a snow lump crusher (4) is arranged on the arc-shaped plate and comprises a plurality of snow crushing motors (51), the shell of each snow crushing motor is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped plate, a power shaft of each snow crushing motor is fixedly provided with a snow crushing knife (50), and the snow crushing knives are positioned in the snow collecting channel; a filter screen (8) covers the inlet of the snow conveying fan, a slag accumulation box (3) is arranged below the filter screen, the top opening of the slag accumulation box is opposite to the filter screen, and a box body of the slag accumulation box is fixedly connected with the snow conveying pipe or the adjusting frame;
