Abstract
本发明提供了一种汽车内饰复合板及其制备方法,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯20‑45份、均聚聚丙烯15‑35份、抗氧剂8‑15份、废料颗粒15‑30份,所述废料颗粒含有50‑70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,通过熔融挤出和与无纺布覆合制备而成。本发明将废料颗粒破碎后,添加到汽车内饰板材组合物中,作为原料的一部分进行混合,挤出得到的汽车内饰板材的力学性能和耐温性能好。并且能对废弃的边角料回收利用,降低了成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰品技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的稳步提高,汽车作为人类社会的一种代步工具,把人们带入现代化的文明社会。汽车工业的迅速发展也带动了相关行业的发展,其中汽车内饰材料就呈蓬勃发展之势。
汽车内饰是汽车的一个重要组成部分,通常要求具有美观、柔软、舒适、保暖、弹性好、无异味等特点。一般,汽车内饰复合板的制备方法包括加热烘烤、熔融挤出、由模压设备压制成型、将板材与无纺布熔合。因为模压设备拉伸比较大,所以要求汽车内饰板材具有良好的韧性,保证成型过程中板材及表层不会破裂或拉白。目前市场所通用的汽车内饰板材为聚丙烯板材。但聚丙烯板材的刚性不够,在一定程度上限制了该类板材的进一步应用。并且,聚丙烯板材的耐温性能偏低,成型过程难控制,降低了生产效率,且废品率也比较高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰复合板及其制备方法,具体的技术方案为:
一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯20-45份、均聚聚丙烯15-35份、抗氧剂8-15份、废料颗粒15-30份,所述废料颗粒含有50-70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。优选的,本发明所述的一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯35份、均聚聚丙烯25份、抗氧剂12份、废料颗粒20份,所述废料颗粒含有60%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒中还含有20-60%的聚丙烯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为4-8mm。
一种本发明所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为150-200℃,模头温度为180-210℃,螺杆转速为200-350转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为65-85℃、75-95℃、55-75℃。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种汽车内饰复合板及其制备方法,通常,作为实际使用的汽车内饰复合板,都是采用将汽车内饰板材(通常为聚丙烯板材)与无纺布(通常为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯无纺布,即PET无纺布)覆合,使汽车内饰板材与无纺布牢固结合。使得到的汽车内饰复合板表面更美观,适用于实际应用。而对于不同的车型,所需要的汽车内饰复合板的尺寸不同,故通常需要对制好的汽车内饰复合板进行裁切。而裁切掉的边角料通常作为废料处理掉,造成了极大的浪费。本发明的发明人通过实验发现,将上述边角料破碎后,添加到汽车内饰板材组合物中,作为原料的一部分进行混合,挤出得到的汽车内饰板材的力学性能和耐温性能好。并且能对废弃的边角料回收利用,降低了成本。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,以下实施例仅是本发明的最佳实施例,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯35份、均聚聚丙烯25份、抗氧剂12份、废料颗粒20份,所述废料颗粒含有60%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒中还含有40%的聚丙烯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为6mm。
一种本发明所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为180℃,模头温度为190℃,螺杆转速为250转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为75℃、85℃、65℃。
实施例2
一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯20份、均聚聚丙烯15份、抗氧剂8份、废料颗粒15份,所述废料颗粒含有50%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒中还含有20%的聚丙烯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为4mm。
一种本发明所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为150℃,模头温度为180℃,螺杆转速为200转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为65℃、75℃、55℃。
实施例3
一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯45份、均聚聚丙烯35份、抗氧剂15份、废料颗粒30份,所述废料颗粒含有70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒中还含有60%的聚丙烯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为8mm。
一种本发明所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为200℃,模头温度为210℃,螺杆转速为350转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为85℃、95℃、75℃。
实施例4
一种汽车内饰复合板,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯35份、均聚聚丙烯30份、抗氧剂10份、废料颗粒25份,所述废料颗粒含有55%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒中还含有50%的聚丙烯。
优选的,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为5mm。
一种本发明所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为190℃,模头温度为200℃,螺杆转速为320转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为80℃、90℃、70℃。

1.一种汽车内饰复合板,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯20-45份、均聚聚丙烯15-35份、抗氧剂8-15份、废料颗粒15-30份,所述废料颗粒含有50-70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰复合板,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:共聚聚丙烯35份、均聚聚丙烯25份、抗氧剂12份、废料颗粒20份,所述废料颗粒含有60%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰复合板,其特征在于,所述废料颗粒中还含有20-60%的聚丙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰复合板,其特征在于,所述废料颗粒的平均粒径为4-8mm。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一项所述的汽车内饰复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将汽车内饰板材各原料投入挤出机,设定挤出机温度为150-200℃,模头温度为180-210℃,螺杆转速为200-350转/分钟,进行熔融挤出,得到汽车内饰板材;
(2)将无纺布与步骤(1)制得的汽车内饰板材一起经三辊压光机热熔覆合,三辊采用下进上出,上、中、下各辊辊温分别设定为65-85℃、75-95℃、55-75℃。
