本发明公开了一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:A组分:改性环氧树脂10‑30、活性稀释剂H8 2‑8、防锈颜料:20‑38、三聚磷酸铝7‑15、滑石粉5‑12、消光粉2‑6、聚酰胺蜡触变剂1‑5、BYK有机硅消泡剂0.06‑1、乙二醇‑甲醚5‑10、正丁醇1‑4;B组分:酚醛胺固化剂66‑86、乙二醇‑甲醚12‑27、正丁醇3‑7.5;其中改性环氧树脂包括:E44环氧树脂、NPPN‑631环氧树脂、萜烯树脂、氧茚树脂;使用时将A组份和B组份按照质量比5‑10:1混合。可以实现厚涂施工,并且成膜效果好。

一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆
技术领域
本发明涉及环氧防锈底漆,具体涉及一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆。
背景技术
腐蚀是自然界的客观规律,全球每年腐蚀引起金属破坏造成经济损失7000亿美元,占各国内GDP的2~4%,而我国损失5000亿元占GDP4%左在。防腐技术有很多种,其中防腐涂料具有施工简便、适应性广、成本低,且可以与其他防腐措施并用等特点,而普遍受到人们的青睐。在防腐涂料中,环氧涂料是应用最广泛的涂料品种之一。环氧涂料具有优异的附着力,机械强度和防腐蚀性,以及良好的耐碱性、耐水性、绝缘性,是涂料中应用最广泛的品种之一。但是目前纯环氧涂料成本高,改性环氧涂料成本低,性能上可与纯环氧涂料媲美,引起了人们的关注。然而环氧涂料和改性环氧涂料品种繁多,施工工艺复杂,不能厚涂施工,均要求薄涂多刷,要达到一定厚度需要多遍施工,费时费工,大大的增加了施工成本。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的提供一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,可以实现厚涂施工,并且成膜效果好。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
A组分:改性环氧树脂10-30、活性稀释剂H8 2-8、防锈颜料:20-38、三聚磷酸铝7-15、滑石粉5-12、消光粉2-6、聚酰胺蜡触变剂1-5、BYK有机硅消泡剂0.06-1、乙二醇-甲醚5-10、正丁醇1-4;
B组分:酚醛胺固化剂66-86、乙二醇-甲醚12-27、正丁醇3-7.5;
其中改性环氧树脂包括:E44环氧树脂、NPPN-631环氧树脂、萜烯树脂、氧茚树脂;
使用时将A组份和B组份按照质量比5-10:1混合。
进一步,所述防锈颜料包括植酸盐复合防锈颜料和纳米防锈颜料,其质量比为1:10-20。
进一步,所述纳米防锈颜料为HJ606复合防锈颜料,由磷酸盐、纳米SiO2、偶联剂组成。
进一步,所述改性环氧树脂中各组分的重量份数如下:E44环氧树脂5-15、NPPN-631环氧树脂5-15、萜烯树脂6-15、氧茚树脂6-15。
所述α、β蒎烯嵌段共聚的萜烯树脂及其衍生物与氧茚树脂,按照一定的比例混合加入到环氧树脂里面进行改性,各占树脂总量的30%~70%。萜烯树脂是α、β蒎烯嵌段共聚物,黄色透明热塑性固体,具有无毒,无臭,耐辐射,抗结晶,对氧、热、光稳定(可弥补环氧树脂不足之处)对各种高聚物或树脂相容性好,耐稀酸,稀碱,增粘性强,不溶于水,软化点60~120℃,分子量200~1250,分子式(C10H16)m;氧茚树脂外观黄色或褐色固体,具有良好相容性,耐水,耐酸碱和防锈性,电气性也优良,软化点70~100℃,密度1.07~1.35g/ml,优选1.07~1.20g/ml,折射率D1.628~1.640。
进一步,所述改性环氧树脂的环氧当量为150~250g/mol。
进一步,所述酚醛胺固化剂包括酚醛胺固化剂NX-2015 10-25%、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2040 5-10%、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2041 10-20%、填料25-45%。
本发明的优点在于:
1、用萜烯树脂和氧茚树脂改性环氧树脂,使得涂层具有优异的附着力,耐磨性,耐冲击性和防腐性,并且成膜效果良好、实现了厚涂施工,厚度可达600μm;
2、本发明采用植酸盐复合防锈颜料和纳米防锈颜料复合,避免重金属的使用,并且成膜性能好,储存稳定,符合环保要求。
具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
A组分:将E44环氧树脂7kg、NPPN-631环氧树脂7kg、萜烯树脂8kg、氧茚树脂8kg、活性稀释剂H8 2kg、植酸盐复合防锈颜料2kg、HJ606复合防锈颜料20kg、三聚磷酸铝7kg、滑石粉5kg、消光粉2kg、聚酰胺蜡触变剂1kg、BYK有机硅消泡剂0.06kg、乙二醇-甲醚10kg、正丁醇1kg,在高速分散机内分散均匀,得到A组份;
B组分:酚醛胺固化剂NX-2015 10kg、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2040 8kg、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2041 20kg、填料45kg、乙二醇-甲醚27kg、正丁醇3kg,高速分散均匀,得到B组份;
喷涂前将A组分和B组份按照5:1的质量比混合均匀;
喷涂厚度,湿膜600μm,干燥时间25℃表干≤4h,实干小于等于48小时,完全固化7天,没有裂痕。
实施例2
A组分:将E44环氧树脂7kg、NPPN-631环氧树脂7kg、萜烯树脂8kg、氧茚树脂8kg、活性稀释剂H8 2kg、植酸盐复合防锈颜料3kg、HJ606复合防锈颜料15kg、三聚磷酸铝10kg、滑石粉5kg、消光粉2kg、聚酰胺蜡触变剂2kg、BYK有机硅消泡剂0.08kg、乙二醇-甲醚10kg、正丁醇1kg,在高速分散机内分散均匀,得到A组份;
B组分:酚醛胺固化剂NX-2015 10kg、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2040 8kg、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2041 20kg、填料45kg、乙二醇-甲醚27kg、正丁醇3kg,高速分散均匀,得到B组份;
喷涂前将A组分和B组份按照5:1的质量比混合均匀;
喷涂厚度,湿膜600μm,干燥时间25℃表干≤4h,实干小于等于48小时,完全固化7天,没有裂痕。

Claims (6)

1.一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
A组分:改性环氧树脂10-30、活性稀释剂H8 2-8、防锈颜料:20-38、三聚磷酸铝7-15、滑石粉5-12、消光粉2-6、聚酰胺蜡触变剂1-5、BYK有机硅消泡剂0.06-1、乙二醇-甲醚5-10、正丁醇1-4;
B组分:酚醛胺固化剂66-86、乙二醇-甲醚12-27、正丁醇3-7.5;
其中改性环氧树脂包括:E44环氧树脂、NPPN-631环氧树脂、萜烯树脂、氧茚树脂;
使用时将A组份和B组份按照质量比5-10:1混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,所述防锈颜料包括植酸盐复合防锈颜料和纳米防锈颜料,其质量比为1:10-20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,所述纳米防锈颜料为HJ606复合防锈颜料,由磷酸盐、纳米SiO2、偶联剂组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂中各组分的重量份数如下:E44环氧树脂5-15、NPPN-631环氧树脂5-15、萜烯树脂6-15、氧茚树脂6-15。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂的环氧当量为150~250g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚涂型环氧防锈底漆,其特征在于,所述酚醛胺固化剂包括酚醛胺固化剂NX-2015 10-25%、酚醛胺固化剂NX-2040 5-10%、酚醛胺固化剂NX-204110-20%、填料25-45%。
