Preferably, the adjustment parameters, the adjustment proportion and the association relationship are recorded in a control program, automatic adjustment is carried out according to the original points of all mechanisms during production of new specifications, fine association adjustment is allowed to be carried out through manual intervention, and the adjusted parameters are directly stored in the program. When the size of the produced product is changed, corresponding adjustment is automatically made according to the changed size. When the original specification is produced again, the parameters stored before are directly called to be automatically adjusted in place.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that they are not intended to limit the invention, and that various modifications may be made on the basis of the above disclosure by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. An automatic adjustment type cartoning machine, characterized in that it comprises a carton conveying group installed at an upper position in the automatic adjustment type cartoning machine for conveying a flattened carton to the carton opening group, an opening group installed at one end of the automatic adjustment type cartoning machine for opening and conveying the flattened carton to the main conveying group, a main conveying group installed below the carton conveying group for conveying the opened carton, and a carton feeding platen group installed between the carton conveying group and the main conveying group for pressing the carton when the main conveying group conveys the opened carton;
the main conveying group comprises a conveying main board, a conveying auxiliary board, a main conveying group propelling chain, a main conveying group clamping chain, a main conveying group propelling motor and a main conveying group clamping motor, wherein the conveying main board and the conveying auxiliary board are arranged basically in parallel, the main conveying group clamping chain and the main conveying group propelling chain are arranged basically in parallel and are installed on the conveying main board and the conveying auxiliary board, the main conveying group propelling motor is used for driving the main conveying group propelling chain to move forwards or backwards along the conveying direction, and the main conveying group clamping motor is used for driving the main conveying group clamping chain to move forwards or backwards along the conveying direction;
when the width of the conveyed carton is increased, the main conveying group clamping motor and the main conveying group pushing motor respectively drive the main conveying group clamping chain and the main conveying group pushing chain, so that the moving distance of the main conveying group clamping chain is equal to the width increase size of the carton plus the moving distance of the main conveying group pushing chain;
when the width of the conveyed carton is reduced, the main conveying group clamping motor and the main conveying group propulsion motor respectively drive the main conveying group clamping chain and the main conveying group propulsion chain, so that the moving distance of the main conveying group propulsion chain is equal to the width reduction size of the carton plus the moving distance of the main conveying group clamping chain;
the automatic adjustment type cartoning machine further comprises a length adjustment motor which adjusts the transport sub-panel to move in the carton length direction in conjunction with a lead screw associated therewith when the length of the carton being transported is changed, so that the moving distance of the transport sub-panel is the same as the carton length change size;
the box opening group, the paper box conveying group and the mounting plates for mounting the box opening group and the paper box conveying group form a first mounting group, and the first mounting group, the box feeding pressure plate group and the vertical adjusting group for mounting the first mounting group and the box feeding pressure plate group form a second mounting group;
the automatic adjustment type cartoning machine further comprises a height adjustment motor which adjusts the second mounting group to move in the carton height direction in conjunction with a lead screw associated therewith when the height of the conveyed carton is changed so that the moving distance of the second mounting group is the same as the carton height change size;
the automatic adjustment type cartoning machine further comprises a tilt adjusting motor which adjusts the carton conveying group to move along the tangent direction of the carton opening group suction cups in combination with the lead screw associated therewith when the height of the conveyed carton is changed, so that the moving distance of the carton conveying group is the same as the carton height changing size, wherein when the height of the carton is reduced by a size, the carton conveying group moves upwards along the tangent direction of the carton opening group suction cups by the same distance as the size, and when the height of the carton is increased by a size, the carton conveying group moves downwards and rightwards along the tangent direction of the carton opening group suction cups by the same distance as the size.

The automated set-up cartoning machine of claim 1 further comprising a fore-aft adjustment motor that, in conjunction with its associated lead screw, adjusts the first mounting set to move in the direction of the carton length in the opposite direction of the carton length change as the length of the carton being conveyed changes so that the first mounting set moves a distance equal to half the carton length change dimension.

The automated alignment cartoning machine of claim 1 further comprising a distance adjustment motor that adjusts a pair of gripper plates of the carton feed set in conjunction with its associated lead screw to move synchronously toward each other along the length of the cartons as the total length of the conveyed cartons containing tabs changes, such that the distance of movement of each gripper plate is equal to half the total length change dimension of the cartons.

The self-aligning cartoning machine of claim 1 further comprising a product transport group located to one side of said main transport group, said product transport group including a product transport group advancement chain, a product transport group gripper chain, a product transport group advancement motor, and a product transport group gripper motor, wherein said product transport group gripper chain is disposed substantially parallel to said product transport group advancement chain, said product transport group advancement motor is configured to drive said product transport group advancement chain forward or backward in a transport direction, and said product transport group gripper motor is configured to drive said product transport group gripper chain forward or backward in the transport direction;
when the width of the conveyed product is increased, the product conveying group clamping motor and the product conveying group pushing motor respectively drive the product conveying group clamping chain and the product conveying group pushing chain, so that the moving distance of the product conveying group clamping chain is equal to the product width increasing size plus the moving distance of the product conveying group pushing chain;
when the width of the conveyed product is reduced, the product conveying group clamping motor and the product conveying group pushing motor respectively drive the product conveying group clamping chain and the product conveying group pushing chain, so that the moving distance of the product conveying group pushing chain is equal to the product width reduction size plus the moving distance of the product conveying group clamping chain.
5. A self-aligning cartoning machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein said product transport group pusher motor and said main transport group pusher motor are the same motor.
6. The self-aligning cartoning machine of claim 1 wherein said set of cartoning platens includes a front platen and a rear platen arranged substantially in parallel, said self-aligning cartoning machine further including a platen adjustment motor;
when the length of the conveyed paper box is changed, the pressure plate adjusting motor is combined with the screw rod associated with the pressure plate adjusting motor to adjust the front pressure plate to move along the length direction of the paper box to the direction opposite to the change of the length of the paper box, so that the moving distance of the front pressure plate is the same as the change size of the length of the paper box.
7. The self-adjusting cartoning machine of claim 1 wherein the second mounting group is fixed to the transport sub-panel, the second mounting group and the transport sub-panel forming a third mounting group;
when the length adjusting motor is combined with the screw rod which is associated with the length adjusting motor to adjust the conveying auxiliary plate to move along the length direction of the paper box, the third installation group integrally moves along the length direction of the paper box.
