Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃加工用切削液,所述切削液各组分按重量份数计包括5~15份润滑剂,1~2份消泡剂,3~8份防锈剂,2~6份极压剂,25~35份去离子水,2~5份沉降剂。本发明所得的切削液中加入了润滑剂和防锈剂,增强了切削液的润滑性能和防锈能力,同时在切削液中还加入了极压剂,极压剂在高温、高压等极端苛刻条件下与摩擦副表面形成极压润滑膜,增强了切削液的润滑性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃加工用切削液,属于玻璃加工技术领域。
背景技术
切削液适用于玻璃、树脂玻璃、光学玻璃、平板玻璃、相机镜片、眼镜镜片、蓝宝石玻璃、磁铁、石英光学制品、高档大理石、极品花岗岩、陶瓷晶片、电视机录像机显像管玻璃的切削、切割、磨削工艺的润滑防锈冷却。切削液需要具有突出的润滑性能和良好的防锈能力,以此来减少刀具的磨损和玻璃的损坏。目前切削液的润滑性能和防锈性能不足,切割玻璃时对刀具的磨损和玻璃的损坏都很严重。为此,我们提出一种玻璃加工用切削液。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种玻璃加工用切削液,润滑效果和防锈能力都很突出,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种玻璃加工用切削液,所述切削液各组分按重量份数计包括5~15份润滑剂,1~2份消泡剂,3~8份防锈剂,2~6份极压剂,25~35份去离子水,2~5份沉降剂。
进一步的,所述润滑剂各组分按重量份数计包括2~5份石蜡,1~3份膨润土,3~7份聚四氟乙烯。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物或聚醚改性硅中的一种。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂。
进一步的,所述水性防锈剂各组分按重量份数计包括2~4份单乙醇胺,1~2份二乙醇胺,3~6份羧酸,0.5~2份乌洛托品。
进一步的,所述极压剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
进一步的,所述沉降剂各组分按重量份数计包括3~7份聚丙烯酰胺,1~5份乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
本发明所得的切削液中加入了润滑剂和防锈剂,增强了切削液的润滑性能和防锈能力,同时在切削液中还加入了极压剂,极压剂在高温、高压等极端苛刻条件下与摩擦副表面形成极压润滑膜,增强了切削液的润滑性能。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种玻璃加工用切削液,所述切削液各组分按重量份数计包括5~15份润滑剂,1份消泡剂,3份防锈剂,2份极压剂,25份去离子水,2份沉降剂。
切削液中加入了润滑剂和防锈剂,增强了切削液的润滑性能和防锈能力,同时在切削液中还加入了极压剂,极压剂在高温、高压等极端苛刻条件下与摩擦副表面形成极压润滑膜,增强了切削液的润滑性能,沉降剂可将切割过程中产生的玻璃碎屑沉降下去,保持切割刀具的清洁。
进一步的,所述润滑剂各组分按重量份数计包括2份石蜡,1份膨润土,3份聚四氟乙烯,石蜡、膨润土和聚四氟乙烯相互配合,达到好的润滑效果。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物或聚醚改性硅中的一种,防止切削液在制作的过程中有气泡产生,影响切削液的使用。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂。
进一步的,所述水性防锈剂各组分按重量份数计包括2份单乙醇胺,1份二乙醇胺,3份羧酸,0.5份乌洛托品,单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺与羧酸加热生成的酰胺是一种很有效的防锈剂,很稀的烷基醇酰胺溶液即能防止钢铁生锈,并具有良好的耐水解性能,同时对防锈水有增稠作用,从而避免了防锈剂从刀具表面流失,并使防锈剂在刀具表面牢固附着,防锈剂中加入乌洛托品,起到了杀菌防臭的效果。
进一步的,所述极压剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼,当二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼受摩擦时温度升高会分解出二硫化碳和二硫化钼,将金属表面的凸凹部分填平,从而起到光滑减磨作用。
进一步的,所述沉降剂各组分按重量份数计包括3份聚丙烯酰胺,1份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,聚丙烯酰胺和乙二胺四乙酸二钠互相配合,达到较好的沉淀效果。
实施例2
一种玻璃加工用切削液,所述切削液各组分按重量份数计包括15份润滑剂,2份消泡剂,8份防锈剂,6份极压剂,35份去离子水,5份沉降剂。
进一步的,所述润滑剂各组分按重量份数计包括5份石蜡,3份膨润土,7份聚四氟乙烯。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物或聚醚改性硅中的一种。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂。
进一步的,所述水性防锈剂各组分按重量份数计包括4份单乙醇胺,2份二乙醇胺,6份羧酸,2份乌洛托品。
进一步的,所述极压剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
进一步的,所述沉降剂各组分按重量份数计包括7份聚丙烯酰胺,5份乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
实施例3
一种玻璃加工用切削液,所述切削液各组分按重量份数计包括5~15份润滑剂,1.7份消泡剂,5份防锈剂,4份极压剂,32份去离子水,3份沉降剂。
进一步的,所述润滑剂各组分按重量份数计包括4份石蜡,2份膨润土,5份聚四氟乙烯。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物或聚醚改性硅中的一种。
进一步的,所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂。
进一步的,所述水性防锈剂各组分按重量份数计包括2.7份单乙醇胺,1.6份二乙醇胺,4.9份羧酸,1.6份乌洛托品。
进一步的,所述极压剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
进一步的,所述沉降剂各组分按重量份数计包括5.4份聚丙烯酰胺,3.8份乙二胺四乙酸二钠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述润滑剂各组分按重量份数计包括2~5份石蜡,1~3份膨润土,3~7份聚四氟乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物或聚醚改性硅中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为水性防锈剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述水性防锈剂各组分按重量份数计包括2~4份单乙醇胺,1~2份二乙醇胺,3~6份羧酸,0.5~2份乌洛托品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述极压剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃加工用切削液,其特征在于:所述沉降剂各组分按重量份数计包括3~7份聚丙烯酰胺,1~5份乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
