Abstract

本发明提供了一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,在上墙板上设有刀槽,在下墙板上设有相配合的激光刀片,还包括顶板、动板、冲头刀、与所述冲头刀相配合的冲头母口,所述冲头母口与所述刀槽侧边连接,所述冲头刀由定刀、动刀和气缸组成,所述定刀固定在所述刀槽内并靠近所述冲头母口,所述气缸固定在所述顶板底面上,所述气缸的伸缩轴自由端固接所述动板顶面,所述动刀固定在所述动板底面,在所述下墙板上靠近所述刀槽设有通槽,所述动刀穿过所述通槽。本发明使塑料制品的外型裁切与侧冲孔一次全自动完成,改变了传统的加工工艺,提高了劳动效率,冲测孔剪切刀结构,减小了冲头刀的磨损,降低了废品率。

技术领域
本申请涉及塑料裁切设备领域,具体涉及一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔刀体结构。
背景技术
现有的侧冲孔的生产工艺是冲头冲压通过子母口的配合裁切的方式实现产品侧位的镂空,在前期研发侧冲孔的机构中,在刀具更换安装调试过程中需要仔细对中后才能闭合,稍有偏差即可造成刀的刃口损毁,同时冲头刀使用一段时间后,由于冲头刀具的磨损,使得子母刀间隙增大。冲切后测孔边沿出现毛刺,轻则需增加人力用用热风枪烘烤掉,重则报废扔掉,从而造成了废品增加,降低了制成率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔刀体结构,使得塑料制品的外型裁切与侧冲孔一次全自动完成,且减小了因刀体磨损大而导致成品率低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请公开了一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,包括上墙板、下墙板,在所述上墙板上设有刀槽,在所述下墙板上设有相配合的激光刀片,还包括顶板、动板、冲头刀、与所述冲头刀相配合的冲头母口,所述冲头母口与所述刀槽侧边连接,所述顶板、动板和下墙板呈上下结构排列。
其中,所述冲头刀由定刀、动刀和气缸组成,所述定刀固定在所述刀槽内并靠近所述冲头母口,所述气缸固定在所述顶板底面上,所述气缸的伸缩轴自由端固接所述动板顶面,所述动刀固定在所述动板底面,在所述下墙板上靠近所述刀槽设有通槽,所述动刀穿过所述通槽。
进一步地,靠近所述冲头母口的所述刀槽的一侧设置有缺口。
进一步地,所述定刀相对于刃口可横向调整。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:本发明通过研发使塑料制品的外型裁切与侧冲孔一次全自动完成,改变了传统的加工工艺,提高了劳动效率,降低了劳动者的劳动风险,同时减少了食品包装物的污染概率;冲头刀设置成剪切刀式,由气缸推动动刀相对于定刀做往复运动,从而实现对制品的分切,减小了冲头刀的磨损度,减小了侧孔边毛刺的产生,增加了成品率;剪切刀片为用现成的锋钢刀片改制而成,即缩短了冲头刀的制造周期,同时也降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式。
如图1-图4所示,一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,包括上墙板1、下墙板2,在所述上墙板1上设有刀槽3,在所述下墙板2上设有相配合的激光刀片5,还包括顶板7、动板8、冲头刀4、与所述冲头刀4相配合的冲头母口6,所述冲头母口6与所述刀槽3侧边连接,所述顶板7、动板8和下墙板2呈上下结构排列。
其中,所述冲头刀4由定刀41、动刀42和气缸43组成,所述定刀42固定在所述刀槽3内并靠近所述冲头母口6,所述气缸43固定在所述顶板7底面上,所述气缸43的伸缩轴自由端固接所述动板8顶面,所述动刀42固定在所述动板8底面,在所述下墙板2上靠近所述刀槽3设有通槽9,所述动刀42穿过所述通槽9。
气缸43推动动板8上的动刀42下移,相对于定刀41作往复运动,同时动板8推动上墙板1下移,与下墙板2发生挤压以实现裁切。
进一步地,靠近所述冲头母口6的所述刀槽3的一侧设置有缺口,便于调节刀刃之间的距离。
进一步地,所述定刀41相对于刃口可横向调整,从而改变两个刃口之间的间隙。
本工装在沿袭冲切外型使用激光刀片的基础上加装了冲头刀4及冲头母口6,两部分分别安装在设备的上下墙板2上,并在安装时将冲头刀4局部入进冲头母口6内,而后将其与设备墙板固定,由设备上下墙板2拖动实现相对运动,靠两者之间的挤压将制品沿着冲头投影面部分裁掉从而实现对制品的侧冲孔,同时冲头刀4设置成剪切刀式,由气缸43推动动刀42相对于定刀41做往复运动,从而实现对制品的分切,减小了冲头刀4的磨损度,减小了侧孔边毛刺的产生,增加了成品率。

1.一种全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,包括上墙板、下墙板,在所述上墙板上设有刀槽,在所述下墙板上设有相配合的激光刀片,其特征在于:还包括顶板、动板、冲头刀、与所述冲头刀相配合的冲头母口,所述冲头母口与所述刀槽侧边连接,所述顶板、动板和下墙板呈上下结构排列;
所述冲头刀由定刀、动刀和气缸组成,所述定刀固定在所述刀槽内并靠近所述冲头母口,所述气缸固定在所述顶板底面上,所述气缸的伸缩轴自由端固接所述动板顶面,所述动刀固定在所述动板底面,在所述下墙板上靠近所述刀槽设有通槽,所述动刀穿过所述通槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,其特征在于:靠近所述冲头母口的所述刀槽的一侧设置有缺口。
3.如权利要求1所述的全自动吸塑机侧冲孔设备,其特征在于:所述定刀相对于刃口可横向调整。
