Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻璃图案印制的工艺,包括步骤:(1)在玻璃正面丝印一层底色,底色要求是半透光,能衬托出整个图案色彩;(2)在第一层底色上,丝印至少一层颜色,该颜色层采用套印,套印的网板根据图案分层来定,颜色根据分层的色彩来进行组合;(3)在颜色层上再丝印一层透光的高温磨砂釉料,以保证表面有磨砂的粗糙质感;(4)在高温磨砂层上,印一层透光的有凹凸纹的玉砂釉料,凹凸网纹是根据大理石或木纹等纹理特制;(5)将丝印好四至六层高温釉料的玻璃进钢化炉钢化,在六百到七百的温度下进行烧结,多层高温釉料形成一个致密涂层。本发明的玻璃图案印制工艺将图案印刷在玻璃正面,图案耐磨、抗酸碱,透光好,这种玻璃特别适合发光砖使用。

Description

一种玻璃表面图案印制的工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃上印制图案的技术,尤其是一种玻璃图案印制的工艺。
背景技术
玻璃丝网印刷,就是利用丝网印版,使用玻璃釉料,在玻璃制品上进行装饰性印刷。目前通常的玻璃丝印是丝印在玻璃的背面,丝印的图案不够逼真、色彩不够丰富,印刷图案后的玻璃仍然看得出是玻璃材质,而且图案层不牢固,容易被磨掉,还有的是印制上这些图案后不透光。现有印制在玻璃上的图案不具有凹凸立体感,防滑性能差。
因此现有的这些玻璃印刷图案,由于其耐磨性差、不透光,无法满足于发光砖使用。
套印,指多色印刷时要求各色版图文印刷重叠套准,也就是将原稿分色后制得的不同网线角度的单色印版,按照印版色序依次重叠套合,最终印刷得到与原稿层次、色调相同的印品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种将图案印刷在玻璃正面,图案耐磨、抗酸碱,透光好的玻璃图案印制的工艺。
为实现上述的目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种玻璃图案印制的工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:(1)在玻璃正面丝印一层底色,底色的颜色根据图案及色彩来定,要求是半透光,能衬托出整个图案色彩;(2)在第一层底色的基础上,丝印至少一层颜色,该颜色层采用套印,套印的网板根据图案分层来定,颜色根据分层的色彩来进行组合;(3)在颜色层的基础上再丝印一层透光的高温磨砂釉料,以保证表面有磨砂的粗糙质感;(4)在高温磨砂层的基础上,印一层透光的有凹凸纹的玉砂釉料,凹凸网纹是根据大理石或木纹等纹理特制,深色的网纹为凸起,浅色的网纹为凹位,以保证玻璃表面有凹凸立体纹路;(5)将丝印好四至六层高温釉料的玻璃进钢化炉钢化,在六百到七百的温度下进行烧结,将多层高温釉料烧结到玻璃上形成一个致密涂层。
优选的是,步骤(2)的中,在第一层底色的基础上,丝印两层以上颜色。这根据图案的简单复杂来设定层,复杂的多层,简单的少层。
优选的是,所述步骤(3)的高温磨砂釉料为无机材料。采用这种无机材料的釉料烧结后更牢固,稳定性更好。
优选的是,所述步骤(4)中的玉砂釉料为无机材料。采用这种无机材料的釉料烧结后更牢固,稳定性更好。
本发明玻璃图案印制工艺通过五次以上的工序在玻璃表面丝印图案,得到的图案逼真,色彩丰富,有凹凸立体感,从玻璃的正面看不出玻璃的材质,且质感强烈,能抗UV,抗酸碱,能透光。本发明印制图案后的玻璃特别适合用于发光地砖。
具体实施方式
本发明的玻璃图案印制的工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在玻璃正面丝印一层底色,底色的颜色根据图案及色彩来定,要求是半透光,能衬托出整个图案色彩;
(2)在第一层底色的基础上,丝印第二、第三层颜色,第二、三层采用套印,套印的网板根据图案分层来定,颜色根据分层的色彩来进行组合;
(3)在第三层的基础上再丝印一层透光的高温磨砂釉料,这层釉料是本发明人特制的,以保证表面有磨砂的粗糙质感;
(4)在高温磨砂层的基础上,印一层透光的有凹凸纹的玉砂釉料,这层釉料是本发明人特制的,凹凸网纹是根据大理石或木纹等纹理特制,深色的网纹为凸起,浅色的网纹为凹位,以保证玻璃表面有凹凸立体纹路;
(5)将丝印好五至六层高温釉料的玻璃进钢化炉钢化,在六百到七百的温度下进行烧结,将多层高温釉料烧结到玻璃上形成一个致密涂层,起到有立体凹凸,抗UV,抗酸碱。
本发明的第四层高温磨砂釉料和第五层玉砂釉料都是采用无机材料,起到加固,增加稳定性作用。
本发明玻璃图案印制工艺通过五次以上的工序在玻璃表面丝印图案,得到的图案逼真,色彩丰富,有凹凸立体感,从玻璃的正面看不出玻璃的材质,且质感强烈,耐磨性,抗酸碱,能透光。本发明印制图案后的玻璃具备耐磨、抗酸碱、防滑、透光的特点,采用本发明工艺印制图案的玻璃特别适合用于发光地砖。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,不付出创造性劳动对本发明技术方案的修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种玻璃图案印制的工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)在玻璃正面丝印一层底色,底色的颜色根据图案及色彩来定,要求是半透光,能衬托出整个图案色彩;
(2)在第一层底色的基础上,丝印至少一层颜色,该颜色层采用套印,套印的网板根据图案分层来定,颜色根据分层的色彩来进行组合;
(3)在颜色层的基础上再丝印一层透光的高温磨砂釉料,以保证表面有磨砂的粗糙质感;
(4)在高温磨砂层的基础上,印一层透光的有凹凸纹的玉砂釉料,凹凸网纹是根据大理石或木纹等纹理特制,深色的网纹为凸起,浅色的网纹为凹位,以保证玻璃表面有凹凸立体纹路;
(5)将丝印好四至六层高温釉料的玻璃进钢化炉钢化,在六百到七百的温度下进行烧结,将多层高温釉料烧结到玻璃上形成一个致密涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃图案印制的工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(2)的中,在第一层底色的基础上,丝印两层以上颜色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃图案印制的工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(3)的高温磨砂釉料为无机材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃图案印制的工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(4)中的玉砂釉料为无机材料。
