本发明公开了日用洗涤剂技术领域的一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉及其制备工艺,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉由以下质量份的原料组成:α‑烯烃磺酸钠:15~18份;十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠:2~5份;椰油精华:1~3份;碳酸钠:6~10份;碳酸氢钠:8~13份;柠檬酸:5~7份;工业干盐:43~49份;香精香料:0.1~0.3份,本发明在生产过程中不排放废烟和废水,不污染大气环境和水源,生产过程中没有粉尘,没有有害物,对人体没有危害,本发明增加椰油精华,在洗衣物时为手部和衣物增加一层椰油保护膜,能在日常生活中抵挡污垢及有害物,增加人体新陈代谢,让毛孔更加舒畅。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗涤剂技术领域,具体为一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉及其制备工艺。
背景技术
传统洗涤用品的成分是在产品中添加荧光增白剂,以使衣物洁具等在清洗后显得透亮干净,看上去很白。荧光增白剂是一种吸收紫外线可呈现荧光的化学增白染料,它进入人体后,不像普通的化学成分那样易被分解,而是和人体中的蛋白质迅速结合,很难排出体外,这无疑加重了肝脏的负担。而且荧光剂对人体皮肤极易产生刺激。有些消费者不了解这种道理,误以为衣物、洁具增白后不但亮丽,而且干净无菌,其实这完全是一种误解。洗衣粉是从煤焦油以及石油的下脚料中提炼出来的,因此会有一定的刺激作用。如果人们过多的接触洗衣粉的话,就会引起眼睛酸胀流泪、打喷嚏、流鼻涕;吸入过多,会使得呼吸系统的抵抗力下降,而易感染呼吸道疾病过敏者可能引起支气管哮喘。同时会使得血液中的胆固醇含量增加,造成心血管系统的损害。为此,我们提出了一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉及其制备工艺投入使用,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉由以下质量份的原料组成:
α-烯烃磺酸钠:15~18份;
十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠:2~5份;
椰油精华:1~3份;
碳酸钠:6~10份;
碳酸氢钠:8~13份;
柠檬酸:5~7份;
工业干盐:43~49份;
香精香料:0.1~0.3份。
优选的,一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将15~18份的α-烯烃磺酸钠放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1分32秒;
S2:加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠2~5份,混合搅拌1分18秒;
S3:加入椰油精华1~3份,混合搅拌1分22秒;
S4:加入碳酸钠6~10份混合搅拌1分19秒,将混合物吸收后达到干燥状态;
S5:加入碳酸氢钠8~13份混合搅拌1分17秒,使其与混合原料反应融合;
S6:加入柠檬酸3~5份搅拌23秒后再加入工业干盐43~49份混合搅拌2分42秒;
S7:最后添加0.1~0.3份的香精香料混合搅拌2分16秒后即得成品。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,螺旋式搅拌装置的转速为800~1000转/分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在生产过程中不排放废烟和废水,不污染大气环境和水源,生产过程中没有粉尘,没有有害物,对人体没有危害,本发明增加椰油精华,在洗衣物时为手部和衣物增加一层椰油保护膜,能在日常生活中抵挡污垢及有害物,增加人体新陈代谢,让毛孔更加舒畅。

十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠:2份;
椰油精华:1份;
碳酸钠:6份;
碳酸氢钠:8份;
柠檬酸:5份;
工业干盐:43份;
香精香料:0.1份。
本发明还提供了一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将15份的α-烯烃磺酸钠放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1分32秒,螺旋式搅拌装置的转速为800转/分钟;
S2:加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠2份,混合搅拌1分18秒;
S3:加入椰油精华1份,混合搅拌1分22秒;
S4:加入碳酸钠6份混合搅拌1分19秒,将混合物吸收后达到干燥状态;
S5:加入碳酸氢钠8份混合搅拌1分17秒,使其与混合原料反应融合;
S6:加入柠檬酸3份搅拌23秒后再加入工业干盐43份混合搅拌2分42秒;
S7:最后添加0.1份的香精香料混合搅拌2分16秒后即得成品。
实施例二
一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉由以下质量份的原料组成:
α-烯烃磺酸钠:18份;
十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠:5份;
椰油精华:3份;

柠檬酸:7份;
工业干盐:49份;
香精香料:0.3份。
本发明还提供了一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将18份的α-烯烃磺酸钠放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1分32秒,螺旋式搅拌装置的转速为1000转/分钟;
S2:加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠5份,混合搅拌1分18秒;
S3:加入椰油精华3份,混合搅拌1分22秒;
S4:加入碳酸钠10份混合搅拌1分19秒,将混合物吸收后达到干燥状态;
S5:加入碳酸氢钠13份混合搅拌1分17秒,使其与混合原料反应融合;
S6:加入柠檬酸5份搅拌23秒后再加入工业干盐49份混合搅拌2分42秒;
S7:最后添加0.3份的香精香料混合搅拌2分16秒后即得成品。
实施例三
一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉由以下质量份的原料组成:
α-烯烃磺酸钠:16份;
十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠:4份;
椰油精华:2份;
碳酸钠:8份;
碳酸氢钠:10份;
柠檬酸:6份;
工业干盐:46份;
香精香料:0.2份。
本发明还提供了一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺,该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将16份的α-烯烃磺酸钠放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1分32秒,螺旋式搅拌装置的转速为900转/分钟;
S2:加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠4份,混合搅拌1分18秒;
S3:加入椰油精华2份,混合搅拌1分22秒;
S4:加入碳酸钠8份混合搅拌1分19秒,将混合物吸收后达到干燥状态;
S5:加入碳酸氢钠8~13份混合搅拌1分17秒,使其与混合原料反应融合;
S6:加入柠檬酸4份搅拌23秒后再加入工业干盐46份混合搅拌2分42秒;
S7:最后添加0.2份的香精香料混合搅拌2分16秒后即得成品。
综合以上实施例所述,本发明的最佳实施例为实施例三,其制得的天然皂粉泡沫少,容易漂洗,且在使用过程中无污染物的排放,并增加椰油精华,在洗衣物时为手部和衣物增加一层椰油保护膜,能在日常生活中抵挡污垢及有害物,增加人体新陈代谢,让毛孔更加舒畅。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

碳酸钠:6~10份;
碳酸氢钠:8~13份;
柠檬酸:5~7份;
工业干盐:43~49份;
香精香料:0.1~0.3份。
2.一种环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺,其特征在于:该环保型柔顺椰油浓缩粉制备工艺的具体步骤如下:
S1:将15~18份的α-烯烃磺酸钠放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1分32秒;
S2:加入十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠2~5份,混合搅拌1分18秒;
S3:加入椰油精华1~3份,混合搅拌1分22秒;
S4:加入碳酸钠6~10份混合搅拌1分19秒,将混合物吸收后达到干燥状态;
S5:加入碳酸氢钠8~13份混合搅拌1分17秒,使其与混合原料反应融合;
S6:加入柠檬酸3~5份搅拌23秒后再加入工业干盐43~49份混合搅拌2分42秒;
S7:最后添加0.1~0.3份的香精香料混合搅拌2分16秒后即得成品。
