本发明提供一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，包括工作台和物料传送装置，所述物料传送装置包括串联设置于工作台上的送料带和出料带，两带间隔可供切刀垂直通过的距离；所述切刀为垂直于传送方向设置的叶扇形刀片，切刀铰接设置于弧形刀槽内，刀槽设置于物料传送装置一侧，切刀工作时扇叶通过两带间的缝隙；所述刀槽下部槽口设置垂直于切刀转动方向的软刷，软刷外侧设置冲洗装置，冲洗方向斜向下指向软刷与切刀接触位置。本发明所述的切肉机机可解决切割时刀片粘黏肉屑，影响进一步操作的问题。

一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机
技术领域
本发明涉及食品干燥设备技术领域，具体涉及一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机。
背景技术
在对食物加工烹饪过程中，常需要将大块肉切割分离成肉丝、肉片、肉沫等，传统的切肉工艺采用手工切制，适用于小型肉类加工过程，无法满足大批量食用肉加工的要求。随着现代机械自动化的迅猛发展，食用肉切割机由于其加工效率高，生产速度快，产品标准化好等优势，逐级替代了传统的手工操作。
目前使用的食用肉切片机主要包括进肉机构、切肉机构、出肉机构，现有专利CN104690758A公开了一种自动切肉机，在底板上固定有前后两端均为敞口的通道，通道内侧通过弹簧分别接有上顶板、左顶板、右顶板，三者形成的空间内放有鲜肉，在通道的后端设有电机，电机与顶杆传动连接，顶杆顶在鲜肉上，在通道的前端水平置有刀槽，刀槽的一端通过固定轴及运行槽与固定板连接，刀槽的另一端通过转轴与摇臂连接，摇臂与另一电机传动连接，刀槽下方安装有刀具，刀具的刃部对应于通道与切板之间形成的缝隙。
现有技术采用摇臂与电机连接，摇臂传动方式不稳定；同时刀具在切割肉、糕点等具有粘性的物质时，粘黏在刀具上的食物残渣会增到刀具侧面的摩擦力，影响切割效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，解决切肉机刀片粘黏肉屑，影响进一步操作的问题。
为实现上述技术目的和技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题：
一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，包括工作台和物料传送装置，所述物料传送装置包括串联设置于工作台上的送料带和出料带，两带间隔可供切刀垂直通过的距离；所述切刀为垂直于传送方向设置的叶扇形刀片，切刀铰接设置于弧形刀槽内，刀槽设置于物料传送装置一侧，切刀工作时扇叶通过两带间的缝隙；所述刀槽下部槽口设置垂直于切刀转动方向的软刷，软刷外侧设置冲洗装置，冲洗方向斜向下指向软刷与切刀接触位置。
上述方案中，待切物料通过物料传送装置从进料端传送至出料端，物料在经过送料带和出料带之间时，被穿过缝隙的切刀扇叶从上至下切割。扇叶切割完毕转入下部刀槽，在槽口处设置软刷将刀上粘黏的肉屑刷下，并由冲洗装置冲洗脱离槽口。
为便于软刷和冲洗装置安装，以及冲洗水的冲洗，所述刀槽的下部槽口为阶梯状结构，软刷设置于下层阶梯上，冲洗装置设置于上层阶梯，阶梯结构底部开口形成出水口结构。
进一步的，所述冲洗装置为沿槽口两侧排列设置的高压水枪结构。
为保证物料顺利进出物料传送装置，所述送料带前端和出料带尾端分别设置进料口和出料口。
所述刀槽底部设置冲洗水回收箱，箱内设置去油装置
本发明的优点与效果是：
1、在刀槽下部入口设置切刀清洗装置，通过软刷和冲洗装置对切刀清理，防止肉屑及杂质粘黏在切刀上影响进一步切割；
2、采用叶扇型环形切刀传动稳定，清洗切刀的过程不影响下一片切刀的切割工作；
3、串联设置的送料带和出料带传输平稳，避免物料抛落过程中损坏。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
本实施所述的一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，包括工作台1和物料传送装置，物料传送装置包括串联设置于工作台1上的送料带2和出料带3，送料带2的前端设置进料口8，出料带3的尾端设置出料口9，如附图1所示。
切肉机采用具有三个扇叶的叶扇形切刀4，切刀4铰接设置于弧形刀槽5内，由电机驱动。切刀4和刀槽5构成的裁切装置垂直于物料传送装置的传送方向设置，切刀4旋切时扇叶通过送料带2和出料带3之间的缝隙，如附图3所示。
刀槽5的下部槽口为阶梯状结构，下层阶梯上设置垂直于切刀4转动方向的软刷6，上层阶梯沿槽口两侧排列设置的高压水枪结构的冲洗装置7，冲洗装置7通过连通进水管道7-1，冲洗方向斜向下指向软刷6与切刀4接触位置，阶梯结构底部开口形成出水口结构。刀槽5底部设置冲洗水回收箱10，箱内设置去油装置，如附图1所示。
本发明的工作原理：
待切物料通过物料传送装置从进料端传送至出料端，物料在经过送料带2和出料带3之间时，被穿过缝隙的切刀扇叶从上至下切割。扇叶切割完毕转入下部刀槽5，在槽口处设置软刷将刀上粘黏的肉屑刷下，并由冲洗装置7冲洗脱离槽口。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式详细说明，但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言，在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，包括工作台(1)和物料传送装置，其特征在于：所述物料传送装置包括串联设置于工作台(1)上的送料带(2)和出料带(3)，两带间隔可供切刀(4)垂直通过的距离；所述切刀(4)为垂直于传送方向设置的叶扇形刀片，切刀(4)铰接设置于弧形刀槽(5)内，刀槽(5)设置于物料传送装置一侧，切刀(4)工作时扇叶通过两带间的缝隙；所述刀槽(5)下部槽口设置垂直于切刀(4)转动方向的软刷(6)，软刷(6)外侧设置冲洗装置(7)，冲洗方向斜向下指向软刷(6)与切刀(4)接触位置。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，其特征在于：所述刀槽(5)的下部槽口为阶梯状结构，软刷(6)设置于下层阶梯上，冲洗装置(7)设置于上层阶梯，阶梯结构底部开口形成出水口结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，其特征在于：所述冲洗装置(7)为沿槽口两侧排列设置的高压水枪结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，其特征在于：所述送料带(2)前端和出料带(3)尾端分别设置进料口(8)和出料口(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有切刀清洁功能的切肉机，其特征在于：所述刀槽(5)底部设置冲洗水回收箱(10)，箱内设置去油装置。
