本发明涉及一种注塑机,尤其是涉及一种注塑机的下料结构。
背景技术
传统额注塑机的下料结构都包括一个下料斗,下料斗的形状是上大下小的结构。使用时,原料容易卡在下料斗下方的通道里,经常需要人去搅拌或者抖动下料斗,这样就十分不方便,而且搅拌或者抖动的时候,下料是不均匀的,有时多有时少,这样也会影响注塑机的连续工作,因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种注塑机的移门结构,不会发生堵塞,且下料均匀。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种注塑机的下料结构,包括下料斗,所述下料斗包括上方的容纳仓和设置在容纳仓底部的输送管道,所述输送管道内滑动连接有一个套管,所述套管在所述输送管道内上下运动。使用时,管套一直在输送管道内上下运动,运动时,可以疏通管道防止堵塞,同时也能保证下料的均匀性。
上述技术方案中,具体的,所述套管外壳上具有一个凸起部,所述输送管道上设置有条形孔,所述凸起部穿过所述条形孔,所述凸起部上连接有第一连杆的一端,所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆一端相连,所述第二连杆的另一端与电机相连。
与现有技术相比:使用时,管套一直在输送管道内上下运动,运动时,可以疏通管道防止堵塞,同时也能保证下料的均匀性。

参见图1,一种注塑机的下料结构,包括下料斗1,所述下料斗1包括上方的容纳仓11和设置在容纳仓11底部的输送管道12,所述输送管道12内滑动连接有一个套管2,所述套管2在所述输送管道12内上下运动。
使用时,管套一直在输送管道内上下运动,运动时,可以疏通管道防止堵塞,同时也能保证下料的均匀性。
具体的一种驱动管套上下运动的机构是:所述套管2外壳上具有一个凸起部21,所述输送管道12上设置有条形孔13,所述凸起部21穿过所述条形孔13,所述凸起部21上连接有第一连杆3的一端,所述第一连杆3的另一端与第二连杆4一端相连,所述第二连杆4的另一端与电机5相连。

1.一种注塑机的下料结构,包括下料斗,所述下料斗包括上方的容纳仓和设置在容纳仓底部的输送管道,其特征在于:所述输送管道内滑动连接有一个套管,所述套管在所述输送管道内上下运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机的下料结构,其特征在于:所述套管外壳上具有一个凸起部,所述输送管道上设置有条形孔,所述凸起部穿过所述条形孔,所述凸起部上连接有第一连杆的一端,所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆一端相连,所述第二连杆的另一端与电机相连。
