背景技术
随着经济的发展,建筑行业的发展也取得了很大的进步。从以前能满足基本的居住要求转变到对建筑项目细节品质的追求,催生了许多新材料的产生和应用,应用于不同场合的不同类型的填缝剂便是其中之一。填缝剂主要是指用于填充建筑各部位的陶瓷墙面砖砖缝和地面砖接缝间产生的接缝。填缝剂黏合性强、收缩小、具有防裂纹的柔性,装饰质感好,抗压力耐磨损,抗霉菌的特点,能完美的修补地板表面的开裂或破损,其表面还可以上油漆,具有良好的防水性,因而越来越受到消费者的青睐。
目前填缝剂主要有两种类型:水泥基型填缝剂和聚氨酯型填缝剂。水泥基型填缝剂是传统填缝的选择,这类填缝剂主要是采用优质水泥、细砂及添加剂来组成,具有弹性、可塑性、抗霉菌等特性,但因水泥基填缝剂是以水泥为基础,而水泥在微观上的多孔结构容易受到水、油、细菌等污染,易发霉,水泥易开裂、脱落和渗水。聚氨酯型填缝剂是一种新型填缝材料,是气雾技术和聚氨酯泡沫技术交叉结合的产物。相比于传统填缝剂,其密封性更好,且具有隔热、隔音、保温等功效。
在生活中,建筑缝隙、孔洞、暗处是最容易滋生细菌和虫蚁的地方,使用了填缝剂后,也难逃脱细菌和虫蚁的侵害,而且时间久后,填缝剂还容易因为室内潮湿环境产生霉变,而变得斑斑点点,影响视觉美观。目前市面上虽也有防霉或驱虫功效的填缝剂,但是效果均不尽人意,发霉问题和细菌虫蚁侵害问题还是未能解决。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂及其制备方法,所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂不仅密封性好,隔热、隔音和保温,而且还能防霉驱虫,环保,对人体和环境均无危害。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇100~200份、芳香族异氰酸酯150~250份、阻燃剂50~80份、催化剂0.2~1份、硅油2~10份、发泡剂150~200份、硅藻泥10~30份、防霉组分12~20份、驱虫组分8~12份。
进一步地,所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚二元醇和聚醚三元醇的混合物。
进一步地,所述芳香族异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述阻燃剂为三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯或三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯。
进一步地,所述发泡剂为丙丁烷/二甲醚混合物。
进一步地,所述防霉组分由大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶、丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物按1:1:1:1:1比例组成。
进一步地,所述驱虫组分由楝树子、天竺葵和香草按1:1:1比例组成。
防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过80~120目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌10~20min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;
(2)按重量份计,将楝树子、天竺葵、香草一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过80~120目筛,制得驱虫组分;
(3)将防霉组分、驱虫组分和硅藻泥一起放入搅拌机中,以800~1000r/min的搅拌速度搅拌8~12min,使防霉组分和驱虫组分分散在硅藻泥的孔隙中,制得组合硅藻泥;
(4)将聚醚多元醇和阻燃剂加入反应器中,在温度为70~100℃下搅拌均匀,再减压保温1~2h,然后降温至45~55℃,加入催化剂、硅油,搅拌15~30min,制得混合物;
(5)在750ml耐压马口铁气雾罐中,用气雾剂罐装机灌入混合物、芳香族异氰酸酯、发泡剂以及组合硅藻泥,在振摇机上振摇10~20min,然后在20~25℃下放置12~24h,即可获得填缝剂成品。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,保留了现有填缝剂的良好密封性,隔热、隔音、保温等功效,在现有功效基础上,增添了防霉驱虫功效,且防霉驱虫效果更为理想。
(2)本发明中大蒜含有大蒜素生物活性成分,通过破坏霉菌的琉基酶功能,阻碍霉菌的新陈代谢来实现抗霉作用。花椒、艾蒿叶、丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物中均含有挥发油物质,这些挥发油物质能破坏霉菌结构,使霉菌分解脱落,从而起到杀灭霉菌并抑制其繁殖的作用。楝树子中含有苦楝素成分,天竺葵和香草中含有香茅醛成分,这些成分均具有驱虫的作用。采用天然植物和天然植物的提取物配合硅藻泥的多孔吸附性能,使防霉驱虫的活性物质分散吸附在硅藻泥上,使防霉驱虫效果发挥得更极致。
(3)本发明选用天然植物来制作防霉组分和驱虫组分,制作工艺简单易行,原料简单易得、天然环保、价廉物美,对人体和环境无危害,且多种天然物质协同作用,使防霉驱虫效果更佳。

