背景技术
随着经济的快速发展和城市人口的增加,城市餐饮行业也以10-20%的速度递增,据有关资料报道,一个中等城市每天产生的餐饮废弃物(又称泔水或潲水)在800吨左右,而经过合法渠道进行无害化处理的餐饮废弃物不足150吨,剩余的废弃物绝大多数通过不法渠道外流,非法用于养猪和炼制地沟油。另外,还有城市中的宾馆、学校、餐厅、食堂及城市居民家庭产生的餐饮废弃物,而上述这些废弃物由于缺乏专用的运输车辆,只有用人力或脚踏三轮车等不规范的工具收集运输,泔水中含有大量的易腐物质,特别是进入夏季,运输中的跑冒滴漏,散发出大量的酸臭异味,严重的影响着城市的清洁卫生及市容环境。虽有少量的机动三轮车改装成泔水车用于泔水运输,但因其改装的三轮车只有一台发动机,使用中发动机故障率多,经常抛铆,停在路中影响交通。
发明内容
因此,人们对自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车存在极大的需求,至今为止还没有发现任何关于本发明的有关报道,本发明人经过大量的研究试验,终于成功的研制出泔水专用的自卸机电二用车,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,以解决城市餐厨泔水垃圾的运输和清理问题。

图1-3中示出的车架7的上端设有泔水罐4,泔水罐为一椭圆形内空的长柱体,泔水罐的底端设有托架8,托架的前底端设有前支撑连接板15,托架的后底端设有后支撑连接板9,前后支撑连接板上分别设有轴销孔,车架的后上端设有连接销孔,泔水罐的后端由后支撑连接板用轴销安装在车架的连接销孔上,泔水罐的上端设有进料口5,进料口上设有防溢盖6,泔水罐的后下端设有出料口11,出料口上装有控制阀12,控制阀上设有控制操作手柄10,车架的前端设有驾驶室1,驾驶室内设有电子液压控制器3,电子液压控制器上设有液压操纵杆2,车架的右侧设有可折叠的推拉式爬梯30,车架的后底端设有底梁,底梁的右上端设有电路控制器27,电路控制器的左侧设有电动机23,电动机的前端设有齿轮箱22,齿轮箱的后侧设有后桥25,齿轮箱由螺栓固定安装在后桥上,齿轮箱内设有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与后桥齿轮啮合,电路控制器的输出端设有电源线26,电路控制器的电源线连接在电动机的接线柱上,电路控制器的输入端设有接线柱,后桥的两外侧设有左右两个后半轴24,后半轴的外端装有后轮31,车架底梁的上端设有底盘,底盘的中部设有液压缸13,液压缸的上端设有液压升降杆14,液压升降杆的上端安装连接在泔水罐托架的前支撑连接板上,底盘的后上端设有二排安装槽,安装槽内装有5只蓄电池28,蓄电池分别由导线并连组合出输出电源线,输出电源线的另一端连接在电路控制器输入端的接线柱上。燃油动力驱动的方案是在车架的前中部设有发动机21,发动机的前端设有传动部件及飞轮外壳20,飞轮外壳的前端设有变速箱19,变速箱的前端设有传动轴,传动轴的前端设有万向节18,车架的前端设有前桥17,传动轴由万向节连接安装在前桥上,前桥的左右两侧设有前半轴16,前半轴的外端设有前轮29。所述的电子液压控制器中设有电子液压泵,电子液压泵与液压缸由液压油管连接,电子液压控制器由电源线连接在蓄电池上,由蓄电池提供电源。所述的蓄电池采用72伏电瓶。所述的泔水罐采用不锈钢304材料制成。
图4中示出的进料口5的上端设有防溢盖6,防溢盖的上端设有上盖支撑杆34,上盖支撑杆的上端设有连接销孔,进料口的左侧设有左支撑杆32,右端设有右固定连接杆38,左支撑杆的上端设有弧形压杆33,弧形压杆的中部由轴销安装连接在防溢盖的上支撑杆上,弧形压杆的右端设有固定连接内槽36,固定连接杆38的右端装有螺杆37,螺杆37由轴销活动的安装在固定连接杆上,螺杆的上端设有蝶形螺帽35,防溢盖的下端设有密封圈,进料时拧松蝶形螺帽,将螺杆由弧形压杆的连接内槽内向外移出,即可打开防溢盖,封盖时将防溢盖盖严,把螺杆推入弧形压杆的连接内槽内,再将蝶形螺帽拧紧。
图5-6中示出的车架7的左侧设有上料支架41,上料支架由竖梁及横梁组成,上料支架的竖梁内设有滑轮槽,上料支架的底端设有底架45,底架内设有液压缸44,底架的上端设有升降架42,液压缸的上端设有液压升降杆43,升降架内设有盛装泔水的物料桶40,升降架的底端设有连接销座46,连接销座上设有轴销孔,升降杆的上端由轴销安装在升降架的轴销孔内,升降架的里侧设有升降连接板48,升降连接板上设有滑轮47,滑轮安装在竖梁的滑轮槽内,滑轮槽的顶端设有向内倾斜的卸料滑槽49,进料口的上端设有备用漏斗50,上料支架的前侧设有上料备用爬梯39。
上料时,先将泔水集中至物料桶内,启动液压泵,由液压缸推动液压升降杆,将升降架沿滑轮槽向上输送,使升降架的滑轮进入卸料滑槽内,使物料桶翻转,即可将物料倒入泔水罐内,倒完后再操作液压泵将物料桶拉回原处,再上下一桶。所述升降液压泵可单独安装配套使用,或将卸料液压泵改为双用泵,一泵二用。所述的上料装置也可使用电机,与卷阳滚筒配合用钢丝绳牵引上料。

