本发明公开了一种用于控制柜的吊装机构,包括底座、立杆、刹车盘、脚踏板、弹簧、刹车片、吊臂、导向杆、导向轮、加强杆和电动葫芦,所述立杆通过轴承转动连接在底座上,吊臂固定连接在立杆的顶端,导向杆垂直固定于吊臂上,导向轮转动连接在导向杆上,且导向轮与立杆相触接,加强杆倾斜固定于吊臂和导向杆之间,电动葫芦固定于吊臂上;刹车盘固定连接在立杆上,脚踏板通过弹簧弹性支撑于底座上,刹车片固定于脚踏板上,且刹车片抵触于刹车盘上。在吊臂在转动至某一位置后,能够被定位在该位置处,吊臂不会发生偏移现象,使用效果好,结构简单,便于制造。

本发明涉及一种用于控制柜的吊装机构。
背景技术:
控制柜吊装装置多用于控制柜的转运过程中,在对控制柜进行组装或者检修过程中,常常也需要借助吊装装置将控制柜吊至悬空,便于工作人对控制底面部分进行维修或组装作业,现有的吊装装置中的吊臂转动至某位置后不能定位于该位置处,在需要将吊臂保持于某一位置处时,需要工人手扶吊臂才能避免吊臂转动,使用十分麻烦,且浪费多余的劳动力。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于控制柜的吊装机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种用于控制柜的吊装机构,包括底座、立杆、刹车盘、脚踏板、弹簧、刹车片、吊臂、导向杆、导向轮、加强杆和电动葫芦,所述立杆通过轴承转动连接在底座上,吊臂固定连接在立杆的顶端,导向杆垂直固定于吊臂上,导向轮转动连接在导向杆上,且导向轮与立杆相触接,加强杆倾斜固定于吊臂和导向杆之间,电动葫芦固定于吊臂上;刹车盘固定连接在立杆上,脚踏板通过弹簧弹性支撑于底座上,刹车片固定于脚踏板上,且刹车片抵触于刹车盘上。
进一步地,所述底座上设有用于安装脚踏板的安装槽。
进一步地,所述脚踏板上固定连接有直角连接杆,刹车片固定于直角连接杆上。
进一步地,所述刹车盘上设有环形槽,刹车片抵触于环形槽的内壁上。
进一步地,所述导向杆的底端设有导向盘,导向轮转动连接在导向盘上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:在吊臂在转动至某一位置后,能够被定位在该位置处,吊臂不会发生偏移现象,使用效果好,结构简单,便于制造。

如图1至图3,本发明公开一种用于控制柜的吊装机构,包括底座11、立杆12、刹车盘13、脚踏板14、弹簧15、刹车片16、吊臂21、导向杆22、导向轮23、加强杆24和电动葫芦25,立杆12通过轴承转动连接在底座11上,吊臂21焊接在立杆12的顶端,导向杆22垂直固定于吊臂21上,导向轮23转动连接在导向杆22上,且导向轮23与立杆12相触接,加强杆24倾斜固定于吊臂21和导向杆22之间,电动葫芦25固定于吊臂21上。刹车盘13固定连接在立杆12上;脚踏板14通过弹簧15弹性支撑于底座11上,刹车片16固定于脚踏板14上,且刹车片16抵触于刹车盘13上。
在底座11上设有用于安装脚踏板14的安装槽111。
为便于安装刹车片16,在脚踏板14上固定连接有直角连接杆141,刹车片16通过螺钉固定于直角连接杆141上。刹车片16采用橡胶材料制成。
在刹车盘13上设有环形槽,刹车片16抵触于环形槽的内壁上。
在导向杆22的底端设有导向盘221,导向轮23转动连接在导向盘221上。
在需要旋转吊臂21时,踏下脚踏板14,并使得刹车片16脱离刹车盘13,然后转动吊臂21,在吊臂21旋转至合适角度后,松开脚踏板14,在弹簧15的作用下,刹车片16回弹并抵触于刹车片16上,吊臂21被定位住。

1.一种用于控制柜的吊装机构,其特征在于:包括底座(11)、立杆(12)、刹车盘(13)、脚踏板(14)、弹簧(15)、刹车片(16)、吊臂(21)、导向杆(22)、导向轮(23)、加强杆(24)和电动葫芦(25),所述立杆(12)通过轴承转动连接在底座(11)上,吊臂(21)固定连接在立杆(12)的顶端,导向杆(22)垂直固定于吊臂(21)上,导向轮(23)转动连接在导向杆(22)上,且导向轮(23)与立杆(12)相触接,加强杆(24)倾斜固定于吊臂(21)和导向杆(22)之间,电动葫芦(25)固定于吊臂(21)上;刹车盘(13)固定连接在立杆(12)上,脚踏板(14)通过弹簧(15)弹性支撑于底座(11)上,刹车片(16)固定于脚踏板(14)上,且刹车片(16)抵触于刹车盘(13)上。
