Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧化淀粉‑碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,先通过原位合成法在木屑表面包覆纳米碳酸钙得到碳酸钙包覆木屑,然后与氧化淀粉乳液进行共混,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂在碳酸钙包覆木屑表面形成具有一定交联结构的氧化淀粉包覆层,经过干燥、研磨处理后得到氧化淀粉‑碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑。本发明得到的改性木屑在制作地板的时候能减少胶黏剂的使用,提高地板的品质和环保性,并且能有效改善地板的强度和使用寿命,具有较高的实用价值。

Description

一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济水平的提高,人们对木材的消费逐渐增加,造成木材原料的短缺以及价格的提升。为了减少木材的浪费、节约木材资源,同时降低成本,开始将木屑等木材下脚料应用于生产地板中。然而,木屑的强度很差,制成的地板抗压、抗冲击性差,稳定性较低,容易变形,使用寿命短;同时,由于木屑的结构较为松散,与其他原料之间的粘结性不强,在加工成地板的过程中需要大量使用胶黏剂,不仅影响了地板的品质,而且含有大量对人体有害的成分,环保性差。因此,为了改善地板的强度、使用寿命和环保性能,有必要对生产地板使用的原料木屑的性能作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种强度高、稳定性好、结合能力强的氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将木屑按固液重量比1:(20-30)加入氯化钙溶液中搅拌均匀,然后通入二氧化碳气体充分反应至pH为7.0-7.5,过滤后将得到的固体干燥,得到碳酸钙包覆木屑;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的碳酸钙包覆木屑按固液重量比1:(5-10)与氧化淀粉乳液混合均匀后用氢氧化钠溶液将pH调至9-10,得到混合浆料,然后将相当于混合浆料重量0.5-1%的环氧氯丙烷于80-90℃搅拌反应1-2h,过滤后将得到的固体干燥完全,研磨均匀后得到氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑。
所述氯化钙溶液的浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
所述氧化淀粉为玉米氧化淀粉、木薯氧化淀粉或其混合物。
所述氧化淀粉乳液的固含量为3-5%。
所述氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为5-10%。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先通过原位合成法在木屑表面包覆纳米碳酸钙得到碳酸钙包覆木屑,然后与氧化淀粉乳液进行共混,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂在碳酸钙包覆木屑表面形成具有一定交联结构的氧化淀粉包覆层,经过干燥、研磨处理后得到氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑。本发明先通过在木屑表面包覆纳米碳酸钙提高材料的机械强度和稳定性,然后在形成的复合物表面再次包覆交联的氧化淀粉以提高材料的粘结性能,使得到的改性木屑在制作地板的时候能减少胶黏剂的使用,提高地板的品质和环保性,并且能有效改善地板的强度和使用寿命,具有较高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将木屑按固液重量比1:20加入氯化钙溶液中搅拌均匀,然后通入二氧化碳气体充分反应至pH为7.0,过滤后将得到的固体干燥,得到碳酸钙包覆木屑;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的碳酸钙包覆木屑按固液重量比1:5与氧化淀粉乳液混合均匀后用氢氧化钠溶液将pH调至9,得到混合浆料,然后将相当于混合浆料重量0.5%的环氧氯丙烷于80℃搅拌反应1h,过滤后将得到的固体干燥完全,研磨均匀后得到氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑。
所述氯化钙溶液的浓度为0.5mol/L。
所述氧化淀粉为玉米氧化淀粉。
所述氧化淀粉乳液的固含量为3%。
所述氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为5%。

Claims (5)

1.一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将木屑按固液重量比1:(20-30)加入氯化钙溶液中搅拌均匀,然后通入二氧化碳气体充分反应至pH为7.0-7.5,过滤后将得到的固体干燥,得到碳酸钙包覆木屑;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的碳酸钙包覆木屑按固液重量比1:(5-10)与氧化淀粉乳液混合均匀后用氢氧化钠溶液将pH调至9-10,得到混合浆料,然后将相当于混合浆料重量0.5-1%的环氧氯丙烷于80-90℃搅拌反应1-2h,过滤后将得到的固体干燥完全,研磨均匀后得到氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氯化钙溶液的浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化淀粉为玉米氧化淀粉、木薯氧化淀粉或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化淀粉乳液的固含量为3-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧化淀粉-碳酸钙双重包覆改性木屑的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为5-10%。