Claims (7)

1.一种自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,包括电力驱动与燃油动力驱动,电力驱动的方案是由车架、底盘、后桥、电动机、齿轮箱、电路控制器、液压缸、蓄电池及泔水罐组成,其特征在于:所述车架(7)的上端设有泔水罐(4),泔水罐为一椭圆形内空的长柱体,泔水罐的底端设有托架(8),托架的前底端设有前支撑连接板(15),托架的后底端设有后支撑连接板(9),前后支撑连接板上分别设有轴销孔,车架的后上端设有连接销孔,泔水罐的后端由后支撑连接板用轴销安装在车架的连接销孔上,泔水罐的上端设有进料口(5),进料口上设有防溢盖(6),泔水罐的后下端设有出料口(11),出料口上装有控制阀(12),控制阀上设有控制操作手柄(10),车架的前端设有驾驶室(10,驾驶室内设有电子液压控制器(3),电子液压控制器上设有液压操纵杆(2),车架的右侧设有可折叠的推拉式爬梯(30),车架的后底端设有底梁,底梁的右上端设有电路控制器(27),电路控制器的左侧设有电动机(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述电动机的前端设有齿轮箱(22),齿轮箱的后侧设有后桥(25),齿轮箱由螺栓固定安装在后桥上,齿轮箱内设有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与后桥齿轮啮合,电路控制器的输出端设有电源线(26),电路控制器的电源线连接在电动机的接线柱上,电路控制器的输入端设有接线柱,后桥的两外侧设有左右两个后半轴(24),后半轴的外端装有后轮(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述车架底梁的上端设有底盘,底盘的中部设有液压缸(13),液压缸的上端设有液压升降杆(14),液压升降杆的上端安装连接在泔水罐托架的前支撑连接板上,底盘的后上端设有二排安装槽,安装槽内装有5只蓄电池(28),蓄电池分别由导线并连组合出输出电源线,输出电源线的另一端连接在电路控制器输入端的接线柱上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述的机电二用车,其中还包括燃油动力驱动的方案,燃油动力驱动的方案是在车架的前中部设有发动机(21),发动机的前端设有传动部件及飞轮外壳(20),飞轮外壳的前端设有变速箱(19),变速箱的前端设有传动轴,传动轴的前端设有万向节(18),车架的前端设有前桥(17),传动轴由万向节连接安装在前桥上,前桥的左右两侧设有前半轴(16),前半轴的外端设有前轮(29)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述的电子液压控制器中设有电子液压泵,电子液压泵与液压缸由液压油管连接,电子液压控制器由电源线连接在蓄电池上,由蓄电池提供电源。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述进料口(5)的上端设有防溢盖(6),防溢盖的上端设有上盖支撑杆(34),上盖支撑杆的上端设有连接销孔,进料口的左侧设有左支撑杆(32),右端设有右固定连接杆(38),左支撑杆的上端设有弧形压杆(33),弧形压杆的中部由轴销安装连接在防溢盖的上支撑杆上,弧形压杆的右端设有固定连接内槽(36),固定连接杆(38)的右端装有螺杆(37),螺杆(37)由轴销活动的安装在固定连接杆上,螺杆的上端设有蝶形螺帽(35),防溢盖的下端设有密封圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自卸式泔水专用的机电二用车,其特征在于:所述车架(7)的左侧设有上料支架(41),上料支架由竖梁及横梁组成,上料支架的竖梁内设有滑轮槽,上料支架的底端设有底架(45),底架内设有液压缸(44),底架的上端设有升降架(42),液压缸的上端设有液压升降杆(43),升降架内设有盛装泔水的物料桶(40),升降架的底端设有连接销座(46),连接销座上设有轴销孔,升降杆的上端由轴销安装在升降架的轴销孔内,升降架的里侧设有升降连接板(48),升降连接板上设有滑轮(47),滑轮安装在竖梁的滑轮槽内,滑轮槽的顶端设有向内倾斜的卸料滑槽(49),进料口的上端设有备用漏斗(50),上料支架的前侧设有上料备用爬梯(39)。
