本发明公开了一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,包括:立柱、柱形充电桩和套筒,所述柱形充电桩设置在立柱的顶部,所述套筒从上而下套设在柱形充电桩外部,所述柱形充电桩上设置有导向筒,所述导向筒中设置有与套筒相连接的导向杆,所述柱形充电桩顶部设置有缓冲弹簧,所述柱形充电桩一侧设置有插座,所述套筒一侧向外凸出设置有与插座位置对应的防护壳体,所述防护壳体外侧设置有U形槽。通过上述方式,本发明所述的防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,连接时,把套筒向上推,露出插座,与电动汽车的充电插头连接后,放下套筒,充电插头的导线通过U形槽排出,提升了柱形充电桩防雨水和防风沙的效果,连接处更加的安全,操作简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩领域,特别是涉及一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩。
背景技术
随着电动汽车的推广和普及,城市里的电动汽车越来越多,相应的,充电桩的建设步伐也越来越快。
城市里的车位相对紧张,而一个充电桩通常对应一个车位,电动汽车需要停在对应车位里才能进行连线充电。为了提升电动汽车的使用便利性,部分户外的车位上也安装了充电桩,但是户外环境恶劣,雨水和风沙影响充电连接的安全性,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,提升接口处防雨水和防尘的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,包括:立柱、柱形充电桩和套筒,所述柱形充电桩设置在立柱的顶部,所述套筒从上而下套设在柱形充电桩外部,所述柱形充电桩上设置有导向筒,所述导向筒中设置有与套筒相连接的导向杆,所述柱形充电桩顶部设置有缓冲弹簧,所述柱形充电桩一侧设置有插座,所述套筒一侧向外凸出设置有与插座位置对应的防护壳体,所述防护壳体外侧设置有U形槽。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述立柱为空心钢管。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导向筒同心设置在柱形充电桩中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述缓冲弹簧与导向杆相同心。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述U形槽的开口位于防护壳体底部。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述套筒外侧设置有把手。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,连接时,把套筒向上推,露出插座,与电动汽车的充电插头连接后,放下套筒,充电插头的导线通过U形槽排出,提升了柱形充电桩防雨水和防风沙的效果,连接处更加的安全,操作简便。

一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,包括:立柱1、柱形充电桩2和套筒3,所述柱形充电桩2设置在立柱1的顶部,所述套筒3从上而下套设在柱形充电桩2外部,防雨水和防尘的保护效果好。
所述柱形充电桩2上设置有导向筒7,所述导向筒7中设置有与套筒3相连接的导向杆6,导向筒7与导向杆6的配合,提升了套筒3的上下移动稳定性,所述柱形充电桩2顶部设置有缓冲弹簧5,避免套筒3下降时对柱形充电桩2顶部的冲击。
所述柱形充电桩2一侧设置有插座10,所述套筒3一侧向外凸出设置有与插座10位置对应的防护壳体8,防护壳体8方便了电动汽车充电插头与插座10的配合连接,所述防护壳体8外侧设置有U形槽9,所述U形槽9的开口位于防护壳体8底部,电动汽车充电插头的导线通过U形槽9排出,操作方便,防水效果好。
所述立柱1为空心钢管,方便柱形充电桩2供电线路的排布,所述导向筒7同心设置在柱形充电桩2中,提升了结构的紧凑性,避免了总体的高度过高的问题。
所述缓冲弹簧5与导向杆6相同心,提升了缓冲弹簧5的结构稳定性,避免缓冲弹簧5压缩时偏斜的问题。所述套筒3外侧设置有把手4,利用把手4进行套筒3的上推,操作比较方便。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种防雨防尘的电动汽车充电桩,操作方便,防雨水和防风沙的效果好,提升了充电连接的安全性和稳定性。
