本发明公开了一种经冷冻在苹果渣中提取食品药品添加剂的制备方法,它是取若干新鲜无霉变的苹果渣除籽后放入冰柜,在零下20—25度冷冻24—48小时,取出在常温下晾6—8小时解冻,然后用榨汁机将剩余的残汁榨出,用水冲洗几遍,将在纤维中残存的糖液充分洗干净,用纱布过滤后晒干或烘干,经粉碎机粉碎后,再用细筛筛过后经包装即为成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种经冷冻在苹果渣中提取食品药品添加剂的制备方法,属食品加工领域。
背景技术
苹果渣的主要成份是纤维,将纤维中的汁液挤干或烘干,再经粉碎过筛就成了食品添加剂,这就是现有技术的制作过程,因这种技术不能将苹果渣纤维中所含的糖液完全提取出来,存在着添加剂遇潮容易发软发绵,从而降低了保质期的缺陷,因此研究如何将苹果渣纤维中残留的糖液挤出,从而杜绝添加剂在遇潮时发绵变质的现象就是摆在科技工作者面前的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苹果渣经冷冻后提取遇潮不发软不发绵并保质期长的食品药品添加剂。
为实现上述目的本发明采取如下技术方案:
取若干新鲜无霉变的苹果渣除籽后放入冰柜,在零下20—25度冷冻24—48小时,取出在常温下晾6—8小时解冻,然后用榨汁机将剩余的残汁榨出,用水冲洗几遍,将在纤维中残存的糖液充分洗干净 ,用纱布过滤后晒干或烘干,经粉碎机粉碎后,再用细筛筛过后经包装即为成品。
发本明一种经冷冻在苹果渣中提取食品药品添加剂的制备方法,用这种方法提取的食品药品添加剂之所以在遇潮时不发软不发绵并且保质期较长是基于这样的原理,一是苹果渣在零下20—25度冷冻时彻底将苹果渣中所含的活性酶冻死了,使其晒干后再遇潮就不能再繁殖了;其二是苹果渣在零下20—25度其纤维收缩并变脆,还使其中所含的残留糖往外渗溢,在晒干后由于苹果纤维不含 糖份了,所以再遇潮时就不会发绵发软发霉变质了。
具体实施方式:
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
取10kg新鲜无霉变的苹果渣除籽后放入冰柜,在零下20—25度冷冻28小时,取出在常温下晾7小时解冻,然后用榨汁机将剩余的残汁榨出,用水冲洗几遍,将在纤维中残存的糖液充分洗干净 ,用纱布过滤后晒干或烘干,经粉碎机粉碎后,再用细筛筛过后经包装即为成品。

1.一种经冷冻在苹果渣中提取食品药品添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下制作步骤:
取若干新鲜无霉变的苹果渣除籽后放入冰柜,在零下20—25度冷冻24—48小时,取出在常温下晾6—8小时解冻,然后用榨汁机将剩余的残汁榨出,用水冲洗几遍,将在纤维中残存的糖液充分洗干净,用纱布过滤后晒干或烘干,经粉碎机粉碎后,再用细筛筛过后经包装即为成品。
