Abstract
本发明公开了一种药材预切割装置,包括架体,还包括架体中部的切割轴、架体两侧的定位机构和动力机构,架体包括进料斗和进料斗下部的切割框架,所述切割轴两端穿过横槽,切割轴中部设有切割刀片,所述切割刀片通过锁紧螺母紧固在切割轴上,所述定位机构包括内定位机构和外定位传动机构,所述动力机构包括电机、分别与电机传动连接的主动齿轮、主动链轮、分别与主动齿轮、主动链轮同轴连接的第一从动链轮、第二从动链轮和与张紧链轮同轴连接的第三链轮;本发明提供一种可无极调节切割间距的药材预切割装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药材加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种药材预切割装置。
背景技术
药材即可供制药的原材料,在中国尤指是中药材,即未经加工或未制成成品的中药原料。
在中草药生产加工领域中,有些药材需要进行切片或破碎处理,以便于后续的加工和使用,现有用于药材的破碎装置结构不够合理,当药材原料较大时,切片或破碎过程中容易发生堵料现象,影响生产加工效率。
因此,需要一种能解决以上问题的药材预切割装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的不足,提供一种可无极调节切割间距的药材预切割装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种药材预切割装置,包括架体,还包括架体中部的切割轴、架体两侧的定位机构和动力机构;
所述架体包括进料斗和进料斗下部的切割框架,所述进料斗呈倒置的梯形,进料斗下端转动连接有四个调节板,所述切割框架包括两块第一围板和两块第二围板,所述第一围板顶端中部设有长条状横槽、第一纵槽,第一围板中部两侧对称设有长条状第二纵槽;
所述切割轴两端穿过横槽,切割轴中部设有切割刀片,所述切割刀片通过锁紧螺母紧固在切割轴上;
所述定位机构包括内定位机构和外定位传动机构,所述内定位机构包括切割轴两端的定位轮和第一纵槽内的张紧轮,所述定位轮与切割轴转动连接,所述张紧轮和定位轮通过皮带连接,所述外定位传动机构包括切割轴两端的第一链轮、第一围板两侧的第二链轮和第二纵槽内的张紧链轮;所述第一链轮、第二链轮和张紧链轮通过链条连接;
所述动力机构包括电机、分别与电机传动连接的主动齿轮、主动链轮、分别与主动齿轮、主动链轮同轴连接的第一从动链轮、第二从动链轮和与张紧链轮同轴连接的第三链轮,所述电机下部设有L形安装板,所述主动链轮、主动齿轮、第一从动链轮和第二从动链轮与安装板转动连接,所述第一从动链轮和第二从动链轮分别与第三链轮链条连接。
进一步地,所述安装板下部设有定位杆,所述定位杆下端穿过定位板,所述定位板与第一围板焊为一体。
进一步地,所述切割轴数量为两个。
进一步地,所述切割刀片数量为两个以上。
进一步地,所述内定位机构位于切割框架内侧,外定位传动机构位于切割框架外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1. 进料斗呈倒置的梯形,进料斗下端转动连接有四个调节板,方便药材原料的投放,调节板可根据两切割轴的间距和各个切割刀片的间距调节角度,使药材原料都能进行切割;
2. 切割刀片通过锁紧螺母紧固在切割轴上,通过调整锁紧螺母的位置可以改变各个切割刀片之间的间距;架体上设有定位机构,通过调节张紧轮和张紧链轮在第一纵槽和第二纵槽内的位置可以控制两切割轴之间的间距,使本装置可以将药材原料切割成各种既定尺寸,满足进一步切片或破碎的尺寸要求;
3. 电机分别带动主动齿轮和主动链轮正转和反转,使与主动齿轮和主动链轮同轴的第一从动链轮和第二从动链轮分别正转和反转,通过链条带动两个切割轴分别正转和反转,使切割刀片能够更好的对药材原料进行切割。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细描述。
如图1~图3所示,一种药材预切割装置,包括架体,还包括架体中部的切割轴10、架体两侧的定位机构和动力机构;
所述架体包括进料斗1和进料斗1下部的切割框架,所述进料斗1呈倒置的梯形,进料斗1下端转动连接有四个调节板2,所述切割框架包括两块第一围板3和两块第二围板4,所述第一围板3顶端中部设有长条状横槽5、第一纵槽6,第一围板3中部两侧对称设有长条状第二纵槽7;
所述切割轴10两端穿过横槽5,切割轴10中部设有切割刀片8,所述切割刀片8通过锁紧螺母9紧固在切割轴10上;
