本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置,包括护罩、进气管、出气管、散热鳍片和主腔体,所述护罩上设置有通孔,所述护罩通过散热鳍片固定在主腔体外侧,所述主腔体左端通过前罩与进气管相连,所述主腔体右端通过后罩与出气管相连,所述主腔体内部从左到右依次设置有第一隔板、第二隔板和第三隔板,所述第一隔板和第二隔板之间安装有三元催化网C,所述第一隔板、第二隔板和三元催化网中上方固定有第一通气管,所述第二隔板和第三隔板之间安装有三元催化网A,所述第二隔板、第三隔板和三元催化网A中部固定有第二通气管。本发明采用外形简洁,消音散热效果好,结构稳固,能对汽车尾气进行催化,能降低尾气中有害物进入空气中。

本发明涉及汽车设备技术,具体为一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置。
背景技术
消声器是允许气流通过,却又能阻止或减小声音传播的一种器件,是消除空气动力性噪声的重要措施,消声器能够阻挡声波的传播,允许气流通过,是汽车尾气控制噪声的有效工具,传统的汽车尾气静音装置结构简单,散热效果差,绝大多数缺少有效尾气处理设施,使得汽车产生的尾气有毒尾气直接排放至空气中,污染环境;现有的汽车尾气管容易被尾气腐蚀,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置,包括护罩、进气管、出气管、散热鳍片和主腔体,所述护罩通过散热鳍片固定在主腔体外侧,所述主腔体左端通过前罩与进气管相连,所述主腔体右端通过后罩与出气管相连,所述主腔体内部从左到右依次设置有第一隔板、第二隔板和第三隔板,所述第一隔板和第二隔板之间安装有三元催化网C;所述出气管内壁设置有耐腐蚀涂层;所述耐腐蚀涂层由以下成分按照重量比组成:对苯二甲酯环氧树脂31份、丙烯酸异辛酯13份、氟硅酸钾为7份、碳酸二辛酯为12份、三硫代碳酸酯4~7份、硼镁石粉13~14份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6~11份。
优选的,所述护罩上设置有通孔。
优选的,所述第一隔板、三元催化网C和第二隔板上方固定有第一通气管,所述第二隔板和第三隔板之间安装有三元催化网A。
优选的,所述第二隔板、第三隔板和三元催化网A中部固定有第二通气管。
优选的,所述三元催化网C、第二隔板和三元催化网A下方固定有第三通气管。
优选的,所述第三隔板右侧的主腔体壁上安装有三元催化网B。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该新型外部设置固定护罩可有效保护散热鳍片不被外部尖锐物划伤,护罩上设置的通孔可保证热量及时散发,内部设置的不同长度的第一通气管、第二通气管和第三通气管,与第一隔板、第二隔板和第三隔板组成不同的腔室,将排气流划分为不同长度的多个部分流,由于干涉效应导致的相移重叠而使得声波彼此部分地抵消,利用散热鳍片从主腔体内部中提取热能,并充分与空气接触对热量及时散发,对该新型进行冷却实现排气体积流的减小以及通过排气系统带来的压力波动或声波的降低,并且因此实现噪声发射的降低,内部设置的三元催化网A、三元催化网B和三元催化网C可对穿流过的尾气进行氧化催化使其能有效减少尾气中的有害成分。本发明的一个很明显的特点就是比较持久,不会像其他涂料那样很快磨损。

如图1-3所示,一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置,包括护罩1、进气管4、出气管6、散热鳍片7和主腔体9,其特征在于:护罩1通过散热鳍片7固定在主腔体9外侧,主腔体9左端通过前罩5与进气管4相连,主腔体9右端通过后罩3与出气管6相连,主腔体9内部从左到右依次设置有第一隔板13、第二隔板15和第三隔板17,第一隔板13和第二隔板15之间安装有三元催化网C14,护罩1上设置有通孔2,第一隔板13、三元催化网C14和第二隔板15上方固定有第一通气管8,第二隔板15和第三隔板17之间安装有三元催化网A10,第二隔板15、第三隔板17和三元催化网A10中部固定有第二通气管11,三元催化网C14、第二隔板15和三元催化网A10下方固定有第三通气管16,第三隔板17右侧的主腔体9壁上安装有三元催化网B12;所述出气管内壁设置有耐腐蚀涂层;所述耐腐蚀涂层由以下成分按照重量比组成:对苯二甲酯环氧树脂31份、丙烯酸异辛酯13份、氟硅酸钾为7份、碳酸二辛酯为12份、三硫代碳酸酯4~7份、硼镁石粉13~14份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6~11份。
工作原理:汽车尾气经由进气管4进入到主腔体9中,穿过第一通气管8流入到第二隔板15和第三隔板17之间并穿过三元催化网A10,在三元催化网A10上的催化酶作用下进行初次氧化反应,之后气体从第三通气管16右端口进入并流入到第一隔板13和第二隔板15之间腔室,气体穿过三元催化网C14在催化酶的作用下尾气进行二次催化反应,之后气体经由第二通气管11左端进入到第三隔板16右端腔室内并穿过三元催化网B12,在三元催化网B12上尾气进行充分的氧化反应后通过出气管6排出主腔体9。

1.一种耐腐蚀汽车尾气静音装置,包括护罩(1)、进气管(4)、出气管(6)、散热鳍片(7)和主腔体(9),其特征在于:所述护罩(1)通过散热鳍片(7)固定在主腔体(9)外侧,所述主腔体(9)左端通过前罩(5)与进气管(4)相连,所述主腔体(9)右端通过后罩(3)与出气管(6)相连,所述主腔体(9)内部从左到右依次设置有第一隔板(13)、第二隔板(15)和第三隔板(17),所述第一隔板(13)和第二隔板(15)之间安装有三元催化网C(14);所述出气管内壁设置有耐腐蚀涂层;所述耐腐蚀涂层由以下成分按照重量比组成:对苯二甲酯环氧树脂31份、丙烯酸异辛酯13份、氟硅酸钾为7份、碳酸二辛酯为12份、三硫代碳酸酯4~7份、硼镁石粉13~14份、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6~11份;所述第一隔板(13)、三元催化网C(14)和第二隔板(15)上方固定有第一通气管(8),所述第二隔板(15)和第三隔板(17)之间安装有三元催化网A(10);所述三元催化网C(14)、第二隔板(15)和三元催化网A(10)下方固定有第三通气管(16)。
