Abstract
The invention relates to a multiple-roller opener with pinch-point-free opening, in which a conveyor is arranged above an opening part and an intake chute runs away from the opening part.
Description
Background
Opening without pinch points (Ö ffnung) was developed by the SRRL institute (institute) in the united states in the middle of the last century. This opening process was further developed by HERGETH limited consortium (GmbH & co. KG) into the currently customary embodiment with two opening rollers (Ö ffnungswalzen), doffer roller (doffewalze) and draw back roller (rickstreifwalze).
The machine achieves good results for different materials, but is also consumable.
Cleaning and replacing the opening roller is also difficult. Embodiments are known in which the infeed tower (Zuf uhrturm) and the infeed chute arranged therebelow are fixed and the opening part with the opening roller and the doffer roller is driven off the chute analogously to the case of a carding machine (Krempel) on a guide rail.
This structure already allows a better accessibility of the roller, but has the following drawbacks:
a) Heavy part movement (Verfahren);
b) the aspiration line must be interrupted for movement (abgeklemmt);
c) electrical power must be implemented to be flexible;
d) it is not possible to remove the roller by means of a lifting loader (Hubstapler) traveling between the intake tower and the opening device.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to further improve the accessibility and to avoid the disadvantages described above.
According to the invention, this is achieved by placing the intake tower above the opening part and transporting the fibres away from the tower into an intake chute part (Zuf uhrrutschenteil) placed laterally.
The lead-in ramp component can be removed for maintenance purposes.
The light lead-in ramp component can be placed on inexpensive rollers and does not require electrical coupling. If the pull-in chute part is driven away, there is (likewise in the case of a forklift (Gabelstapler)) the best access to the rollers.

Detailed Description
The fibers pass through the intake tower 1 to an intake roller 2 and are thrown (geworken) from an opening roller 3 of the intake tower onto a chute 4.
The fibres slide down on a chute and reach a packing roller (stopfwallze) 5 which introduces the fibres to two opening rollers 6. A back-stroking roller 7 throws the unraveled (unaufgel) fibers back onto the chute 4. The delivery roller 8 transports the opened fibers into the suction air flow 10.
The chute can be easily removed from the opening device on wheels 9.
The suction air flow 10 moves approximately parallel to the axial direction.
Claims (4)
1. An opening machine for gridless opening, having at least two opening rollers, at least one stripping roller and at least one delivery roller, characterized in that a flock conveyor is arranged approximately vertically above the opening device and the transported flock arrives on an intake chute which can be moved away from a stationary opening and fiber intake device.
2. The opening machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the lead-in chute is movable away on wheels or rollers.
3. The opening machine according to claim 2, characterized in that a smaller part of the intake chute is arranged at a fixed opening part.
4. The opening machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the transport away of the fibers is carried out by an air stream whose suction direction is situated approximately parallel to the axial direction of the opening roller.