所述定位机构包括内定位机构和外定位传动机构,所述内定位机构包括切割轴10两端的定位轮11和第一纵槽6内的张紧轮12,所述定位轮11与切割轴10转动连接,所述张紧轮12和定位轮11通过皮带连接,所述外定位传动机构包括切割轴10两端的第一链轮13、第一围板3两侧的第二链轮14和第二纵槽7内的张紧链轮15;所述第一链轮13、第二链轮14和张紧链轮15通过链条连接;
所述动力机构包括电机16、分别与电机16传动连接的主动齿轮17、主动链轮18、分别与主动齿轮17、主动链轮18同轴连接的第一从动链轮19、第二从动链轮20和与张紧链轮15同轴连接的第三链轮21,所述电机16下部设有L形安装板24,所述主动链轮18、主动齿轮17、第一从动链轮19和第二从动链轮20与安装板24转动连接,所述第一从动链轮19和第二从动链轮20分别与第三链轮21链条连接。
所述安装板24下部设有定位杆22,所述定位杆22下端穿过定位板23,所述定位板23与第一围板3焊为一体。
所述切割轴10数量为两个。
所述切割刀片8数量为两个以上。
所述内定位机构位于切割框架内侧,外定位传动机构位于切割框架外侧。
切割前,根据下一步切片或破碎所需的尺寸,先通过锁紧螺母9将切割刀片8紧固在切割轴10上,然后调节张紧轮12和张紧链轮15在第一纵槽6和第二纵槽7内的位置,通过定位轮11和第一链轮13对切割轴10进行定位,最后通过安装板24下的定位杆22调整电机16的位置,使第一从动链轮19和第二从动链轮20与第三链轮21传动的链条张紧。
切割时,电机16分别带动主动齿轮17和主动链轮18正转和反转,使与主动齿轮17和主动链轮18同轴的第一从动链轮19和第二从动链轮20分别正转和反转,通过链条带动两个切割轴10分别正转和反转,将投入的药材原料切割成预定的尺寸。

1.一种药材预切割装置,包括架体,其特征在于,还包括架体中部的切割轴(10)、架体两侧的定位机构和动力机构;
所述架体包括进料斗(1)和进料斗(1)下部的切割框架,所述进料斗(1)呈倒置的梯形,进料斗(1)下端转动连接有四个调节板(2),所述切割框架包括两块第一围板(3)和两块第二围板(4),所述第一围板(3)顶端中部设有长条状横槽(5)、第一纵槽(6),第一围板(3)中部两侧对称设有长条状第二纵槽(7);
所述切割轴(10)两端穿过横槽(5),切割轴(10)中部设有切割刀片(8),所述切割刀片(8)通过锁紧螺母(9)紧固在切割轴(10)上;
所述定位机构包括内定位机构和外定位传动机构,所述内定位机构包括切割轴(10)两端的定位轮(11)和第一纵槽(6)内的张紧轮(12),所述定位轮(11)与切割轴(10)转动连接,所述张紧轮(12)和定位轮(11)通过皮带连接,所述外定位传动机构包括切割轴(10)两端的第一链轮(13)、第一围板(3)两侧的第二链轮(14)和第二纵槽(7)内的张紧链轮(15);所述第一链轮(13)、第二链轮(14)和张紧链轮(15)通过链条连接;
所述动力机构包括电机(16)、分别与电机(16)传动连接的主动齿轮(17)、主动链轮(18)、分别与主动齿轮(17)、主动链轮(18)同轴连接的第一从动链轮(19)、第二从动链轮(20)和与张紧链轮(15)同轴连接的第三链轮(21),所述电机(16)下部设有L形安装板(24),所述主动链轮(18)、主动齿轮(17)、第一从动链轮(19)和第二从动链轮(20)与安装板(24)转动连接,所述第一从动链轮(19)和第二从动链轮(20)分别与第三链轮(21)链条连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材预切割装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(24)下部设有定位杆(22),所述定位杆(22)下端穿过定位板(23),所述定位板(23)与第一围板(3)焊为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材预切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割轴(10)数量为两个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材预切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割刀片(8)数量为两个以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材预切割装置,其特征在于,所述内定位机构位于切割框架内侧,外定位传动机构位于切割框架外侧。
