本发明公开一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维5‑6份,PET 15‑25份,十溴二苯乙烷1‑4份,次磷酸镁7‑9份,四氢呋喃1.2‑1.4份,苎麻麻骨2‑4份,蚕丝1‑2份,明胶2‑3份,N‑甲基吡咯烷酮13‑15份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1‑1.5份,茚三酮4‑6份,1010抗氧剂0.5‑1份,168抗氧剂0.1‑0.5份,硼酸锌0.5‑1份,改性马来酸树脂3‑4份,改性达玛树脂1.6‑2.4份,芥酸酰胺1‑2份。采用该PET阻燃薄膜母粒制得的PET阻燃薄膜制品,韧性好、抗张强度高,阻燃效果好,成本低,制备工艺简易、易于实现,利于广泛推广应用。

一种改性PET阻燃薄膜
技术领域
本发明属于阻燃薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种改性PET阻燃薄膜。
背景技术
PET阻燃薄膜在国内乃至国际都是一项新技术与技术难题。国内也在研究用酯交换方式把磷酸酯引入PET分子骨架内,但实际操作起来很不方便,代价高昂,且难以做到真正意义的V0级,所以现阶段难以扩展。
人们尝试用传统方便实用的添加型阻燃剂,但是存在相容性、分散性、界面性和持久性差以及对操作工的毒性问题,特别是韧性差无实用意义。为了解决这些问题,人们采用阻燃母粒,有人用PE、PP、EVA作载体,但均存在有相容性差和韧性差的问题。为此,人们用PET作载体,但是做出的PET阻燃薄膜,韧性差无实用意义。于是人们寻找各种增韧剂,有些增韧剂添加进去,反而使其产品变脆,有些增韧剂添加进去,有所改善,但是效果不大,成本过高,没有实用价值。另外在采用阻燃母粒时,其添加比例很难把握,添加比例小,要求母粒阻燃剂等助剂含量多,不但在做母粒加工时很困难,而且在加工薄膜时,分散性不相容性差,薄膜产品阻燃不均匀,添加比例大,母粒含载体多,很多的载体在加工母粒时氧化降解,使得做的膜更脆,实用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改性PET阻燃薄膜。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维5-6份,PET 15-25份,十溴二苯乙烷1-4份,次磷酸镁7-9份,四氢呋喃1.2-1.4份,苎麻麻骨2-4份,蚕丝1-2份,明胶2-3份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮13-15份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1-1.5份,茚三酮4-6份,1010抗氧剂0.5-1份,168抗氧剂0.1-0.5份,硼酸锌0.5-1份,改性马来酸树脂3-4份,改性达玛树脂1.6-2.4份,芥酸酰胺1-2份。
作为优选,所述的一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维6份,PET 15份,十溴二苯乙烷4份,次磷酸镁7份,四氢呋喃1.4份,苎麻麻骨2份,蚕丝2份,明胶2份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮13份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1份,茚三酮6份,1010抗氧剂0.5份,168抗氧剂0.5份,硼酸锌0.5份,改性马来酸树脂3份,改性达玛树脂2.4份,芥酸酰胺1份。

本发明的有益效果:采用本发明PET阻燃混合材料制得的PET阻燃薄膜制品,韧性好、抗张强度高,阻燃效果好,成本低,制备工艺简易、易于实现,利于广泛推广应用。

一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维6份,PET25份,十溴二苯乙烷4份,次磷酸镁9份,四氢呋喃1.4份,苎麻麻骨4份,蚕丝2份,明胶3份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮15份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1.5份,茚三酮6份,1010抗氧剂1份,168抗氧剂0.5份,硼酸锌1份,改性马来酸树脂4份,改性达玛树脂2.4份,芥酸酰胺2份。
实施例2
一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维5份,PET 15份,十溴二苯乙烷1份,次磷酸镁7份,四氢呋喃1.2份,苎麻麻骨2份,蚕丝1份,明胶2份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮13份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1份,茚三酮4份,1010抗氧剂0.5份,168抗氧剂0.1份,硼酸锌0.5份,改性马来酸树脂3份,改性达玛树脂1.6份,芥酸酰胺1份。

一种改性PET阻燃薄膜,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:玻璃纤维5份,PET 20份,十溴二苯乙烷2份,次磷酸镁8份,四氢呋喃1.2份,苎麻麻骨3份,蚕丝1份,明胶2份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮14份,氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐1份,茚三酮5份,1010抗氧剂1份,168抗氧剂0.3份,硼酸锌0.6份,改性马来酸树脂3份,改性达玛树脂2份,芥酸酰胺1份。
