摩擦提升机用提升首绳,包括麻芯、边股,所述边股为6组小股;所述小股由里至外依次为:小股中心层为3根钢丝,小股内层一为3根钢丝,小股内层二为3根钢丝,小股内层三为12根钢丝,小股内层四为14根钢丝,小股外层为20根钢丝。所述小股通过400型60盘串联机台一次捻制而成;整绳通过1800型6盘机台加工而成。本发明提供的摩擦提升机用提升首绳,采用结构6x52TS+FC;单丝直径比普通规格的三角股钢丝绳小,单丝的弯曲性能和扭转性能明显得到提高,钢丝绳的整体疲劳寿命明显延长。

技术领域
本发明属于特种钢丝绳的技术领域,具体涉及摩擦提升机用提升首绳。
背景技术
现代矿业不断发展,开采深度原来越深,单次提升量越来越大,提升机规格越来越大,提升首绳越来越粗;《煤矿安全规程》和《金属非金属矿山安全规程》均规定井上提升装置如:立井的天轮、主动摩擦轮、导向轮的直径或滚筒上绕绳部分的最小直径与钢丝绳中最粗钢丝直径之比值不小于1200倍,普通规格的三角股钢丝绳随着钢丝绳直径不断加粗,最粗钢丝直径越来越接近1200倍要求,有些甚至无法满足这个要求;普通规格三角股钢丝绳随着钢丝绳直径不断的加粗,单丝直径越来越大,钢丝绳的疲劳寿命明显缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供摩擦提升机用提升首绳,其结构合理、生产成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:摩擦提升机用提升首绳,包括麻芯、边股,所述边股为6组小股;所述小股由里至外依次为:小股中心层为3根钢丝,小股内层一为3根钢丝,小股内层二为3根钢丝,小股内层三为12根钢丝,小股内层四为14根钢丝,小股外层为20根钢丝;所述小股21为三角股。
进一步的,所述小股通过400型60盘串联机台一次捻制而成;整绳通过1800型6盘机台加工而成。
有益效果:本发明提供的摩擦提升机用提升首绳,采用结构6x52TS+FC;单丝直径比普通规格的三角股钢丝绳小,单丝的弯曲性能和扭转性能明显得到提高,钢丝绳的整体疲劳寿命明显延长。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,摩擦提升机用提升首绳,包括麻芯1、边股2,所述边股2为6组小股21;所述小股21由里至外依次为:小股中心层为3根钢丝,小股内层一为3根钢丝,小股内层二为3根钢丝,小股内层三为12根钢丝,小股内层四为14根钢丝,小股外层为20根钢丝;所述小股21为三角股。
本发明提供的摩擦提升机用提升首绳,采用6×52TS+FC;结构,钢丝绳最小破断拉力可以达到≥0.39xD2xR0/1000KN(其中D代表钢丝绳公称直径,单位为mm、R0代表钢丝绳公称抗拉强度,单位为MPa)
小股是通过400型60盘串联机台一次捻制而成,每根小股有55根钢丝,一次性捻制而成;整绳通过1800型6盘机台加工而成。

1.摩擦提升机用提升首绳,包括麻芯、边股,其特征在于:所述边股为6组小股;所述小股由里至外依次为:小股中心层为3根钢丝,小股内层一为3根钢丝,小股内层二为3根钢丝,小股内层三为12根钢丝,小股内层四为14根钢丝,小股外层为20根钢丝;所述小股为三角股。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦提升机用提升首绳,其特征在于:所述小股通过400型60盘串联机台一次捻制而成;整绳通过1800型6盘机台加工而成。
