂剂擦拭锈蚀辊面,除去辊面残留的铁粉、污垢、油污等,能快速有效清除锈蚀辊面,提高锈蚀辊的使用寿命以及冷轧带材的表面质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧辊表面的除锈方法。
背景技术
在冷轧薄板生产线中,如果钢卷出清洗段或者退火炉水淬槽后,带钢表面带水容易造成后续工序辊面出现批量锈蚀问题,该问题严重影响了冷轧薄板生产线的生产节奏,并对生产线生产扣FC、FD等高级别表面产品造成一定的负面影响,最终制约了冷轧厂的产品结构调整。目前国内外各大冷轧厂并无较好的方法根治辊面锈蚀问题,多数企业采取定期更换新辊的临时控制措施,由于更换新辊,需要生产线停车、停产处理,具有消耗成本高、停车处理工序繁琐、备件订货周期长、辊面锈蚀不能根除等诸多缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种轧辊表面的除锈方法的技术方案。
所述的一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:用NaOH水溶液在80度浸泡20min,再用HCl水溶液擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面约10min,最后使用溶剂型脱脂剂擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面。
所述的一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,其特征在于所述NaOH水溶液的浓度为5%。
所述的一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,其特征在于所述HCl水溶液的浓度为10%。

一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,包括以下步骤:用5%NaOH水溶液在80度浸泡20min,再用10%HCl水溶液擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面约10min,最后使用溶剂型脱脂剂擦拭锈蚀冷轧辊辊面,溶剂型脱脂剂为达赛特。
本发明的优点在于通过三个工序,先在碱溶液中浸泡、再用弱酸擦拭锈蚀辊面除去铁锈,最后采用溶剂型脱脂剂擦拭锈蚀辊面,除去辊面残留的铁粉、污垢、油污等,能快速有效清除锈蚀辊面,提高锈蚀辊的使用寿命以及冷轧带材的表面质量。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,其特征在于所述NaOH水溶液的浓度为5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轧辊表面的除锈方法,其特征在于所述HCl水溶液的浓度为10%。
