本发明涉及淀粉施胶剂技术领域,具体涉及一种双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱粘箱需要使用施胶剂,施胶剂是具有粘性的物质,借助其粘性能将两种分离的材料连接在一起。施胶剂的种类很多。目前大都使用淀粉施胶剂,但是目前的施胶剂总存在一些问题,严重影响着瓦楞纸箱粘箱。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,本发明施胶剂晶莹剔透,无有色杂质,生产过程中能形成交联长链聚合物,遇空气后施胶剂氧化速度快,粘性大大增强,比普通施胶剂强70-80%。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉25~35份、紫薯淀粉15~25份、硫酸钠10~20份、全氟丁基磺酰氟10~15份、三乙醇胺2~18份、柠檬酸1~5份、石油磺酸钠5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~4份、对硝基苯甲酸2~4份、四硼酸钠1~2份、二甲基马来酸酐2~3份、改性氧化剂10~15份、去离子水若干。
优选的,还可由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉30份、紫薯淀粉20份、硫酸钠15份、全氟丁基磺酰氟13份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸3份、石油磺酸钠10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、对硝基苯甲酸3份、四硼酸钠1份、二甲基马来酸酐2份、改性氧化剂13份、去离子水若干。
优选的,所述改性氧化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5~12份、红矾钠6~1份、过氧化月桂酰3~5份、没食子酸钙2~5份、过氧化氢对孟烷4~12份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8~12份。
一种双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70~85℃,然后将上述质量份数的玉米淀粉、紫薯淀粉、硫酸钠、全氟丁基磺酰氟、三乙醇胺依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将柠檬酸和改性氧化物混合;
(3)将上述A溶液与上述质量份数的石油磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、四硼酸钠、二甲基马来酸酐混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明施胶剂晶莹剔透,无有色杂质,生产过程中能形成交联长链聚合物,遇空气后施胶剂氧化速度快,粘性大大增强,比普通施胶剂强70-80%。

进一步的,还可由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉30份、紫薯淀粉20份、硫酸钠15份、全氟丁基磺酰氟13份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸3份、石油磺酸钠10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、对硝基苯甲酸3份、四硼酸钠1份、二甲基马来酸酐2份、改性氧化剂13份、去离子水若干。

1.一种双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉25~35份、紫薯淀粉15~25份、硫酸钠10~20份、全氟丁基磺酰氟10~15份、三乙醇胺2~18份、柠檬酸1~5份、石油磺酸钠5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~4份、对硝基苯甲酸2~4份、四硼酸钠1~2份、二甲基马来酸酐2~3份、改性氧化剂10~15份、去离子水若干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,其特征在于:由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉30份、紫薯淀粉20份、硫酸钠15份、全氟丁基磺酰氟13份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸3份、石油磺酸钠10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、对硝基苯甲酸3份、四硼酸钠1份、二甲基马来酸酐2份、改性氧化剂13份、去离子水若干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,其特征在于:所述改性氧化剂由以下重量份的原料制成:月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5~12份、红矾钠6~1份、过氧化月桂酰3~5份、没食子酸钙2~5份、过氧化氢对孟烷4~12份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8~12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双瓦楞纸表面施胶剂,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70~85℃,然后将上述质量份数的玉米淀粉、紫薯淀粉、硫酸钠、全氟丁基磺酰氟、三乙醇胺依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将柠檬酸和改性氧化物混合;
(3)将上述A溶液与上述质量份数的石油磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、四硼酸钠、二甲基马来酸酐混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
