本发明涉及一种高转速吸尘器轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、防尘盖与保持架;外圈与内圈套接在一起,在外圈的内圆上开设有外滚道,在内圈的外圆上开设有内滚道,在外滚道与内滚道内安装有滚动体,在滚动体上安装有保持架,在保持架上开设有兜孔,所述滚动体被约束于兜孔内,在滚动体两侧的外圈与内圈之间安装有防尘盖;所述兜孔为圆柱形。本发明对保持架采用高速设计,使轴承高速性能提高,同时提高了在高转速运行下产品的寿命。

高转速吸尘器轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,本发明尤其是涉及一种高转速吸尘器轴承。
背景技术
目前,用于普通吸尘器电机上的深沟球轴承主要由外圈、内圈、保持架、滚动体、金属防尘盖、润滑脂等组成。采用在外圈和内圈之间安装滚动体,用保持架定位,保持架均匀隔离滚动体以及保持滚动体正确运动,保持架与内外圈的间隙采用钢球引导方式,两片金属防尘盖分别放于外圈的防尘槽内,起到防尘和防止油脂外漏,润滑脂起润滑作用,目的是使轴承滚动面及滑动面间形成一层薄薄的油膜,以防止金属与金属直接接触,从而减少轴承内部摩擦及磨损,防止烧粘。但在高速吸尘器电机中,要求轴承在运转时的每分钟转速较高,在开发设计中会有如下难题:
1、普通吸尘器轴承保持器采用引导方式无法达到高转速的设计要求;
2、普通轴承的保持器材料强度低,高速运行时将到直接导致保持器断裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能提高高速性能并能提高了在高转速运行下产品的寿命的高转速吸尘器轴承。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述高转速吸尘器轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、防尘盖与保持架;外圈与内圈套接在一起,在外圈的内圆上开设有外滚道,在内圈的外圆上开设有内滚道,在外滚道与内滚道内安装有滚动体,在滚动体上安装有保持架,在保持架上开设有兜孔,所述滚动体被约束于兜孔内,在滚动体两侧的外圈与内圈之间安装有防尘盖;所述兜孔为圆柱形。
所述保持架的内圆与内圈的外圆之间的间隙宽度为50~70微米。
所述保持架的内圆与其外圆的同心度控制在5微米以内。
本发明对保持架采用高速设计,使轴承高速性能提高,同时提高了在高转速运行下产品的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该高转速吸尘器轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、滚动体3、防尘盖4与保持架5;外圈1与内圈2套接在一起,在外圈1的内圆上开设有外滚道,在内圈2的外圆上开设有内滚道,在外滚道与内滚道内安装有滚动体3,在滚动体3上安装有保持架5,在保持架5上开设有兜孔5.1,所述滚动体3被约束于兜孔5.1内,在滚动体3两侧的外圈1与内圈2之间安装有防尘盖4;所述兜孔5.1为圆柱形。
所述保持架5的内圆与内圈2的外圆之间的间隙宽度为50~70微米。
所述保持架5的内圆与其外圆的同心度控制在5微米以内。
圆柱形的兜孔5.1相比球形兜孔与钢球的接触面更小,因此滚动体3与保持架5之间产品的摩擦就小,从而减少钢球和保持架5间的磨损,提高寿命的同时,还能减小轴承的能耗。

具有圆柱形的兜孔5.1的保持架5在轴承内部允许的窜动更大,在高速运转时,保持架5的位置在轴承内部可以自由调整,更易保证轴承的整体平衡,从而提高极限转速的寿命。
轴承的保持架5在竖直安装未运转时,由于重力作用,保持架5的内圆靠近内圈外圆甚至接触,当运转时,保持架5由于离心力的作用,保持架5内圆将远离内圈2的外圆,找到一个新的平衡点,由于是内圈2旋转产生的离心力所以这个平衡点不管在哪里,保持架5的内圆将不会再次与内圈2的外圆接触,但是保持架5的外圆则可能出现碰触到外圈1的内圆的情况从而增大摩擦导致轴承理论极限转速无法提高。为避免这种情况的发生,将保持架5外圆与外圈1的内圆的间隙增大,将保持架5的内圆与内圈2的外圆的间隙控制在一个较小范围内,保证保持架5在运转时总是紧贴着内圈2的外圆,从而提高轴承极限转速,这种方式叫做内引导。
轴承的保持架5在高速运转时,如果同心度太大,保持架5在轴承内部的运行轨迹将不是一个圆形,而是一个椭圆形。这不仅大大降低了轴承整体的平衡,而且当转速提高时,保持架5由于离心力的作用,将变得越来越椭,这不仅影响到滚动体3的运行轨迹,使得轴承内部的受力变得非常复杂不可预测,更为重要的这等于在保持架5上施加了一个压力将保持器压成椭圆形,保持架5在运行时会直接发生断裂。所以保证保持架5内外圆的同心度将大大提高轴承的高速性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种高转速吸尘器轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚动体(3)、防尘盖(4)与保持架(5);外圈(1)与内圈(2)套接在一起,在外圈(1)的内圆上开设有外滚道,在内圈(2)的外圆上开设有内滚道,在外滚道与内滚道内安装有滚动体(3),在滚动体(3)上安装有保持架(5),在保持架(5)上开设有兜孔(5.1),所述滚动体(3)被约束于兜孔(5.1)内,在滚动体(3)两侧的外圈(1)与内圈(2)之间安装有防尘盖(4);其特征是:所述兜孔(5.1)为圆柱形。
2.如权利要求1所述的高转速吸尘器轴承,其特征是:所述保持架(5)的内圆与内圈(2)的外圆之间的间隙宽度为50~70微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的高转速吸尘器轴承,其特征是:所述保持架(5)的内圆与其外圆的同心度控制在5微米以内。
