本发明公开了一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料。其主要组成成分及重量配比为丙烯酸树脂32%‑36%;甲基丙烯酸树脂25%‑30%;有机颜料4%‑5%;感温颜料5%‑8%;感温助剂1%‑2%;分散剂5%‑8%;消泡剂0.5%‑0.6%;丙稀酸酯0.5%‑0.8%;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.3‑0.5%;有机溶剂15%‑18%。本发明的有益效果为:为手机内构件提供优良的绝缘性、美观性,同时为素材不良提供一定遮盖性,温150℃固化于镁铝合金后具有优良耐老化性、耐水、耐化学腐蚀、耐冲击性。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料。
背景技术
丙烯酸涂料,作为常见的一种涂料,现有丙烯酸涂料其喷涂在产品上成膜后,颜色已经固定,不会再有变化,如果想换成其它颜色,则需要清除原有的并重新喷涂,其外观体验有待提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料,其涂膜具有感温变色功能,在产品生产与使用过程中接触不同的温度会呈现出不同的颜色,且不会使涂膜物理性能有任何的改变,在保证产品喷涂一次后的使用寿命的同时,可有效提升外观质感。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:丙烯酸树脂32%-36%;甲基丙烯酸树脂25%-30%;有机颜料4%-5%;感温颜料5%-8%;感温助剂1%-2%;分散剂5%-8%;消泡剂0.5%-0.6%;丙稀酸酯0.5%-0.8%;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.3-0.5%;有机溶剂15%-18%。
甲基丙烯酸树脂,50%固含树脂,可以帮助涂料延展,涂膜干燥,从而达到可感温变色功能;
丙烯酸树脂:为60%固含丙稀树脂,赋予涂料漆膜各物性指标;
有机颜料,能提供漆膜更好的遮盖素材;
感温颜料:赋予涂膜温变功能;
感温助剂:为涂料提供温变稳定性;
丙稀酸脂表面活性剂:提供涂膜流平性,提高涂膜表面活性;
聚醚改性硅氧烷:提供漆膜表面活性,防止漆膜缩孔;
有机溶剂,提供涂料稀释性,施工性;
一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料的制作方法,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:丙烯酸树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂、有机颜料、感温颜料、感温助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、丙稀酸酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机溶剂,按照上述重量配比进行称重备料;
(2)混料制料:在容器内依次加入丙烯酸树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂,充分搅拌均匀,再依次加入有机颜料、感温颜料、感温助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、丙稀酸酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机溶剂,充分搅拌均匀,并研磨至10um以下即可;
(3)性能测试:选用涂膜样品,喷涂制得的涂料,晾干后,涂膜完全干燥后性能:耐99,5%,无水乙醇500g力来回100次,涂膜无露底;百格法附着力100%,0级;
(4)成品包装:将通过步骤(3)性能测试的涂料进行成品包装。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料,其涂膜具有感温变色功能,在产品生产与使用过程中接触不同的温度会呈现出不同的颜色,且不会使涂膜物理性能有任何的改变,在保证产品喷涂一次后的使用寿命的同时,可有效提升外观质感。

一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:丙烯酸树脂36%;甲基丙烯酸树脂25%;有机颜料5%;感温颜料5%;感温助剂2%;分散剂8%;消泡剂0.5%;丙稀酸酯0.8%;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5%;有机溶剂18%。
甲基丙烯酸树脂,50%固含树脂,可以帮助涂料延展,涂膜干燥,从而达到可感温变色功能;
丙烯酸树脂:为60%固含丙稀树脂,赋予涂料漆膜各物性指标;
有机颜料,能提供漆膜更好的遮盖素材;
感温颜料:赋予涂膜温变功能;
感温助剂:为涂料提供温变稳定性;
丙稀酸脂表面活性剂:提供涂膜流平性,提高涂膜表面活性;

1.一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料,去其特征在于,其主要组成成分及重量配比为:丙烯酸树脂32%-36%;甲基丙烯酸树脂25%-30%;有机颜料4%-5%;感温颜料5%-8%;感温助剂1%-2%;分散剂5%-8%;消泡剂0.5%-0.6%;丙稀酸酯0.5%-0.8%;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.3-0.5%;有机溶剂15%-18%。
2.一种感温变色丙烯酸涂料的制作方法,其特征在于,其主要包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:丙烯酸树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂、有机颜料、感温颜料、感温助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、丙稀酸酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机溶剂,按照上述重量配比进行称重备料;
(2)混料制料:在容器内依次加入丙烯酸树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂,充分搅拌均匀,再依次加入有机颜料、感温颜料、感温助剂、分散剂、消泡剂、丙稀酸酯、聚醚改性硅氧烷、有机溶剂,充分搅拌均匀,并研磨至10um以下即可;