实施例1:
一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇150份、芳香族异氰酸酯200份、阻燃剂65份、催化剂0.6份、硅油6份、发泡剂180份、硅藻泥20份、防霉组分16份、驱虫组分10份。
防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过100目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌15min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;
(2)按重量份计,将楝树子、天竺葵、香草一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过100目筛,制得驱虫组分;
(3)将防霉组分、驱虫组分和硅藻泥一起放入搅拌机中,以900r/min的搅拌速度搅拌10min,使防霉组分和驱虫组分分散在硅藻泥的孔隙中,制得组合硅藻泥;
(4)将聚醚多元醇和阻燃剂加入反应器中,在温度为85℃下搅拌均匀,再减压保温1.5h,然后降温至50℃,加入催化剂、硅油,搅拌22min,制得混合物;
(5)在750ml耐压马口铁气雾罐中,用气雾剂罐装机灌入混合物、芳香族异氰酸酯、发泡剂以及组合硅藻泥,在振摇机上振摇15min,然后23℃下放置18h,即可获得填缝剂成品。
实施例2:
一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、芳香族异氰酸酯150份、阻燃剂50份、催化剂0.2份、硅油2份、发泡剂150份、硅藻泥10份、防霉组分12份、驱虫组分8份。
防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过80目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌10min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;

一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇200份、芳香族异氰酸酯250份、阻燃剂80份、催化剂1份、硅油10份、发泡剂200份、硅藻泥30份、防霉组分20份、驱虫组分12份。
防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过120目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌20min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;

(4)将聚醚多元醇和阻燃剂加入反应器中,在温度为100℃下搅拌均匀,再减压保温2h,然后降温至55℃,加入催化剂、硅油,搅拌30min,制得混合物;
(5)在750ml耐压马口铁气雾罐中,用气雾剂罐装机灌入混合物、芳香族异氰酸酯、发泡剂以及组合硅藻泥,在振摇机上振摇20min,然后在25℃下放置24h,即可获得填缝剂成品。
实施例4:
一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇180份、芳香族异氰酸酯160份、阻燃剂70份、催化剂0.5份、硅油4份、发泡剂170份、硅藻泥25份、防霉组分14份、驱虫组分9份。
防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过100目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌16min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;

(5)在750ml耐压马口铁气雾罐中,用气雾剂罐装机灌入混合物、芳香族异氰酸酯、发泡剂以及组合硅藻泥,在振摇机上振摇16min,然后在24℃下放置16h,即可获得填缝剂成品。
在相同的实验条件下,,相同的时间条件下,将上述制备的四种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂与市售的普通聚氨酯型填缝剂以及防霉剂的功效进行比较,其结果如下表1、表2所示。表1和表2所列出的实验结果显示,本发明的效果是显而易见的,不仅具有良好的密封性能,而且还具有防霉驱虫功效,且防霉驱虫功效优于市售的普通防霉剂,且天然环保、价廉物美,对人体和环境无危害。

Claims (8)

1.一种防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇100~200份、芳香族异氰酸酯150~250份、阻燃剂50~80份、催化剂0.2~1份、硅油2~10份、发泡剂150~200份、硅藻泥10~30份、防霉组分12~20份、驱虫组分8~12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚二元醇和聚醚三元醇的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述芳香族异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯或三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为丙丁烷/二甲醚混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述防霉组分由大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶、丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物按1:1:1:1:1比例组成。
7.如权利要求1所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂,其特征在于:所述驱虫组分由楝树子、天竺葵和香草按1:1:1比例组成。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的防霉驱虫聚氨酯型填缝剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将大蒜、花椒、艾蒿叶一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过80~120目筛,得到细粉,然后加入丁香提取物和柑桔皮提取物,搅拌10~20min,混合均匀,制得防霉组分;
(2)按重量份计,将楝树子、天竺葵、香草一起加入容器中,粉碎研磨至粉末状,过80~120目筛,制得驱虫组分;
(3)将防霉组分、驱虫组分和硅藻泥一起放入搅拌机中,以800~1000r/min的搅拌速度搅拌8~12min,使防霉组分和驱虫组分分散在硅藻泥的孔隙中,制得组合硅藻泥;
(4)将聚醚多元醇和阻燃剂加入反应器中,在温度为70~100℃下搅拌均匀,再减压保温1~2h,然后降温至45~55℃,加入催化剂、硅油,搅拌15~30min,制得混合物;
(5)在750ml耐压马口铁气雾罐中,用气雾剂罐装机灌入混合物、芳香族异氰酸酯、发泡剂以及组合硅藻泥,在振摇机上振摇10~20min,然后在20~25℃下放置12~24h,即可获得填缝剂成品。
