Abstract
本发明公开了低泡去污粉,属于去污粉制备技术领域,包括以下重量份数的原料:速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉20~45份、乳化硅油30~50份、棕榈酸10~20份、肉豆蔻酸2~3份、纯碱1~3份、元明粉4~8份和碱性蛋白酶5~10份。本发明还公开了该低泡去污粉的制备方法。本发明的低泡去污粉,能迅速分解油污,清洁能力强,而且没有磷残留,环境友好;本发明的低泡去污粉的制备方法,只需要简单搅拌即可,方法简单,具备很好的经济效益和实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于去污粉配制技术领域,具体涉及低泡去污粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我国许多江河湖泊,都因为水中含氮、磷等营养物质过剩而导致了不同程度的富营养化问题,使水生植物过度繁殖,水体透明度下降,氧气含量下降,鱼虾死亡,饮水源恶化。
水体的磷类化合物污染大部分来自人类生活的污水,而其中又以洗涤污水占较大比例,这是因为传统的洗涤用品,去污粉中含有4%~5%的三聚磷酸盐作为软水剂。同时,去污粉的泡沫过多会导致水体污染。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供低泡去污粉,在保障洗涤效果的同时,改善水质,环境友好;本发明的另一目的是提供该低泡去污粉的制备方法。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
低泡去污粉,包括以下重量份数的原料:速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉20~45份、乳化硅油30~50份、棕榈酸10~20份、肉豆蔻酸2~3份、纯碱1~3份、元明粉4~8份和碱性蛋白酶5~10份。
所述的原料还包括重量份数为5~10份的硫磺。
所述的原料还包括重量份数为2~3份的甲基纤维素。
所述的原料还包括重量份数为5~10份的荧光增白剂。
低泡去污粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按照比例将速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉、乳化硅油、棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸、纯碱、元明粉和碱性蛋白酶混合搅拌均匀,得到反应混合物;
2)向反应混合物中依次加入甲基纤维素和荧光增白剂,混合均匀后,再向混合物中加入硫磺,混合搅拌均匀。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的低泡去污粉,能迅速分解油污,清洁能力强,而且没有磷残留,环境友好;本发明的低泡去污粉的制备方法,只需要简单搅拌即可,方法简单,具备很好的经济效益和实用性。

实施例1 低泡去污粉a
低泡去污粉,包括以下重量份数的原料:速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉20份、乳化硅油30份、棕榈酸10份、肉豆蔻酸2份、纯碱1份、元明粉4份、碱性蛋白酶5份、5份的硫磺、2份的甲基纤维素和5份的荧光增白剂。

实施例3 低泡去污粉c
低泡去污粉,包括以下重量份数的原料:速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉25份、乳化硅油40份、棕榈酸15份、肉豆蔻酸2.5份、纯碱2份、元明粉6份、碱性蛋白酶8份、9份的硫磺、2.5份的甲基纤维素和7份的荧光增白剂。
低泡去污粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按照比例将速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉、乳化硅油、棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸、纯碱、元明粉和碱性蛋白酶混合搅拌均匀,得到反应混合物;
2)向反应混合物中依次加入甲基纤维素和荧光增白剂,混合均匀后,再向混合物中加入硫磺,混合搅拌均匀。
对实施例1~3中制备的低泡去污粉进行磷测试,发现洗涤水中均没有磷残留。

1.低泡去污粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉20~45份、乳化硅油30~50份、棕榈酸10~20份、肉豆蔻酸2~3份、纯碱1~3份、元明粉4~8份和碱性蛋白酶5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低泡去污粉,其特征在于:所述的原料还包括重量份数为5~10份的硫磺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低泡去污粉,其特征在于:所述的原料还包括重量份数为2~3份的甲基纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低泡去污粉,其特征在于:所述的原料还包括重量份数为5~10份的荧光增白剂。
5.权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的低泡去污粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按照比例将速溶耐酸碱透明增稠粉、乳化硅油、棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸、纯碱、元明粉和碱性蛋白酶混合搅拌均匀,得到反应混合物;
2)向反应混合物中依次加入甲基纤维素和荧光增白剂,混合均匀后,再向混合物中加入硫磺,混合搅拌均匀。
