Abstract

本发明提供了培养箱的控制方法,所述培养箱的控制方法包括以下步骤:(A1)关闭箱门和泄压口,向培养箱内充气,使所述培养箱内形成正压;(A2)培养箱内气体依次通过单向阀、气体管道进入空腔内,空腔膨胀,从而填满所述箱门和箱体间的缝隙,使得培养箱内外间保持密封;(A3)所述泄压口开启,控制所述培养箱内气体的浓度;(A4)打开放气阀,所述空腔内的气体排出,所述空腔回缩,空腔和箱体之间具有缝隙,打开箱门。本发明具有密封效果好、无需外部独立气源等优点。

培养箱的控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及细胞培养箱,特别涉及培养箱的控制方法。
背景技术
培养箱具有气体浓度控制和温度控制功能,为防止仓内环境不与外界环境发生交换,保护培养环境,培养箱的门需要具有密封功能。目前,主要有两种结构:
1.密封门为机械压紧式装置,包括密封条装置、压紧锁扣装置,通过压紧锁扣装置压紧门与密封条实现密封效果。
主要不足:机械压紧密封机构难以保证密封条安装、门、铰链、压紧锁扣的设计公差,且若门容易受锁扣挤压变形,可靠性差,门开启关闭需要较大力量,使用不方便。
2.密封门为磁吸压紧式装置,包括密封条装置、磁吸装置,关门时通过磁吸压紧门与培养箱之间的密封条实现密封效果。
主要不足:磁吸式压紧密封机构磁吸吸力难以压紧密封条,容易漏气,密封条结构较为复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术方案中的不足,本发明提供了一种密封效果好、开关方便、无需单独气源的培养箱的控制方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
培养箱的控制方法,所述培养箱的控制方法包括以下步骤:
(A1)关闭箱门和泄压口,向培养箱内充气,使所述培养箱内形成正压;
(A2)培养箱内气体依次通过单向阀、气体管道进入空腔内,空腔膨胀,从而填满所述箱门和箱体间的缝隙,使得培养箱内外间保持密封;
(A3)所述泄压口开启,控制所述培养箱内气体的浓度;
(A4)打开放气阀,所述空腔内的气体排出,所述空腔回缩,空腔和箱体之间具有缝隙,打开箱门。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
1.无需外部气压源,实现培养箱气压密封门功能;
通过培养箱自身需要进行气体控制的特性,给予箱门空腔气压,空腔充满气压后压紧箱体,当需要开门时,通过放气阀将空腔内气体放出,空腔回缩,箱门轻易开启;
2.密封性好,气压密封实现方式简单;
3.开关箱门所需力量小,使用方便。

(A1)关闭箱门和泄压口,向培养箱内充气,使所述培养箱内形成正压;
(A2)培养箱内气体依次通过单向阀、气体管道进入空腔内,空腔膨胀,从而填满所述箱门和箱体间的缝隙,使得培养箱内外间保持密封;
图1-3示意性地给出了本发明实施例的箱门12的结构简图,如图1-3所示,箱门具有当其关闭时面向培养箱内的内侧18、面向外界的外侧17以及相对箱体11的边侧16,所述空腔21设置在所述边侧;空腔在整个边侧上延伸;
(A3)所述泄压口开启,控制所述培养箱内气体的浓度;
(A4)打开放气阀,所述空腔内的气体排出,所述空腔回缩,空腔和箱体之间具有缝隙,打开箱门。
实施例2:
本发明实施例2的培养箱的控制方法,与实施例1不同的是:
图4示意性地给出了本发明实施例的箱门的结构简图,如图4所示,所述箱门12上设置限位板23,限位板23和所述边侧形成凹槽,所述空腔设置在所述凹槽内,也即,空腔被夹在所述限位板之间;当空腔膨胀时,空腔从所述凹槽内凸出,并顶住箱体,从而填满箱门和箱体之间的缝隙,保证了培养箱内外之间的密封效果。
实施例3:
本发明实施例3的培养箱的控制方法,与实施例1不同的是:
图5示意性地给出了本发明实施例的箱门的结构简图,如图5所示,所述空腔21还连接密封件22,如具有弹性的橡胶件,当所述空腔膨胀时顶着所述密封件压紧箱体从而填满箱门和箱体之间的缝隙保证培养箱内外之间的密封效果;空腔回缩时,密封件和箱体之间具有缝隙,从而方便地打开箱门。

1.培养箱的控制方法,所述培养箱的控制方法包括以下步骤:
(A1)关闭箱门和泄压口,向培养箱内充气,使所述培养箱内形成正压;
(A2)培养箱内气体依次通过单向阀、气体管道进入空腔内,空腔膨胀,从而填满所述箱门和箱体间的缝隙,使得培养箱内外间保持密封;
(A3)所述泄压口开启,控制所述培养箱内气体的浓度;
(A4)打开放气阀,所述空腔内的气体排出,所述空腔回缩,空腔和箱体之间具有缝隙,打开箱门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述箱门具有当其关闭时面向培养箱内的内侧、面向外界的外侧以及相对箱体的边侧,所述空腔设置在所述边侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述空腔在整个边侧上延伸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述箱门上设置限位板,限位板和所述边侧形成凹槽,所述空腔设置在所述凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述空腔连接密封件,当所述空腔膨胀时顶着所述密封件压紧箱体。
