Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3‑13份,硫酸铝3‑13份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4‑16份,硼氢化钠3‑13份,氧化铝粉末2‑10份,高岭土2‑10份,钛酸钡2‑10份,改性剂2‑8份,阻燃剂3‑13份,烧结助剂2‑8份,水溶液5‑15份。本发明具有结构强度高和防腐蚀效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷加工领域,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活品质的要求越来越高,陶瓷作为一种硬度高的材料被人们广泛应用日常生活中,陶瓷材料是采用天然或合成化合物经过高温烧结而成的无机非金属材料,且种类繁多,因其美观等特性被人们喜欢,但是现有的陶瓷材料因其加工流程不合理等问题,很容易造成加工而成的陶瓷材料不能够承受较高的压力,给人们的使用带来很大的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-13份,硫酸铝3-13份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-16份,硼氢化钠3-13份,氧化铝粉末2-10份,高岭土2-10份,钛酸钡2-10份,改性剂2-8份,阻燃剂3-13份,烧结助剂2-8份,水溶液5-15份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-11份,硫酸铝3-11份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-14份,硼氢化钠3-11份,氧化铝粉末2-8份,高岭土2-8份,钛酸钡2-8份,改性剂2-6份,阻燃剂3-11份,烧结助剂2-6份,水溶液5-12份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂8份,硫酸铝8份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂10份,硼氢化钠8份,氧化铝粉末6份,高岭土6份,钛酸钡6份,改性剂5份,阻燃剂8份,烧结助剂5份,水溶液10份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)选取权利要求3中物料的重量份数,将物料酚醛树脂、硫酸铝、聚丁二烯环氧树脂、硼氢化钠、氧化铝粉末和高岭土进行搅拌处理,并将搅拌后的物料放入水溶液中进行搅拌处理,得到粘性液体;
(2)将钛酸钡、改性剂、阻燃剂和烧结助剂进行混合粉碎处理,得到混合料;
(3)将步骤2中得到的混合料和步骤1中得到的粘性液体进行加热处理,加热时间为20min,同时进行混合搅拌处理,搅拌时间为30min,然后对其进行干燥处理,将干燥后的物料进行造粒处理,得到颗粒;
(4)将颗粒进行高温烧结,即可得到陶瓷材料。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构强度高和防腐蚀效果好等优点,且不会出现材料因长时间放置而出现被腐蚀的情况,延长了陶瓷材料的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-13份,硫酸铝3-13份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-16份,硼氢化钠3-13份,氧化铝粉末2-10份,高岭土2-10份,钛酸钡2-10份,改性剂2-8份,阻燃剂3-13份,烧结助剂2-8份,水溶液5-15份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-11份,硫酸铝3-11份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-14份,硼氢化钠3-11份,氧化铝粉末2-8份,高岭土2-8份,钛酸钡2-8份,改性剂2-6份,阻燃剂3-11份,烧结助剂2-6份,水溶液5-12份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂8份,硫酸铝8份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂10份,硼氢化钠8份,氧化铝粉末6份,高岭土6份,钛酸钡6份,改性剂5份,阻燃剂8份,烧结助剂5份,水溶液10份。
上述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:

(4)将颗粒进行高温烧结,即可得到陶瓷材料。

1.一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-13份,硫酸铝3-13份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-16份,硼氢化钠3-13份,氧化铝粉末2-10份,高岭土2-10份,钛酸钡2-10份,改性剂2-8份,阻燃剂3-13份,烧结助剂2-8份,水溶液5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂3-11份,硫酸铝3-11份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂4-14份,硼氢化钠3-11份,氧化铝粉末2-8份,高岭土2-8份,钛酸钡2-8份,改性剂2-6份,阻燃剂3-11份,烧结助剂2-6份,水溶液5-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:酚醛树脂8份,硫酸铝8份,聚丁二烯环氧树脂10份,硼氢化钠8份,氧化铝粉末6份,高岭土6份,钛酸钡6份,改性剂5份,阻燃剂8份,烧结助剂5份,水溶液10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)选取权利要求3中物料的重量份数,将物料酚醛树脂、硫酸铝、聚丁二烯环氧树脂、硼氢化钠、氧化铝粉末和高岭土进行搅拌处理,并将搅拌后的物料放入水溶液中进行搅拌处理,得到粘性液体;
