本发明公开了一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,它属于钛白粉生产技术领域,一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,由以下物质按重量份百分比组成:钛白粉15%‑60%,高岭土2%‑3%,ZnO(氧化锌)0.1%‑0.4%,硅烷偶联剂0.1%‑0.4%,增白剂0.05%‑0.1%(OB),重质碳酸钙。本发明的生产工艺简单,稳定性好,白度、着色性和遮盖性高,还具有耐热、耐光、耐候性好的特点,能耗低,在湿法球磨过程中添加超分散剂,防止粉体出现团聚现象,影响最后的产品的白度和遮盖力,导致产品的性能差。适用于户内、户外作填料。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗领域,具体涉及一种复合钛白粉的制备方法。
背景技术
钛白粉以结晶二氧化钛为主要成分,结晶二氧化钛远高于其它无机物的折射率使钛白粉具有最强的遮盖能力从而成为最佳的白色颜料,但是钛白粉的资源消耗过多,成本过大,目前有不少厂家采用钛白粉替代品与钛白粉制备成复合钛白粉,为了保证复合粉体,这里的钛白粉替代品是指具有钛白粉的性能且成本比钛白粉低,能够部分或全部替代钛白粉被应用的无机粉体材料,目前上市场上由于追求低成本和效率大本分都是采用干法工艺,但是干法工艺虽然简单,但包覆效果不理想,白度不够高、遮盖力不够,采用湿法球磨工艺可能会出现反粉碎现象,造成粉体团聚现象,最后造成白度不够高、遮盖力不够。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种复合钛白粉的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,由以下物质按重量份百分比组成:钛白粉15%-60%,高岭土2%-3%,ZnO(氧化锌)0.1%-0.4%,硅烷偶联剂0.1%-0.4%,增白剂0.05%-0.1%(OB),重质碳酸钙。
优选的,所述的高岭土采用煅烧高岭土。
所述的一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将高岭土进行研磨,将研磨后的粉体与ZnO(氧化锌)、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉、硅烷偶联剂混合,制成溶液,溶液的浓度为15%~25%;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行湿法球磨工艺处理,并且在球磨过程中加入超分散剂,超分散剂的量为步骤(1)中的溶质0.75%;
(3)对湿法球磨工艺后的混合液与增白剂混合后进行洗涤、干燥步骤处理,并且得到复合钛白粉半成品;
(4)对干燥处理后的复合钛白粉半成品送入强磁筛中筛选,得到复合钛白粉成品。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的生产工艺简单,稳定性好,白度、着色性和遮盖性高,还具有耐热、耐光、耐候性好的特点,能耗低,在湿法球磨过程中添加超分散剂,防止粉体出现团聚现象,影响最后的产品的白度和遮盖力,导致产品的性能差。适用于户内、户外作填料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
所述的一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将高岭土进行研磨,将研磨后的粉体与ZnO(氧化锌)、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉、硅烷偶联剂混合,制成溶液,溶液的浓度为15%~25%;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行湿法球磨工艺处理,并且在球磨过程中加入超分散剂,超分散剂的量为步骤(1)中的溶质0.75%;
(3)对湿法球磨工艺后的混合液与增白剂混合后进行洗涤、干燥步骤处理,并且得到复合钛白粉半成品;
(4)对干燥处理后的复合钛白粉半成品送入强磁筛中筛选,得到复合钛白粉成品。
实施例2
所述的一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将高岭土1.5%进行研磨,将研磨后的粉体与ZnO(氧化锌)0.2%、重质碳酸钙3%、钛白粉30%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%混合,制成溶液,溶液的浓度为15%~25%;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行湿法球磨工艺处理,并且在球磨过程中加入超分散剂0.07%,超分散剂的量为步骤(1)中的溶质0.75%;
(3)对湿法球磨工艺后的混合液与增白剂0.07%混合后进行洗涤、干燥步骤处理,并且得到复合钛白粉半成品;
(4)对干燥处理后的复合钛白粉半成品送入强磁筛中筛选,得到复合钛白粉成品。
实施例3
所述的一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将高岭土1.75%进行研磨,将研磨后的粉体与ZnO(氧化锌)0.3%、重质碳酸钙4%、钛白粉40%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%混合,制成溶液,溶液的浓度为15%~25%;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行湿法球磨工艺处理,并且在球磨过程中加入超分散剂0.08%,超分散剂的量为步骤(1)中的溶质0.9%;
(3)对湿法球磨工艺后的混合液与增白剂0.8%混合后进行洗涤、干燥步骤处理,并且得到复合钛白粉半成品;
(4)对干燥处理后的复合钛白粉半成品送入强磁筛中筛选,得到复合钛白粉成品。

1.一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,由以下物质按重量份百分比组成,一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,由以下物质按重量份百分比组成:钛白粉15%-60%,高岭土2%-3%,ZnO(氧化锌)0.1%-0.4%,硅烷偶联剂0.1%-0.4%,增白剂0.05%-0.1%(OB),重质碳酸钙。
2.一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备步骤如下:
(1)将高岭土进行研磨,将研磨后的粉体与ZnO(氧化锌)、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉、硅烷偶联剂混合,制成溶液,溶液的浓度为15%~25%;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行湿法球磨工艺处理,并且在球磨过程中加入超分散剂,超分散剂的量为步骤(1)中的溶质0.75%;
(3)对湿法球磨工艺后的混合液与增白剂混合后进行洗涤、干燥步骤处理,并且得到复合钛白粉半成品;
(4)对干燥处理后的复合钛白粉半成品送入强磁筛中筛选,得到复合钛白粉成品。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种复合钛白粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的高岭土为煅烧高岭土。
